Extremely quick recovery during the snow at 3 a.m. after AAA left me stranded. Our driver was so nice, extremely professional, highly experienced, and unbelievably quick—he handled everything so efficiently. Credit card payment couldn’t be processed at the scene, but we were towed back to the shop and processed the payment there, which saved me the drive into Watertown during the bad weather. Would highly recommend this company.

The owner Michael was so nice. He was quick to respond and got my Buick that had overturned onto the rollback quickly. He helped calm me down as I was very distraught. I also had two dogs with me that were quick shaken; he helped gather them up and calm them down as well
Michael was quick to respond back to me the next day when I called to figure out the next step. He was very caring and made sure first to ask how me and my dogs were feeling. My car was totaled so he explained that I could sign the title over to them and retrieve my belongings.

I was towed after my car broke down and they stayed for two hours on a Saturday to help me get the car back on the road. Even brought to the auto parts store cuz I didn’t understand what to get.

In and out in 5 minutes, guys at desk very respectful and contacted the tech immediately. Tech jumped right on it, put on driving gloves and floor mat to keep the car clean. Glad I drove the extra distance to have them do it.
The mechanic that worked on my son’s car was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough. He educated my son and inspected the car for safety. I am very confident with his work.

I parked my car in front of my door to unload my groceries and within 5 minutes of me being inside and bringing the groceries up the stairs my car was being towed. I tell the guy in the tow truck that I was just unloading my groceries and that I was just going to move it but since it was on his truck he had to ask his boss. Now the boss/owner was very rude and talked down to me even after hearing my totally understandable response and he says I have to pay 125$ plus tax to get my car off his truck now this happened less than 5 minutes ago so he wanted to charge me for 5 minutes of his time. This owner is out for money and that's not how you get it that's not how you do business. Even his worker said if he saw me unloading the groceries he wouldn't have towed me however the owner was so disrespectful. He tells them to harass us rather than patrol the lot. I was literally robbed and my apartment complex management says they get all of the money from drop fees and she asked them on the phone not to tow my car that I was a tenant while my car was still on the tow truck in my parking lot and he lied and said she said to tow it so my option was to tow it or pay the drop fee. I feel so extremely violated, I'm a 26 year old women who lives alone and was just trying to bring my groceries up the stairs. The owner is awful and reeks of desperation. Like you as a owner need 125$ that's so ridiculous.
I've only dealt with them once but they were quick and efficient. Michael arrived ahead of schedule, was very friendly, and grabbed my car no problem. He made it an overall positive experience.
I saw the news story about this company that’s why I called them. They said they will be there in 45 minutes. He was on time and professional. Diesel was friendly. I would call them again.
My son was just driving to work and slid off the side of the road on ice and we couldn’t get the car out. We called for a tow and within 10 minutes Michael F. arrived. He pulled the car out and we were on our way within 15 minutes. Huge shout out for being quick and doing a great job. Highly recommend and will definitely be calling them again if needed.
I can see why they call it my hoopty towing. It’s because that’s exactly how they treat you . Like a hoopty, then want to joke in your face . I ask the guy why my car was towed he said i was parked in a fire lane . Where i was park doesn’t say it was a fire lane . There were no lines or sign indicating it was a fire lane . These ppl are money hungry . $300 because they charged me of a labor fee of $150 smdh . It takes 20 min to tow a car . Worse place . I ask for a picture to prove i was in a fire lane he just ignored that statement.
I know Mike Festa personally, he has taught me almost everything thing I know about the industry, he is a good person and brutally honest, no runaround. Straight shooter.
Thank you Michael and robbie! Theyll walk you through everything as easily as possible! They keep it 100% legal! During this covid madness they have made it easier to breathe! Still keep helping as they can. Where others might ignore phone calls or not understand and/or explain the situation fully before letting you decide what course of action to take, they ask questions and for pictures to decide on how to best go about the situation. Depending on your situation they offer different options which they are prepared to handle with various vehicles for the job. Have enough going on with VA appointments during this difficult time so after waiting years for a car to get taken away which was causing conflict with the neibors Michael and robbie made life a litle bit easier and less stressful for our family by taking away the problem and even confirming their work with pictures of the vehicle being taken away which made it convenient and safe during this time. They are fully mission capable. There was a car on the property that had been there for years and the neighbor was starting to getfussy about it and was making life a little stressful and uneasy. After calling a few places and getting a few different quotes these guys said it was actually free of charge for our situation being that it was a vehicle that was on private property and explained about the 48 hour window not being neccesary as it was not commercial property.
