I'm really disappointed that my car was purchased and the check won't deposit. I haven't been paid for my car and its in the company's possession. The tow driver however was excellent. Very nice man and appreciated his help. Not his fault for the mess up by any means. The company should pay in CASH not CHECK.
I was told that I would get a phone call before the driver gets there they was kind enough to do that to give me an hour ahead of time before they arrived that was great the driver was very patient and very polite

Over all it was very easy to do and the pickup driver was great! They paid a fair price for my car, but they didn’t pick my car up the day I was expecting but came the next morning so that might be nitpicking.

Quick, easy removal of an old vehicle destined for the "retirement community". Cash For Cars gave me an above fair price for my car even after I told them the shape it was in. Would definitely suggest Cash For Cars to anyone looking to get rid of vehicles that aren't needed.
I called on a Monday, they told me they would pick the car up on Tuesday. I called three times and they told me every time someone would be picking up my car that day. Fast forward to 8pm, nobody had picked my car up. They then showed up the next day with no warning or prior call. Extremely unprofessional all the way around
It’s really as easy as it seems. Just do yourself a favor, and call, online anything is annoying, and let’s be real. This is a very big transaction. Just call. It’s easy abs they’re all helpful and relaxed.

Very unprofessional the granby yard. The pick up was scheduled then they never showed up till 6 hrs later. They lied from the dispatcher to the tow truck driver. I've use d this company before in other states and this was by far the worst experience took 8 days for their check they issued to be inputed for it to be cashed.never fo there it's not worth the hassle
