Stopped in for an emissions test, there were others in front of me and I was still in and out in under 10 minutes. Super easy.

Ist time there today. Called for an appointment last week. Arrived for appointment today early and they took me right away. I had noticed over the weekend that maybe my brakes needed changing. Told them when I Arrived. They did what I had originally asked and replaced my rear brakes. Staff were courteous, prompt and pleasant. I will certainly use them again

Went to have my emissions test done. Very clean reception area with art on display and a nice wait area. Service was very fast and car was returned with a valet feel to it.

I recently needed emergency brake service on my wife's car, and East Coast was able to help me out immediately. I figured I would need to drop it off and hopefully get it the next day. East Coast was able to fix and repair the issue in an hour as well as provide other services while I was there. I was in and out extremely quickly and cannot thank the staff enough. I appreciate their professionalism and ability to help fix my issue as quickly as they did. I was also very impressed with their state of the art shop and overall cleanliness. I 100% recommend visiting whether you need repairs, emissions, or were looking to buy a vehicle. Its nice to have a business like this locally. Thanks again for all your help!

Mike and his team do an amazing job at making anyone that comes into his shop feel like family. Always doing the right thing for his customers, there’s lots to be told about how this crew runs their shop and makes sure people are always taken care of. I’ve purchased over four sets of tires as well as have gotten multiple details. He’s got top notch mechanics on site and I always leave there feeling good.

Time and time again this place has gone above and beyond to not only get me in, but fix my car in a timely manner. I've sent multiple family and friends, everyone has had an amazing experience. The facility is very modern, unique and clean! If you stop by, make sure to ask for the tall cute guy with the beard! His name is Sam ??

I cannot comment on the experience related to purchasing a vehicle here but what I can comment on is how wonderful this team is at helping those in need. Driving home as I approached my exit on 395 I apparently ran over a massive bolt. The bolt lodged into my rear tire and remained there causing a very loud noise. When I arrived home I took a look at the tire to see the head of the bolt stuck in the middle of the tread. Knowing this was extremely unsafe to drive As the bolt could dislodge and caused the tire to blow My only thought was to call the car dealership less than a mile from my house. The gentleman on the phone was very kind and did explain that they were extremely swamped. However, he told me to come down at 2pm and he would get me in and have the tire looked at. I arrived at 2 o’clock and a mechanic took the vehicle into the garage within minutes. About 35 minutes later the mechanic came into the waiting room to show me the size of the bolt. He explained that he was able to patch the tire from the inside and that I shouldn’t worry about it going flat. From the gentleman at the front desk who answers the phones to the mechanics working on the vehicles everyone was extremely professional and helpful. If you are in a situation where your vehicle needs immediate attention, I would recommend giving these guys a call. Not only were they extremely helpful but their pricing was beyond fair. They only charged me $35. The owner of this dealership has a great time working for him.

I went here yesterday with my mom as she had a headlight and a brake light out for some time and wasn’t able to drive at night. Against my better judgement she wanted to try Walmart first. Walmart wasn’t able to change them for her and said she needed to go to her dealership. So we stopped into East Coast Auto and asked if they could do it. It was clear they were busy, but they fit her in real quick to get it done so she could get back on the road safely. She’s older and on a fixed income and was worried about how much it would cost. Pretty sure the owner Mike hooked her up as the price was more than fair. I would never in a million years challenge a business owners prices (being a business owner myself I get it) but I really appreciate what he did for my mother. It renews my faith in people and it’s another reason why I will continue to support local businesses forever. Great job East Coast Auto and thank you so much!

i was getting gas yesterday when my car decided to not start. i went inside and told the cashier, the kid behind me in line told me to wait a moment, he works next door (east coast auto) and helped me get it started. he let me go over to their parking lot and fixed my terminal for me right there. amazing service and i am very grateful to have been in the same place and time as someone educated on cars who was willing to help me. i know where i will be making all future appointments for any other vehicle issues. these guys go above and beyond

Bought my first car here recently, made it super easy for me. Good deals for decent cars, had my car ready within an hour after pay, insurance and they register on site. Recommend!

Used this shop for service on many vehicles over the last several years. Always a fair price and honest work. Some jobs have been same cost if I had ordered parts and did it myself. Very convenient to make appointments and always have work done on time.

I 10/10 recommend east coast. They have been no the but helpful and super professional. Answer all question. I bought a car from them not even a week ago and had something pop when driving it. Got the car towed to them and they had the car all fixed up plus replaced the battery and did a full oil change. 100% on them got my car the next day. I have already recommend them to everyone I know that is looking to get a service done or a car.

Very nice, professional shop. Love the sculptures made from gears and other auto parts. But mostly they were quick, communicated very well, and there were no surprises that something else was needed beyond what they quoted. And on top of that, they replaced a headlight for free and buffed out the yellowed headlight lens. Definitely recommend and will be my new go to for service.

Was told by 3 other shops need this and that and a new engine. Brought it to these guys and truck didn't need a new engine they fixed the truck and saved the day. Highly recommend

A friend asked me to post this to keep anonymous. They bought a car here and test drove it. Seemed fine. Bought the car and drove it home and the transmission started acting up on the way. Should have a 30 day warranty. They called ECAS and was told that this brand of car does that. Long story short,not has been several months, that transmission is getting worse.and this place wont return a call. Definitely don't recommend

Went there for emissions last week, I was in and out before I actually made another appointment for another vehicle. Had 4 new tires put on, a front end alignment, an oil and filter change, all done in a very reasonable time (about an hour) and a reasonable price. Will go here again!

I went here for my emissions test. I was prepared to wait but I was happily surprised. I handed my $20 cash and my keys and what seemed to be minutes later I had my car back and I was on my way. The waiting area had a child's play area, TV for the adults. I sat outside on a nice bench to read, but I didn't even get time to get comfortable before my car was back. The staff was very helpful and nice. I would strongly recommend this place if you need your emissions test done.
