Needed a new blower motor for my Hyundai as my A/C was not working. Looked online and was shocked they apparently had one for $30! Less than half of another used part store that had one and just a fraction of a new one. The other place had a 3 day wait to get the part from another vehicle so I called here. So glad I did. Exact part I needed and a perfect fit! Thank you Newington Auto!
Seemed to have really good prices, no where to park, the comments all over the place in the office while comical just showed they do not share the basic customer service environment and concepts of most businesses
Brian, Wendy and their staff have always been very helpful in helping find parts even when they might not have them. Purchased dozens of engines and transmissions over the years and always have had good luck.
I’d give ten stars if I could. These guys went out of their way to help me replace the engine, cat, battery and water pump of my hybrid. They were kind and patient with me through a very stressful process. I wish I found them sooner!
I just went there now to get assistance with my 2012 Nissan Rogue for a brake fluid reservoir and they helped me out promptly. I couldn’t be any happier with the perfect service that I have just received!!
Def the goto spotin greater hartford area. Them and Demilos always got what you need and reasonable! Chuck and Eddies seem to be unorganized at times and too busy. You get yiur stuff ASAP HERE. I LOVE THEM! Also BILLS in Tolland great spot! We are from J and O Auto in Hartford.
I don’t know where to start because I’m over the moon with everyone who works there and every interaction I’ve had with them! They have always been upfront, honest and spot on whenever I would ask them about an issue with my car / needing a part for it / Honda info in general. When someone side swiped me leaving my drivers side mirror on the road, they had an exact one to replace and it was super cheap! Still on there works like a charm! When my visor came off, I got one for almost nothing. The list goes on with how many Honda parts I’ve replaced with their parts without any issues! They also helped me with an Acura issue of my daughters which was so amazing-no one else would have gone to the lengths they did to help out! I love everyone in the office and how they treat me like I am an old friend when I come round! Excellent service. Beyond fair prices. Never shady, always honest! Honda and Acura owners should all know this place!
I bought a car there no complaints at all is running real good only complaint is they didn't tell me about the tax i it was supposed to be a straight 1400 whith tax 70 bucks add on but other than that they're honest people the car was in great condition
This place is the greatest. They have the highest standards when it comes to used auto parts. Got a rear differential that was defective and they didnt have one, so they searched and found me new one in two days and delivered it. Cant beat them......

They saved me over $500. I needed a rear factory wing - Honda wanted $600!! And it didn't even include all the parts and it wasn't painted.
Newington auto parts had one in stock for $75!! I picked it up the same day and it was in good shape.

Friendly staff although quite slow service which I understand due to them being quite busy. The mechanics were very helpful in making sure I was happy with the used parts that they ordered. Very fair prices.
Best place to go to find any part for your car. These guys are very knowledgable, give expert advice, and are willing to do whatever it takes to get you the help and assistance you need. Their prices are always fair, and their customer service is always top notch! Ask for "Bondo Fingers" and tell him "Computer Fingers" sent you!
Not open on weekends, can't walk through the yard, average if not higher than average prices. Not the best auto salvage yard. I never had a great experience there.
Called to ask if they had an ignition coil for my 2008 Saab 9-3. They told me they didn't have one but could get one for tomorrow. Not bad. Asked what the price was and they say $85. East Coast Auto Salvage wanted $50 and Eeuroparts in Windsor wanted $45 for a new aftermarket one. Shop around, disappointed in their egregious prices.
