Very annoying and pushing me to buy parts when I told the guy on Facebook that I would buy the part when I was ready for it and I get a text every week asking if I’m ready when I told him it would be a few months. Made very clear he had my business
Around 30 years since I started getting parts here and still til this day very recommended !!!!! Last bought a 2012 pilot fusebox for under the hood and it was very clean. Thanks guys. Again. !!!!
Really easy time ordering the parts. Granted, I had all of the information they needed ready. Despite that, whoever picked up the phone was kind, easy to talk to.
Traveled all the way from Columbus, Ohio to pick up a low mileage transmission for a Grand Am. They went out of their way to make sure we were satisfied. Transmission installed and runs great! Thank you very much.
Had a great experience buying a part with them. I dealt with George who was patient and helpful throughout the process and made me feel comfortable paying over the phone. I and in NY so they took my info over the phone and shipped my item, it arrived in two days! It was a fairly rare grille for my truck, and I was impressed by their dismantler getting it removed from the vehicle with all the hardware intact. It did have a cosmetic/stuctural crack in the plastic when it arrived and they were accomadating about the issue. I would reccomend them!
What unbelievable support they provided me. I was in an emergency situation from one of the parts I had purchased from them. They drove me out a replacement part to pittsfield ma which is 1 1/2 hours from them. They also gave me some money back. Good people and I will certainly do business with them again! Thank you guys!

Front differential and my car call for transfer case i did get the transfer case and was wrong i did when back to them and help me very nice thanks to mark auto parts.
Every Monday from 5 -9pm Classic cars. I was impressed with all those beautiful cars and lovely sounding engines. Gotta check it out. Live music and food.
Came to the Mark’s Classic Cruise Night yesterday - my first time ever . I was positively surprised. It was great ! Bigger them I imagined. Close to 700 cars yesterday and sometimes I believe they have more . Lots to look at :) They had entertainment ( live band ), food
, desserts , coffee, fresh popcorn and more. I enjoyed my time very much and will be back again
Next time I will come on my motorcycle since there is a special parking for them

These guys are nothing but helpful. Had trouble finding a matching fender for my car but they had it. Drove over 3 hours to get it, and wasn't able to make it during business hours. They went out of their way to accommodate me and let me pay over the phone and pick up after hours. The condition of the fender exceeded my expectations. This place is great and they are a pleasure to deal with
Needed a Fuel Door for my 2000 Honda Insight. A randomly little piece on a rare car. Found it on ebay through Mark's. Shipping came in 2 days before estimate. The price was incredibly fair. They wrapped and packed the component with care.

I've been going here for more than 30 years and it's a great place to buy used auto parts. George and the team there are amazing and I've never had a bad experience. Great prices, great parts, and great service are what you can expect. And Mark puts on a heck of a car show in the summer months.
I've used them twice - once years ago for a side-view mirror for my truck. It was clean and very reasonably priced. Recently I called for a door window motor for my car and they didn't have it. But he found a shop that did have it and connected me with them. VERY good customer service / highly recommend.
Part was as described online parts department was clean and person working the counter was helpful and knew the parts they had in stock was a great experience .
My cousin referred me to Mark's Auto parts for a used tire and said they do alot of business with them they'll take care of you there. He was right, Rich was great!! He helped me with my tire for my Jeep and helped out with a few other parts I had inquired about. I would totally recommend Mark's Auto parts to family and friends!!
I always come here for my used auto parts. Affordable family owned business. Love the classic car shows on warm summer Monday evenings. Even if I don't attend, I enjoy seeing all the classic cars driving thru this area.
