They have always been on time with us. We run a business and time is of the essence. They have always come to our shop in Kent right when they say they will and they're always accommodating. Long or short trips. I chose them over Candlewood towing because they were always late and nasty on the phone.
This place is the most thieving place I have ever seen!! They changed 3 tires on me. (I brought my own tires so the price of the tires was not included in the bill) and they changed an air hose. Anywhere else would take 2 hours to do that job. These people charged me almost $900!! Just to change the tires. That is a clear rip off. The owner writes the bill and disappears so the customer has no one to complain to and the employees just say they are employees. These types of people who make a living ripping others off have to pay for their actions somehow. I hope you don't get to enjoy the money you stole from me.
This company is absolutely horrible and unprofessional. The driver damaged the car and had the nerve to be rude and disrespectful by addressing me as “You people”. This company does not know how to properly address Black customers nor do they have respect and care for vehicles.
Called at 4am. He quoted $219. I told Him that I appreciated Him coming at this hour. He grumbled and then said "bother someone else"

I called Brownies to get a jump on my car battery. The price quoted was $140!
I got a jump for a much cheaper price at the next place I called.

Look I wish I had taken photos but I was in so much shock when my truck broke down east bound on RT 84 about mile 67 that all I could think of was how I was gonna get my family home.
We were coming back from a 1500 miles trip to west Pensilvania from Boston. We were on an F450 towing a new equipment trailer that we had purchased as part of a new franchise that we invested on. So towing this gig wasn’t going to be a any man’s job and I was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get it done. Specially given the fact it was 11:00 o’clock at night.
But to our amazement (God is great), after trying every option listed on Google for recovery and 24 hrs repairs nearby, Brownie’s was the last number we tried and Boom !!! From how Paul handled the call to how he came himself within Las then 30 min to get my family in his personal vehicle because it would take some time until he could get an operator on site to tow my equipment. (Mind you, I didn’t ask for him to come, he offered) Not only he did this and brought us to the hotel, he even went as far as when hearing my wife and I saying that we o my had credit cards and no cash, he offered us if we needed cash.
When I tell you that this man was an angel that came to save us yesterday, trust me and believe me: He was just it.
I wish o could give him 10 stars but I hope this helps him and helps those whom ever find themselves in a vehicle jam around the Danbury CT area, don’t even bother with anyone else cuz you will NEVER experience the same level of service that Paul os dedicate to give.

My husband alternator died out in Roxbury, I called brownies for a flatbed tow to Waterbury. Austin was the tow guy, very nice down to earth guy, had to wait quite awhile to get picked up because the flatbed was out on another pick up. Besides that it was cool. Will use them again in the future if needed in that area.
Staff Not professional at all. Lying to my insurance company about being in possession of my vehicle. Refuse to give me a copy of my signed vehicle released form

We were in need of a tow with our motorcycle on a late
Saturday afternoon...Called Brownie's they showed up within 15 minutes. They had with them two cold drinks since it was so hot. The owner had answered the phone as we found out latter from Seth our tow driver was very nice and friendly and was Seth, and professional ....again thank you ..

A job that could easily have become a nightmare was swiftly and safely handled by Sean from Brownies Flatbed Services. He picked up my car from auction, protected it and delivered it in between the northeast storms. Sean is a consummate professional that uses top grade equipment and provides excellent communication. I have to say that this is by far the best towing company around. My son got his car stuck in mud which seemed impossible to get him out of...I called Brownie towing and a very polite female picked up and calm me down and that this should not be hard for their company to manage...This nice gentleman named Tommy showed up...He is a highly skilled individual who found ways to get us out of this Jam which we were giving up hope on....my son 20 year old n his first car and just got a week ago was sad to think his car will never get out ...Hands down Tommy and Brownie company are the best tow company around...Thank you so much for helping us when all else failed...

I contacted Tom for help loading a motorcycle and car into a shipping container. He was very responsive and proactive. He arrived at the scheduled hour to look my situation over and offered suggestions to make the job easier and safer. Brownies Towing and Recovery is top notch. I needed a forklift that was in Connecticut, delivered all the way to Maine. I called and dealt with Tom, who was very helpful and gave me a quote right away. They were not the cheapest quote I found, but based on the overall service and experience I had with this company, It was well worth paying a little extra money for their top notch customer service, and ease of doing business. His driver, Hudson was friendly and professional, and although he got caught up in traffic on the way up to Maine, he did not hesitate to communicate with me his current traffic status. Whether you need a car towed, or heavy equipment transported, I would use Brownie's as often as I could if I was living in Connecticut.
Terrible car trouble turned out to be not such a bad night. We broke down on the side of the road. Tow truck came very quickly. Driver got us to the repair shop, and even offered us a ride home. Bill was cheaper than I expected. Highly recommend these guys
