I worked with Rodney on a litany of parts for a 1960 Cadillac Deville and he was amazing to deal with it. he answered any questions I had provided dimensions for parts we weren't sure were exact fits pricing was fair and he shipped them with a great deal of car. These folks are top-notch, and were very helpful in my obtaining some hard-to-find parts. Their prices were worthy of a 250 mile trip to pick up, and the guys even loaded my van for me. A real good experience. I'd gladly buy from them again. Thanks especially to Rod, who helped me with my 1,000 questions.
Rod needs to work on his customer service or needs a vacation for a while, the guy is always rude and in a bad mood, makes it very unpleasant to buy from here.
Very nice and helpful. Had my parts in stock on the shelf ready to go, but I called ahead to make sure. You should always call ahead for a junkyard to give them time. I was pleased with the prices and would definitely be coming back great job

I had a good experience. I called and left a message, which wasn't returned. Called back a little later and the guy who answered was annoyed and wouldn't pull a part I needed until I gave him my visa number (I didn't like that), but I was searching for an antique piece and pressed for time. In person, the employees were pleasant and a pleasure to be around. I really like being there in person and they allowed me in back to view the rest of the antique car they were parting out.
I'd buy again, but only in person. The pictures online look better than the actual condition of the parts.

They have such bad customer service!!!! Would not suggest ordering from them. Received a cylinder head that was obviously damaged before it was sent out. It was blamed on shipment or what my mechanic did to it when the part hasn't even been put on my vehicle yet! They wouldn't refund me or send me a new one. The cylinder head is nothing but a boat anchor!
Bought a part from them. Their online database said it fit my vehicle. Turned out that there were two possible versions of the part for the same make/model/year of my vehicle. Allowed me to return the part, but only for store credit and with a 25% "restocking" fee. Probably will not return.
