This is my second time using drunk loggers, and it was better than the first, then the first was very good. These guys were just better at the Tetris of loading the truck. I believe their names were Jaden and Malik. I might have that wrong, but they were very efficient and despite being the last hall of the day did not rush their job or appear under any distress. It’s a great service and they reuse as much as they can. I’ll use them again as soon as I can assemble another load.
I’m a repeat customer because Junkluggers make it easy to set an appointment online, keep you up-to-date on time of arrival, are polite and efficient. It’s more cost-effective if you have a bigger amount to unload. But for me, it’s worth every penny.
These two aces came in, evaluated, discussed the impossible and was able to break down an old couch and get rid of it. They even helped to move some things around in the space! Love the idea of donating goods that have been gently used but more importantly MAKE SURE YOU CONTINUE TAKE CARE OF THESE GUYS! Its back breaking work and ambition and care for the job should always be rewarded. Thanks again Junkluggers and BIG THANKS to the 2 man crew they sent!
We have used Junkluggers several times, and each experience has been outstanding. The team is always so professional, friendly, and respectful of our space. They always let us know when they are nearby, so we can be sure to have the space ready. They even checked to make sure my cat was in a closed-off space before they started “lugging”. And they are quite fast! I highly recommend.

I hired the Junkluggers to move a desk from my basement to an office I was setting up on the 2nd floor. The desk had a hutch which was attached by a couple of screws. The luggers told me they couldn't move the desk as is. That it needed to be disassembled and the hutch separated. They refused to help remove the screws. I have used other services that actually performed this type of help. But the Junkluggers apparently do not. It took me 10 minutes to remove the screws myself. The luggers were notcibly annoyed they had to wait while I did this. Then they moved the desk upstairs. Of course they also refused to provide any assistance in holding the hutch in place so I could re- secure it to the desk. Very unhelpful and I didn't appreciate the attitude either. Then I had a table to remove. They took it out to the truck. A minute later my son changed his mind and wanted to just move the table to the basement instead. The luggers refused to take it back off the truck claiming it was too late. Too late for what? I found these luggers very unaccomodating. Unlike other services I have used. Perhaps this was just a bad crew. But my experience was less than good.
Junkluggers sent a 3 man crew who were very strong to our house. They loaded their truck with our unwanted furniture and fixtures, enabling us to downsize to apartment living. They were very polite and they had an uncanny ability to fit large items through small spaces. They did great work in a short amount of time.
The experience I had was definitely very positive. All the people from the person I spoke to when I made the appointment to the guys that showed up to take away the furniture were all very professional. I was pleasantly surprised and I would highly recommend them
I was hesitant about hiring a service for sofa sectional removal ; I had read horror stories about prices being hiked up when the company arrived - a bait and switch so to speak; however, it was very important to me that my furniture be repurposed vs. being thrown in a landfill. Junkluggers was one of a few services that did donated. I was given an estimate over the phone, as I did not want to do an on- site estimate. The driver said they did an estimate on volume; I immediately said that I had already had an estimate and I was very pleased he honored the estimate and did not attempt to play games. He even gave me a 10% discount The movers were courteous, friendly and professional! I will be using Junkluggers when I am ready to repurpose my bedroom set.
I called the Junk Luggers to come pick up some furniture that I needed out of the house in preparation for a new furniture delivery. I called on a Friday night and they were at our place Sunday morning. The two men who came to collect the furniture were incredibly friendly, efficient, and strong! Lol. All of our “junk” was out of our house in ~30m, and payment was fair and quick. They charge based on volume, so having them come to give a free quote is worth it. I am so happy I found them and will absolutely be calling again. Thank you!!
Junkluggers were fantastic. We used them on 3 separate days when downsizing a relative's house. They got huge, heavy items out of the basement, removed a piano that we sadly couldn't find a new home for, and took care of so much old, ruined furniture and equiptment. They were ontime, professional, and the admin team is VERY responsive to bookings and requests. Highly recommend.

I'm a professional organizer. Personally and professionally I've spent the past 18 months or so using a variety of services of this kind because I wanted to KNOW who I felt was the best and who I really wanted to work with over time. Junkluggers stood out for reliability, communication, professionalism, and service. I also love their consideration about issues of sustainability.
Some others I used were good too. Others were cheaper. You get what you pay for. One company I used- I learned in hindsight- basically puts out the orders for the taking for anyone with a truck. It was a disaster.
We are often clearing things out of our homes during times of transition- which are inherently stressful. Junkluggers makes it so much easier.
Response was quick. The trucks were clean and not leaking oil. Crew was polite and looked professional. After contact the crew showed up and explained the pricing structure. If you have a single item or a few they can give you a price. If you have a lot you are rolling the dice. I had an attic over a garage to clean out, items in the garage itself, items in a small barn and items it the basement of the house. Items of size and quantity where I chose to hire someone. This was an estate clean out. I was looking to get the garage attic cleaned out first but the crew had other ideas. The first crew took what was easily accessible and loaded the truck that already had other items in it. I would approximate 10% full. They called it a day, although I did consider the truck full but was charged for a full truck. I guess I was paying for the material that was in the truck when it showed up. I asked if they were coming back for the rest and they said not that day. I had to press them to contact their office to see if I was going to get someone the next day. The next day got 2 trucks that was supposed to finish the job. Being the previous days crew refused to tackle the garage attic I had the crew tackle that first while it was cooler. They utilized a ladder I had in the garage. In the process they had dropped several items through the 4 foot square attic access hole striking the 12 foot fiberglass ladder and damaging beyond repair two of the aluminum steps. When in inquired about it the foreman stated that stuff fell on it. When the cleaned out the barn I requested that they not drive across the lawn being it was approximately 50 feet to the driveway and would prefer they carried it. I was working in the house and came out to see the truck backed up to the barn and they drove through the neighbors yard and mine to get there leaving ruts. They kept the metal separate for recycling which was appreciated but made sure they took all the copper and brass plumbing pipe and fittings with them. Once again neither truck is what I would have considered full but was charged for full trucks. They stated I would now need a fourth truck for the metal and they would’ve backed that day. The metal was piled up half in and half out of one of the garage doors which would allow the garage door to be closed. Once again had to prompt the foreman to confirm the availability of another truck and was told I may get one the next day. I chose to call another service which sent a truck out that day to get the metal and the numerous other items that the Junkluggers guys didn’t take although there was room on the trucks. My only recommendation would be if you have a lot of material is to hire someone that can give you a set price.
It was a pleasure to deal with Junkluggers. Making the appointment was easy. They were available right away and showed up on time to remove our truckload of junk. I got a phone call to let me know they were on their way and they took pictures before and after to text me because I couldn’t be there. It’s not cheap to remove a whole truckload of junk, but it feels so good to get rid of it And knowing they recycle what they can also felt good
Superb service by Ollie and Dave! They were prompt, efficient, careful, and especially creative and determined when faced with the removal of a large refrigerator from the basement. We have used Junkluggers before and have always had excellent experiences. We recommend them highly.

I needed to get it off of a bathroom vanity countertop, some desk chairs and a computer monitor. I searched for the Junkluggers website and found the information very helpful. I decided to make an appointment, and to my surprise they had one for the same day. They gave me a frame time between 12:00-2:00 p.m. They call me 15 minutes before 12 p.m. and they arrive on time. I am very pleased with the service, the guys were very helpful and the whole process took not extra time. I recommend the Junkluggers, it is worthy the money you spend.

I had the best experience working with Junkluggers staff. From the minute I called all went smooth. I want to take a minute to thank the two brothers who actually completed the work. They were both professional, experienced in maneuvering the truck in a drive way, and more than helpful when it came to suggesting others ways to get the job done. I was so impressed with both brothers, yes they are brothers. What really impressed me was the fact they refused a tip I wanted to give them. I really hope Junkluggers appreciate these two employees. I found Junkluggers by accident. Full transparency I was trying to find the number for their competitor. It was a pleasant surprise to speak to a gentleman who actually quoted me $50 less than the competitor BEFORE he knew Junkluggers wasn't my first choice. The conversation was easy and relaxed. I never felt pressured, as a matter of fact, I was assured more than once if the price quoted on the day of delivery was not what I expected - they would leave without the item, and without charging one cent. But it was the two men who came for pick up that were the absolute best. They navigated the truck down my tricky driveway without running over a plant or taking down power lines. They were friendly, they listened, they offered suggestions - and they were patient - and that became very important, because the quote I was given on the phone did not match what the pick-up guys total said. They offered to call the office, and spoke for me. It did not appear to be scripted - they too thought the final price was too much, especially when they saw their touchscreen device was showing errors. I sincerely apprecaited their effort and it paid off - they honored the estimated price and I am writing a five star review. It was a win-win and isn't that how good business should be? Angel and Luke were kind, professional, and unflappable in the face of my horribly dirty and stuffed attic with low ceilings and narrow stairs. Scheduling was quick and easy. Pricing is transparent. It means so much to have the job done well. They were also friendly, quick, and willing to do it all. I can’t wait to do another project and will be calling them again for sure. Highly recommend!
Professional timely and efficient. The two gentleman one was Dante the other man I forget his name, but they were both amazing to work with. They had to maneuver very heavy bulky furniture in a small space. Wonderful attitude you can tell they take pride in what they do. Would definitely book this service again.
Under my deck was a huge mess of boxes, plant pots, a storage bin, large spool, broken cart and dead plants! Usually I take care of these things myself, but last June I got very sick so nothing had been done. I realized this year that I could no longer take care of this myself, so I checked the BBB, and Junkluggers was there with an A+ rating. I gave them a call on Monday, and they came out Tuesday. The guys were very professional and did a fantastic job! I sent pictures to the owner and got a quote over the phone. When the guys finished, they cut my bill by almost half because there wasn’t as much as they expected. I highly recommend this company and a great relief was lifted!
