it's only a one star because I can't go lower. I came in and needed brakes and I was having an issue with my back Left caliper I needed checked out. That issue was ignored by the mechanic, and then a few months later that caliper seized up and caused a lot of damage to that brake. on top of that when they were working on my car they messed up some wiring that has left my check brakes light permanently. As a result of going here I had to pay around $700 in repairs from the work they did. I can see why their prices are so low, it's because they don't actually do the entire job
Over lunch, I had engine issues preventing me from safely driving very far. I was able to get in and repaired the same day. The staff were friendly and the prices were very fair. They will be my go-to for future needs.

My car broke down at the ATM next door. Not only did the owner take the time to attempt to jump my battery but he also diagnosed the real problem on the spot! It was the starter. He took my car in and had it fixed within 12 hours! For a very reasonable price. He even offered me a drive home. Will use and recommend their services to everyone I know! Great experience.
Got my Honda Accord 2006 model inspected and repaired. Affordable and minimum pricing add to that quality service. Conveys the exact problem with car in layman's language and offers solution. I would not prefer any other Service Workshop other than Rudra Auto for my car.
I can't say enough good things about this garage. My daughter is new to the area and had a tire emergency. Rocky Hill auto got her right in, treated her respectfully, and did a great job. This place is now my go to for any kind of auto repairs. They took care of my wife's car in such a timely manner, while giving the best customer service I've seen. I brought my car in today to have the check engine light checked. Scott remembered me from the day before saying I'd be back, and was already heading to my car before I could get inside. They're also completely honest, and don't try to take advantage of you. I'm someone who knows next to nothing about cars and have always been an easy target at other shops to upsell or rip off. Not here, I can safely bring my car here and expect honest advice, and great service. I cannot recommend them enough, I will never go somewhere else for anything auto related again!
I called and asked if I could bring my car in for an oil change, and they told me to drop it off the next morning. As luck would have it, I ended up getting a flat tire a few hours after that call. I asked if I could drop my car off that day instead, so they could replace the tires along with the oil change. By the time I dropped my car off, it was the end of the business day, but they let me keep the car there overnight and got right to work on it the next morning. Within hours, I got a call saying my car was ready.
The communication was excellent, as was the service! The guys are great! There were no unexpected fees, and the final bill was very reasonable -I love that they didn't miraculously find a ton of extra stuff wrong with my car the way some other places might! Very honest business, and if my car needs anything, I'll definitely be back! My husband is gonna stop by tomorrow.
We're still fairly new in town, but I'm glad we have this gem of a shop right around the block from us!

Great service here and they don't try to get you to do anything you aren't ready or able to do. Very honest bunch of guys. They always take care of me and do the best they can do get me in and out and back with my car as soon as possible.
