Absolutely the best around for all your pickup, medium duty, and heavy duty truck repair needs. Also equipment of all types. JW Tractor does it all. I bring all my trucks there and the experience from start to finish is always perfect. The knowledge, the customer service, and the repairs are second to none.
The best around. Honest advice, wont let you throw good money after bad. They have all the tech the "stealerships" have plus practical knowledge that the dealerships don't. They have never let our company down. They come in at or below their estimates and call you if they're going over. I cant say enough good about them......

The service here is above superb,there is never a no answer.The work is quality and the employees are first class . Trust me when I say that this operation is first class.You will never need another repair shop as long as they remain in Goshen.When the others can't fix it these guys will.The women in the office are just as knowledgeable as the mechanics.
We took my boom truck down here on wednsday. It needed a gas tank and the a coil for the generator. Justin said he would have it fixed by next Thursday. So I called Thursday for the truck and he said he didn't even order the parts yet. And said I could order the parts my self. So I ordered the coil. The truck still was not done by the weekend cause he order the wrong tank. So he had to reorder the tank. The truck was finaly finished on the next tuesday. Then he charged me to diagnose the coil for the generator which I told him I'm not paying for that because I told him it was the coil to begin with and I had to order my own part. Then he tried to tell me he had 12 hours in swapping 2 strap tank fuel tank with 4 bolts and nothing on the way. And replacing the steel fuel line with soft lines. And I told him I'm not paying that I'll give him 2 hours to take 4 bolts off and 2 hours to put the tank on and 1 hour to replace the fuel lines, again just snip and replace with soft. Super Easy. Which to me sounds very reasonable. Then he agreed and said don't ever come back. Then when I got home and double checked his work the coil wasn't even mounted the screws were completely loose. Over all he was very rude. Shady work and way over price at $105 an hour. We Will never be back and will tell ppl about our experience.
I've heard from many people that justin and his team are one of the best in CT and I know one of his competition personally and even he said justins half his age and knows more than him..
