Had a preorder that was made back in October. Store did not fulfill it the day it was supposed to be fulfilled and had no idea where the product even was. No follow-up from store, and I ultimately had to reach out to receive no helpful information. And then a week later they just completely canceled the item with no additional info or follow-up. Absolute last time I preorder anything from Best Buy, or frankly ever purchase anything from Best Buy, period. Plenty of other retailers that can do it right.

Their Geek Squad staff is great. Sadly, the rest of the staff is comprised of the rudest and most disrespectful people I have ever met, and they make it abundantly clear that they do not want to help you. I went in to buy a new Elgato capture card, since mine is having issues. I was recommended to Best Buy by Elgato's customer support. The staff wouldn't let me even look over the product box to make sure it was what I needed before making a purchase. I ended up walking out, calling Elgato back, advising them of how their "partnered retailer" is treating their product sales, and then purchased directly through their site after their customer support did what Best Buy should have done in the first place.

I usually like to get my electronics from Best Buy so I went here to buy a 2TB SN850X. They had it listed for $240 and the Walmart 15min away had it listed for $190 (photo for ref). Best Buy refused to price match my purchase, stating that the system wouldn't allow the discount even though it was valid. I likely won't be shopping at Best Buy it the future, a frustrating experience all around...

couldn’t find a representative then when someone came 30 mins later they told us nothing displayed “existed” but the companies pay to keep the signs up for products that don’t exist. absolute scam

Went to this Best Buy 2 or 3 weeks ago to buy gift cards for my nephews. The very easy to find for my oldest was Amazon. However, for my youngest I had a hard time finding the FortNite V-Bucks and the associate a very helpful young gentlemen knew exactly where they were located which i did not know they were by the gaming station section. Shout out to him for finding it has been such a lifesaver. I would highly recommend this Best Buy because the staff are pleasant, friendly, never rushy or rude.

I went here recently to purchase a new iPad. The customer service was so rude and felt very judgmental. They told me they couldn’t take my iPad because of a “scratch on the screen” when was it was the screen protector. I also tried to buy a new iPad A16 after searching for a worker for 5 minutes and when I tried to buy it, the price was not the same as the in store deal and it was almost $400 dollars instead of the $317 I was supposed to be paying. Not happy Best Buy.

My father purchased an online order from Best Buy that included two $70 PlayStation gift cards and a game. One of the gift cards never arrived, so he had to contact customer service just to resolve that. Afterward, he gifted the cards to me. When I tried to use the gift cards about a year later, they did not work. I contacted Best Buy customer service and was told to call PlayStation. PlayStation then told me to call Best Buy. I went into a Best Buy store in person and was told they couldn’t do anything. Online customer service said they were “looking into it” and would follow up. I called again a month later and was told the same thing — that it was being investigated. Months passed, and nothing changed. It has now been two years, and we have never received a resolution, a replacement, or a refund. My father was essentially scammed out of $140, and no one at Best Buy has taken responsibility. This experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I’ve wasted hours of my life being passed between customer service, the store, and PlayStation with zero resolution. No one took responsibility, and nothing was ever fixed. For a company this big, this level of follow-through is unacceptable.

Ordered a Christmas gift online worth $264, best buy hired door dash to deliver it. Door dash delivered to wrong house, directed me to best buy who did absolutely nothing to help. Now I am out $264 dollars right before the holidays without the gift. Customer service was not compassionate about the situation or cared that I lost my money. I was told to just follow up with law enforcement.

Ordered 2 items for pickup (2 of the same item) which were stated to be available within an hour. Items were not fulfilled at all, and now site claims there is only 1 left. There were more than 5 at time of order. This is the 3rd time this particular store as given us an issue.

The Gentleman greeting us was very nice....but it seems that customer service is not a priority here...It may just be me but everytime I go to a best buy I end up leaving disappointed....when the greeter is the only person to acknowledge you in fifteen minutes customer service is sad. Maybe this is why Amazon does so well.

Service is good. Returns of the product without problems. Price is more expensive than Amazon and other sites. You can show them the competitor's product and they will check if it can be compared.

I bought a TV from them it is a Roku the price was excellent however the advice to sales people gave me what's completely wrong and feel like they need to bring their game up as far as their expertise about the products. They have a good return policy and it was cheap

Went in about 20min ago to return a camera battery that won’t hold a charge and was told by the manager on duty that it was non-returnable and it doesn’t matter that the product is defective. I left the store and spoke with customer service online who verified that this is NOT Best Buy policy and that the defective item should have been accepted (chat screenshots attached). Please train your managers properly, this kind of thing is why brick and mortar stores are going out of business. With this kind of service, I suspect we’ll be seeing the Chapter 11 filings soon enough. EDIT: just successfully returned the battery at a different location with absolutely no issue. Just awful management at this particular location, I guess.

Go to get a new Xbox with my son, find the one that they have a good price on and multiple tags, advertising 349.99 brings tag to the register, gets told sorry you SOL and we can't order it. Bait and switch, they offered me the same one, but in a different color for almost 100 dollars more. They are a scam.

It’s been a while since I’ve been into a physical Beat But location but re commend this one and will be back. I was impressed with the large selection of appliances and open box options for a bargain hunter like me, 2 things I didn’t expect. On top of that I had a small issue with an order I placed online and came to pick up, but “Big Kev” took great care of me and got me all squared away in a matter of minutes.

Large African American man behind the cash register gave me attitude today because I wanted to purchase five boxes of pokémon cards. He was claiming that I'm trying to wipe out the store even though they literally had 20 more boxes over at the area. It wasn't like I was trying to wipe them out I just wanted to open up some packs. Extremely unprofessional and the second time I've had an issue at the store location. Tell your employees to treat customers with more respect.

A very sweet and kind young gentleman named Sam completed my store pickup. He was able to easily lift a 65 inch TV into my car with no assistance! I obviously asked him for his workout routine, and signed up for a gym membership with my Best Buy credit card that very day! What a motivational and awe inspiring crew this store has. Since my store pickup with Sam, I have put in 25 pounds of pure muscle. Thank you for everything!!!!!

Went in today to try and get a Google pixel 9 because when I ordered one from Verizon, it was on a 5 week back order that they didn't even inform me about. The Avon Best Buy had it in stock and they were able to set it up very quickly. Sulaiman was the associate who helped me. He was great! Super helpful and pleasant. I definitely recommend this as an alternative to going to Verizon directly.

I brought my son to Best Buy for the first time and we both loved it. I've become tired of Amazon's declining quality and I was pleasantly surprised that buying in person at Best Buy was the same price for the computer parts I was after compared to buying on Amazon. Plus, I had the parts that day and I got to experience the joy of actually going somewhere and shopping instead of just ordering something. I was also able to get some fresh ideas for gifts. Only complaint is the typical inconvenience of having to find someone with a key to unlock display cases.

Cannot say enough how horrible my experience was. Went to get my husband a new cell phone because the phone he had, which was purchased at Best Buy a couple years ago, was having issues. From what we understood we had to purchase the new phone at Best Buy to keep his same phone number. We were informed there was a mandatory charge of $80 just to purchase a phone!! Never heard of such a thing. We were also informed there was an optional service with a cost of $16.99 each month that would assist in any issues he had with the new phone. We declined this extra service. The representative helping us reassured us we didn’t have to worry about getting all his app passwords before switching the SIM card to the new phone…. Lo and behold after switching we could not get into his apps…. So we’re forced to sign up for the monthly $16.99 charge. Horrible experience, and then after arriving home only to find out the new phone had the EXACT same issues as the phone we replaced!! To top it off we were forced to sign a statement saying there would be a $43 charge if we chose to return the new phone!!!! I will never go to Best Buy for anything again, what a rip off and bad business practices.

This was the best experience I ever had at a Best buy. The people at the geek squad were extremely helpful and went out of their way to really make sure I was taken care of after a manufacturer defect with an Asus laptop caused me a huge headache with work. Fingers crossed that the warranty service technician will also be helpful... but for the in-store experience and the online chat leading up to it I couldn't have asked for a better interaction. Thank you to all who assisted.

I purchased a car alarm from Best Buy in West Simsbury, CT, and had them install it. What a big mistake that was. They did a poor job with the installation. I've called them several times and left many messages, and I have yet to receive a callback. The alarm doesn't function as it should. I will also be notifying their corporate office as well.

Bought an air conditioner from this best buy two weeks ago. It did not work. The manager would not refund or return the 220 dollar piece of junk. This is why Best Buy is a waste of time and money that will go the way of Circuit City. Bad customer relations, bad service, broken appliances. I got scammed by this place, never buying anything here again.
