This is the worst tow truck service I ever had. The boss has no communication skills at all. Charged me $225.00 dollars for a 4 mile drive and on top of it the driver was 1 1/2 hour late. My worst experience ever, just terrible .
Everyone at Mike's Towing are incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. From the moment I needed assistance, they made the whole process so much easier. The team was not only efficient but also genuinely caring. A special shout-out to the wonderful lady I spoke with over the phone today- she was so pleasant, warm, and welcoming. It is clear that Mike's Towing appreciate their customers and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service. Highly recommend them if you are ever in need of towing or assistance!
I recommend these people over anywhere else I've been for auto repair. Excellent work done fast and at a great price. They got my rear brake lines done for my 97 Ford Escort LX Wagon quicker and way cheaper than anywhere else I was quoted (and I shopped around heavily). If you're in Hartford County don't even think about it, just go!
Rude and nasty driver. Would NEVER recommend. Called for an emergency tire change and the driver said I don’t change tires with customers “shit jacks “ attempted to tow my car back to shop to use his floor jack. When I said no he wanted to argue and fight. STAY AWAY!
Spoke to a rep here who said they were sending someone to come look at my truck. When I called back to check in the status about an hour later, I was told to get someone else with no explanation why. Finally, they stopped taking my calls. Very unprofessional.
I liked the person who towed me. He took very good care of my Q7. This was not my first time dealing with Mike's towing. Every time was a good experience.
Had to get my old car towed to donate to local fire dept, they gave a reasonable price and were polite, there was a delay upon pick up but only because it was a busy rainy day and so there was a wait, but no biggy. They did update me with what they could for an eta that day, so they were helpful.
My key wouldn't turn in the ignition. So, I needed my car towed to the dealer. It was my first time calling a tow truck. I got excellent service!! They showed up earlier than expected. The customer service lady was nice and the driver!
Called about getting a vehicle towed and they recommended two other companies that were closer to my home to help save me some money. And still offered to help if I needed it. That is the true sign of a great company.
Traveling in the area from out of town and had a mechanical problem that required towing. Jack from Mike's Towing arrived quickly and took care to transport my truck to a nearby car dealer for repairs and followed instructions to hand off the vehicle to the service department. I was pleased with service and would use again if necessary (hopefully not).
Best towing experience ever! When our truck broke down on the interstate, we called Mike’s. It was cold and rainy and with 3 of us in the truck, we knew all of us wouldn’t be able to ride in the tow truck so we ordered a ride through a car ride service. We were nervous about the driver being able to find us/being willing to pick us up on the side of the interstate.
Juan from Mike’s showed up in less than 30 minutes. When he noticed there were 3 of us in the car he called his store manager, who came to pick us up in his personal vehicle and bring us back to the shop. These men truly went above and beyond and did so with genuine kindness.
I would recommend Mike’s to anyone. Great service delivered by truly kind people.
This place is really great. We needed a tow and they came quick for a very affordable price. We were on the side of the highway planning to Uber but the manager of the shop came (separate from the tow truck driver) to pick us up so we wouldn’t have to wait. Both of the guys that helped us were super friendly and helpful. Cant recommend this place enough!
Mike's Towing company was a lifesaver for me. My car broke down in the middle of a busy street, I didn't know what to do considering that I'm a first-time driver. Luckily my car broke down right in front of Mike's Towing and Bret and Freddie came over and told me what was wrong with my car not only that but they moved my car into and area by there business and made sure I was ok before leaving me. I am beyond thankful to to the employees at Mike auto who helped m. I would highly recommend to others. Who loves great customer service!
