Beware - items stolen from vehicle brought here! Our vehicle was brought here after being totaled in a collision. The vehicle had multiple items in the car after leaving the tow yard (including EZ Pass, university parking tags, other personal items) and Copart did not retrieve or send them back. They refused to recheck the vehicle and said they could not be found. They were clearly stolen by one of their employees.
Went to pick up my personal items there today. Most of my personal items were stolen. I didn't go and complain because it's materialistic. It can be replaced. It's sad that certain employees can't be trusted at all. I forgive you whoever stole my items. I pray that you seek God and ask for forgiveness. Remember the saying, "What Goes Around Comes Around"
Lazy, incompetent people who take ZERO accountability. My car was towed here after an accident. They were supposed to mail my plates to me but only sent me ONE. I even called before they were sent to me to SPECIFICALLY make sure BOTH plates would be sent and even had them make note of it in my file because I had a funny feeling and wanted to make sure both were sent. Called multiple times after receiving only 1 to see if it could be retrieved as it is sentimental to me. Their response? "Too bad its already sold not our problem". They wouldn't reimburse me for MY PROPERTY either. Garbage company.
My car was damaged by the carrier and nobody is taking responsibility, also to add to that, the car was advertised as run and drive and nobody verified that it ran and drove before it left. It showed up with no oil or antifreeze, and definitely does not run. Beware of the yard manager Stephen Cornwell, he is absolutely no help at all with anything.
These guys tore the top on my jeep then refuse to take responsibility for it the last picture shows it’s not ripped when it left my house they bring it back to me torn worse place the employees are a joke
Sale was not transparent regarding extent of damage. Seemingly intentionally obscured damage in photos. Also claimed that vehicle ran and drove, was far from the case. Took advantage of my not having known any better at the time!
Horrible experience, do not go here. All the reviews about them being rude, unresponsive, and greedy for money are correct. I had about a dozen cars I wanted to see to compare on a future project but found the rules on seeing them in the lot confusing so I called ahead and spoke to a guy who said I could see as many as I wanted as long as I paid the guest fee and went with the attendant 5 cars at a time. I wasnt expecting to go with someone watching us as many videos I've seen online show people looking at the cars on their own, but i figured maybe this place has different rules or something so i figured it was fine. I live an hour away so I drove a ways to get there, and when I checked in with the woman at the front desk she said exactly what the guy on the phone told me. After seeing only 3 cars I was told by the attendant that 2 of them were at a completely different lot I had to drive to and when I tried to look at other cars in the lot I was already at I was told by a very rude woman that I'm only allowed to see 5 cars a DAY. I spent $60 for me and my girlfriend to see 3 cars as after that I didn't even want to bother trying to mess around at the other lot as I didn't trust it would be any better. Not at all worth it and completely derailed my plans for the day. I drove an hour there to spend $60 and 30 minutes looking at cars only to be told the man on the phone and the first receptionist I spoke to were apparently both wrong. Not worth your time, find another place to get cars as this is not it.
Week over week this is happening. Had appointment on their Transporter app for 1 PM. My truck was there at 1:41 PM and is still sitting there waiting -now 2:38 PM
Copart trucks will wait at my shop too. I will treat you as well as you treat me Copart!

So this year they took off from Thursday and returned on Monday for thanksgiving. Cars that were “bids to be approved” were approved while THEY WERE CLOSED OR WE WOULD HAVE BEEN THERE TO GET THE VEHICLES -so in their “customer-centered” minds they charged us storage.
What comes around goes around.
I didn’t think it mattered where my van went but I wish I’d read the reviews here first. They were supposed to take my plates off and put them back in the van before they sent it off to get repaired. Instead they held on to them, told no one, and when my van was complete only then was I told they destroyed my plates 4 months ago. Unreal. I didn’t scream at the poor woman behind the counter but she looks like she’s used to getting screamed at. Like she was ready for it because it happens all the time. Now I can’t get an appointment at the DMV for a month and a half. Thanks a lot.
Absolutely horrible experience. Third party set me up with copper to come pick up a vehicle. Was told it would be today and the driver would call an hour before pickup time. It’s ten of and I’ve been waiting with two phones going (one for their customer service line and one for their dispatch) in hopes that someone may pick up. Don’t bother calling because no one will answer your call. And to be honest, it’ll be less aggravation to just find another company. Very unprofessional and sketchy that someone can’t ever answer a phone no matter what line you call.
Despite the disruption of Covid-19 protocols, the service provided was fast, yet THOROUGH and PROFESSIONAL--indeed a true welcome. The young lady that assisted me, didn't hesitate to answer all of my questions, and quickly no less. She even went the extra steps to ensure everything I required was covered and CONFIRMED. THANK YOU!!! (I wish could recall her name, she was excellent thru the flawless execution of her duties/services.)
I want to commend the other visitors/motorists who were there since we all diligently followed the instructions affixed at the entrance. Thank you all for your courtesy to others just as to yourselves.

This place was extremely far from my home hard to believe there isn't one in Fairfield county. But other that they were ok and as long as you have all the right documents and info you shouldn't worry about much. The staff was helpful. My vehicle was stripped clean of my personal items and they helped me figure out through their excellent record keeping when and where it happened.
There services sucks! My car was supposed to be picked up a week ago and they told me it would be picked up this week. Now their telling me it’s going to be another week. Also their phone services sucks. They had me on hold for 3 hours. If it was a rating below 1 Star I would give them that rating.

The ladies were extremely helpful, smart and attractive. The gentleman that escorted me to the vehicle was polite and knowledgeable. I had a pleasant experience and would not hesitate to go back.
Went there today to look at a few cars. The staff in the office is great, the yard guys at the main lot are Awesome. The KLLER of all is DAVID apparently the yard manager at the sub-lot. Total a-hole with the nastiest attitude ever. I doubt I'll be doing business with these guys again after this bs.
The very worst experience ever state farm arranged for them to pick up my car which was hit a ND parked on the street 5 days later they still hadn't come for it state farm spoke to them and they said definitely the next day .icalled the next day they said they couldn't do.it for 2 more days the police told me I would get a ticket and be towed they didn't care just said they were short of help because of the holiday NO ONE SHOULD EVER USE THESE PEOPLE EVER
Office personnel were very friendly and helpful. But the yard manager was a total SOB!!!!!! I have been to many Coparts around the country picking up vehicles but I will NEVER go back to this location. I do not talk bad about anyone but this one bastard has turned me away from Copart for a while and I let everyone I come into contact with in the auto business know about it.
Very kind and helpful staff. Helped me process my tittle after my insurance lost it for some time. They took it in their own hands to track it down and kept me updated with the process..
These people are so unbelievably greedy. They try to squeeze every possible penny out of you. They charge you storage for Saturday and Sunday even though they are closed. I had someone lined up to pick up the vehicle on Saturday but they could not because Copart was closed, but they still charge you storage. In their eyes you are just a dollar sign.
They showed up to buy my car with no heads up call, in a flatbed truck with a vehicle already on the flatbed, guy was extremely rude and demanded I hand over the title of my vehicle without even stepping out of his tow truck. I'm now worried my vehicle is going to be stolen, that's how sketchy of an experience it was.....This place is a scam!
Was a horrible experience,lady on phone said 24 hours for pickup of my old car,took 5 days,5 days of paid storage my pocket,then the driver shows up making check payable not to me my car,but to the tow yard!! No car no title, no check,driver takes off with all my oropy,in the end drinker came to my house with real check, don't go there,
Terrible Customer service, they have damaged my vehicle on their yard and refused to take responsibility for it.
I strongly do not Recommend to buy a vehicle from this branch.

I brought 2007 Toyota Tacoma on May 2019. After I got the truck from my transportor. It was 5 speed which it wasn’t describe at the listing. There were rust all over the truck which want describe at the pictures or the listing. After being 6 weeks title late they hit with 20 delivery fee plus they have a big mouth about it. Brought for 6,500 plus 600 tow fee plus 1500 engine repair. 900 brakes, AC, wheels. It’s still more work need to be done before road safety.
There Customer service sucks. There not people friendly. Even the supervisor is b.s. My experience with this location is horrible. I wouldnt give this place no stars but i had to. WHO EVER IS IN CHARGE THERE NEED TO RETRAIN EVERYONE THERE.
