Bought a 2018 GLE five months ago. 5 months and 7k miles later the car runs well. Prior to pick up they gave me a list of things they'd finish in the car. They did. No games. No excuses. I really don't like used car dealers. These guys were different. I'd buy from them again.

This auto dealership is truly a hidden gem! The two individuals that helped us were Zack (I believe the owner) and Patrick. Both of these men were professional, understanding and extremely helpful. Their customer service is top tier! We were able to obtain the vehicle we found online in less than a week. They prepped it, completed necessary paperwork and even stayed later to finalize the paperwork. I can't express enough of my gratitude for their kindness and we didn't feel taken advantage of or spoken down to. They truly love what they do and it shows. I can't say enough about this place. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend everyone to them. My experience was like no other at any car dealership in my life. The attentiveness and care that Zack and Patrick put into their work is noted but I really feel this is just who they are and they live by the golden rule. These guys not only take good care of their cars they take good care of their customers. Any concern I had or things that needed to be fixed were done with no questions asked. They made sure my purchase was clean and ready to safely drive off the lot. I knew driving off the lot I was getting a good car from a dealership with integrity. I love my new car!! I was nervous about buying a newer car as I’d heard the horror stories about dealerships. Ended up doing research on the car I wanted and came across one here. Called in advance and talked with the guys, and setup a test drive for the next day. Got there and they handed me the keys and told me which roads were best to drive on. Came back from the test drive and the salesmen was super nonchalant. At no point did I feel pressured to buy the car. After fair negotiations, we came to an agreement and I picked up the car the next day. Honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!

Probably the best truck buying experience I've ever had! Zack and Patrick are great - they were courteous, not pushy at all, and made my wife and I feel comfortable and appreciated. The experience was actually fun! They are unique and working with them was unlike any other experience we have had with dealers. It is odd to say, but we are looking forward to when we need another vehicle because we're going to go back to them!!!

My experience with Lava Motors was great! Zach and Patrick at Lava Motors on River Rd know how to run a used car business. I took a vehicle for a test drive, when I returned, I had 2 items that I was concerned with. Lava Motors said they'll take care of them, so I purchased the vehicle. One of my concerns was addressed prior to me picking up the vehicle and the other was fixed right after. They kept their word. I will definitely consider buying another vehicle from them. This was my first used vehicle purchase in over 30 years. I was a bit hesitant at buying a used vehicle due to a couple of past experiences. Many years ago, I bought a used car, had an issue and the dealer wouldn't do a $30 fix. I ended up fixing it myself. I helped my grandfather years ago buy a vehicle at a different dealership, and the dealer wouldn't do any fixes. Lava Motors doesn’t work that way. They treat their customers well.

I found Lava Motors through CarGurus. I had initially been interested in a 2015 Audi, and Zack assured me they would charge the AC before I purchased it. There were several delays which turned out to be due to faulty wiring. The car was looked over thoroughly and determined it could not be repaired. I had almost given up hope of being able to get something in my price range. Luckily for me, they had this beautiful 2015 BMW in stock, with less mileage than the Audi had. I live out of state, so Zack and Patrick worked hard to make sure I could drive it home the same evening I test drove it. In addition to that, Zack paid to have the windshield replaced, which had a central crack that I was worried about spreading. The windshield repair shop said the top of the old windshield wasn’t sealed well, so it was a very good thing it was replaced before any problems occurred. I’m so grateful to Zack and Patrick for their honesty and integrity. I love my new car and feel very safe in it. My experience with Lava Motors was fantastic and I highly recommend them if you are looking to purchase a quality used vehicle.

Hands down the best dealership experience I've ever had! Zack (the owner) was not pushy at all and let me view/test drive the vehicle on my own accord. When it came time to purchase, he was more than accommodating and cared more about me being in a reliable vehicle I enjoy, than making a huge profit. Patrick (finance) was efficient and had me done with the process within an hour-hour and a half. I can't recommend this place enough!!!

So I recently purchased a Porsche Panamera GTS that I found just scrolling on the Internet at first I thought it was too good to be true, but I showed up to Store in Canton Greeted by Patrick I have been on the phone with show me the car. From the first conversation I had over the phone with Zachary, the owner; I knew I was in good hands. Being that I was coming from NJ, a woman , all alone, I was ready for the fight. Long story short . I was looking to replace my 2015 Expedition that was totaled by a falling tree . Went on line and found a 2016 at Lava 1 for a price i couldn't refuse. Went to look at it and meet Patrick Baker my sales men nice guy said they would take care of the issues it had .. I live 1.5hours away and work alot . Didn't have time to drive back n forth for repairs but after having it for a week check engine light came on so I had to bring it back.. Good news i was given a loaner car and they returned my vehicle to my home and took loaner. That was awesome. Thanks to Patrick and his persistence everything got done and I'm very happy. And thanks to all involved that made it all come together

If you’re someone who knows almost nothing about cars, it’s easy to be taken for a ride (pun intended). As somebody who spent her entire adult life in NYC, I never needed a car. So, when it came time to get one, I was in the dark. Then I met JASON. Jason is Lava’s biggest asset and I’m here to tell you why. He got me into a pristine and highly affordable Subaru within a week (would’ve been sooner, but I was waiting on a paystub). The car runs perfectly and it was waxed and detailed upon pickup. Not only did he have the car I wanted, but he knew I wasn’t familiar with the car-buying process. Instead of trying to jab me and take advantage of my lack of knowledge, Jason explained literally every single thing to me in great detail and with incredible patience. When I sent him a text or an email, I heard back within 15 minutes every single time. When I called with questions he answered on the first ring. He truly is a gift to Lava.
