Frank is the best mechanic ever! He gets the job done fast and he does it right the first time, so I never have to worry about recurring issues when Frank has worked on my car.
What really stands out though is the exemplary customer service he offers. He always remembers me by name and does a follow up phone call afterward to make sure I am happy with the service. He takes the time to explain so I understand what is going on with my car and I never feel condescended to or blown off.
Despite this, I had stopped taking my car here after I moved to Manchester, only because other mechanics in town were much closer. Then earlier this year I was in West Hartford running errands when my muffler literally fell off! I called Frank and he immediately fit me in and replaced the muffler and exhaust pipe even though he had a full schedule of other customers. He even sourced the pipe at a discount, saving me a couple hundred bucks. It was such a relief to know my car was in good hands.
I’m now making the longer drive to Integrity Auto for all of my maintenance and repairs because the unmatched service is worth it.

I truly cannot recommend Integrity Auto enough!! I lived in the area for ~3 years for graduate school, and am so grateful to have found Frank. Frank was consistently reliable, honest and fair. As a graduate student with a very old vehicle, Frank was able to help me keep the car running well. He does really high quality work and is always timely and transparent in his communication. I am not sure my car would have lasted without him! Myself and both of my roommates truly depended on him throughout our time in the area. He truly goes above and beyond, I highly recommend!!

Words can't express how incredibly grateful me (and my roommates) are for Frank and his help during our time in West Hartford. Through the years, Frank has helped me through a number of different car issues with wisdom, honesty, and skill. Car issues can be incredibly stressful (especially as a graduate student figuring things out), and Frank always instilled a sense of reassurance. I appreciated that he was always upfront about the issues and helped to decide the best course of action based on my goals for my car and my financial ability. He never pushed and always provided very fair and balanced advice. Frank provided a true sense of safety after every "check-engine light" and worn tire. If I could give Frank at Integrity Auto six stars, I would! While my car was at the dealership for a recall, they basically told me it was on its last legs—like, “better start shopping for a new one” levels of bad. Panicked, I went to Frank's for a second opinion, fully expecting to hear my car had one wheel in the grave.
Turns out, the only thing dying was my wallet at the dealership! Frank inspected everything and told me my car was fine. No crazy repairs, no financial ruin—just an honest mechanic saving the day. I don’t know if they have a cape, but they should. If you want a mechanic who won’t try to convince you your car is a ticking time bomb when it’s actually just fine, go to Integrity Auto.

Frank is a real mechanic who has a well developed sense of fairness and INTEGRITY. He solves problems and is relentless in his pursuits to repair and restore vehicles. A car guy who enjoys people and his profession. Tells the truth. Values the opinions of customers and will not take a job he feels that he cannot do and do well. I have 5 vehicles (one antique) that I take to him. He cares for cars and I consider him a true professional.
After a recent storm my car began making some noise I couldn’t identify. I called Integrity Auto and Frank was SO helpful, told me I could bring it right in. He quickly took a look and was able to help me out right away. The fact that he took time out of his Friday afternoon AND Saturday morning, last minute, speaks volumes. I found Frank by chance: pulled into his garage with a slow leaking tire. He fixed it immediately (after hours) and sent me on my way. For his kindness alone I would recommend him. Since then he has always handled my cars with professional integrity. I only gave 4 stars because I haven’t tested his mechanical expertise -only simple repairs, but others I know speak highly of his ability as a mechanic.
Integrity Auto took care of me. When my civic had issues, Frank took up the challenge to fix it, and he did! He solves problems and charges great rates for work. I highly recommend checking out Integrity Auto if you want high quality work at a good price.

Not a great experience, still trying to work with Frank to get my parts back. He does not respond to my messages. He does not seem to care about his customers, at least the ones that are not located close.

4. Wanted to buy engine dolly he insisted on making one then complained about it.
5. I am retired Army and took out a loan for this engine and am still paying for something that was not completed. Not right to take advantage of people.
Then Frank decided he was delivering an engine not running and taking parts off of it before delivery. There is no Integrity here! Cant be trusted, does not hold to his word. Hard t find an honest person anymore. Pitiful

I would not trust anybody else but Frank with my car. My brake job was done quickly, professionally, and with the highest quality parts; not to mention at nearly half of the cost I was quoted at by another garage. And, Frank cared enough to show me my old brakes so that I understood what condition I had allowed them to deteriorate to. I really appreciated this, because it confirmed for me what I was already led to believe: Frank sincerely cares about the people driving the cars he repairs. I've been to plenty of garages that just try to milk their customers with unnecessary repairs, use cheap parts, and even one place that would break stuff on cars because they assumed their customers were too ignorant to catch on to their schemes. You do not have to worry about such scams being pulled at Integrity Auto and Towing. Great work is done here. It could not have been more clear to me that Frank takes pride in his business. I have never felt more confident in the service I get from Integrety auto. I am known by name and whenever I am in need of service Frank and his staff knows what my vehicle needs. I am reminded of everything from oil changes to tire rotation. Prices never fluctuate and I would not change my auto guy for anything.
I've brought several different cars to this garage from my 2005 Nissan Altima to my 2013 VW Passat, I have always known my car was in good hands. I don't have to worry that I will get surprise charges or ridiculous hourly fees. Also every time I've come here service is prompt and for any issues has always been solved same day (even when I came in for a misdiagnosed issue, and the wrong parts were ordered per my mistake!). I feel like my money is actually going to a garage that works hard and earns it, then to a corporation that just sees me as just another number. Thank you for all your help!
I love coming here. I've been turned away from some shops because my car is too low but they gladly took it in. Frank is an honest man who will try his hardest to get you the best price possible.
