I cannot say enough amazing things about Dominic & his business. Not only is he extremely professional, but he is such a genuine person & really cares about you as a person and doesn't treat you like just another person who owns a car. I got into a bad accident that wasn't my fault and as shaken up and worried I was his calm demeanor and knowledge of this situation for over 30+ years helped me immensely in a time of stress and confusion. I wish all business owners had the type of empathy he does - should I need anything in the future he will be the first person I call!

This past weekend I was in a car accident and stressed about having to find someone to tow our car to the collision center to get an estimate. Dominick was extremely helpful and responsive when I shared my towing needs with him. Dominick picked up the car from my house ahead of schedule and brought it to the collision center with no hesitation. A1 towing is great and I would definitely use them again! Highly recommend.

I was in an accident and A-1Towing in Canton was chosen to take my car. Boy did I get lucky! Before he left the scene Matt, the tow truck driver, made sure I had the information I needed to get in touch with them. When I called after hours expecting to leave a message, Matt immediately picked up and answered my questions. A few minutes later my phone rang and it was Matt calling me back because there were some questions I had forgotten to ask and he wanted to make sure I knew how to proceed and was fully informed. The next day when I called back the owner Dominick immediately answered the phone and was fully informed about my situation without me having to tell him a thing. He gave me advice about how to work with my insurance company to ensure I wasn't taken advantage of. When my insurance company was being difficult, Dominick took the time to call me and work out a new plan to make sure I was taken care of. I am so grateful to A-1 towing for their kindness and knowledge--they clearly put their customers first! They took a stressful situation and made it so much easier! Dominic was fabulous and recommended a service which could help me when it became clear during our telephone conversation that he would not be able to pull my car out. My car was located several hundred feet off road on very soft ground. His cable was not long enough to reach it, but he directed me to another operator who pulled my car out. Dominic even followed up with me to make sure that I was being assisted. I would definitely use him in the future.
This is a top notch company. Responded quickly to the initial tow request from an accident. Incredibly helpful. Really went above and beyond in helping us navigate with the insurance company and looked out for our best interest; not just in it to make a buck.
Great Tow Company! I contacted A1 via email for a quote on towing my old junker plow truck upto my new home in Canton. I received a reply within minutes with a very reasonable price, and was cheaper than other companys in the area. Once I scheduled the tow, again via email, Dominick showed up on time with the right equipment for the job. I was also surprised to see it was a new tow truck with state of the art equipment on it. Even though my plow truck is a bit of junker Dominick took great care of loading it and was a great guy to deal with. Once it showed up at my new house again Dominick took great care with unloading it. I would certianly use A1 again for all my towing needs and would recommend them to anyone in the area!

I had a car totaled in 2009, I went to where it was towed which was A-1 and just let them take the car but I never removed the plates or notified DMV. I was slightly ignorant since I never dealt with a situation like this before. A few year later I had to contact the towing company and was so happy we used this place because the owner went way above and beyond and did all he could and helped me resolve the DMV and tax penalties. Really great person and highly reliable. I will use them and them only for towing and recovery.
He also will make you comfortable and take care of you if you do need a tow and trust worthy.
During a terrible ice storm this winter, A-1 was on the scene within 10 minutes. The they were courteous and professional. After the accident, the owner was knowledgeable and helpful in the insurance process, as well as recommending a reputable body shop. I would highly recommend A-1.
I needed a tow mid morning on the eve of the weathermen's prediction of "SNOWMAGEDDON 2015". Dominick returned my phone call immediately, and arrived extremely quickly. Uh oh, problem! He couldn't get in my driveway because of some residual ice and snow from previous storms. I told him I would go to our town garage and get some salt/sand with my wife's car, spread it out on my driveway, and then call him back. Dominick promptly responded to my call again, arrived quickly again, and while enjoying my moral victory, he was able to get in my driveway and tow my car. He was as kind, pleasant and professional both times at my house. So for my first time experiencing a need for a tow, and being in need locally, this was a pleasant experience which worked out well. Dominick is a class act, who treats his potential clients with a calm and professional personality. Job well done!
While I am not excited about the misfortune of having a car accident, I still rate A-1 Towing as excellent. Sadly, both my daughter and I had accidents on our own street this year. While scary, everything turned out ok in the end. A-1 Towing was dispatched to both incidents. They were helpful in every possible way, polite, considerate, super professional, and most of all kind and understanding in a not fun circumstance.
