They arrived right on time 10/17 and very efficiently took away old items in my garage, family room, and living room. Thanks to JunkLuggers I was all set for my living room furniture delivery the following day plus the family room and garage look great! Bravo!
The guys who helped me yesterday (I believe one of them is named Christian) went above and beyond. They were incredibly respectful of my belongings (which were big old boxes and furniture in a storage facility that they could have handled in a rough fashion but instead they handled everything carefully and gently), told me everything they were going to do before they did it, and put everything back in place perfectly when they were finished. If I can request them every time, I certainly will (because unfortunately the road ahead is a long one for me!). Thank you, Junk Luggers, for employing such professional, friendly, and STRONG people! Because of them, I’ll certainly be back!
This is my second time using Junk Luggers. What a phenomenal and most necessary service!! They cleared out everything from my mother’s apartment with respect of the items that they were removing. The workers were fantastic and great at making sure the right things were going. I didn’t need to pack anything. We needed to vacate the apartment by the end of the month. I truly didn’t know how we would have done that without Junk Luggers. I also appreciate that they try to keep things out of landfills and continue to donate our removed items to appropriate donation centers. Thank you Junk Luggers.

I found Junkluggers by accident. Full transparency I was trying to find the number for their competitor. It was a pleasant surprise to speak to a gentleman who actually quoted me $50 less than the competitor BEFORE he knew Junkluggers wasn't my first choice. The conversation was easy and relaxed. I never felt pressured, as a matter of fact, I was assured more than once if the price quoted on the day of delivery was not what I expected - they would leave without the item, and without charging one cent. But it was the two men who came for pick up that were the absolute best. They navigated the truck down my tricky driveway without running over a plant or taking down power lines. They were friendly, they listened, they offered suggestions - and they were patient - and that became very important, because the quote I was given on the phone did not match what the pick-up guys total said. They offered to call the office, and spoke for me. It did not appear to be scripted - they too thought the final price was too much, especially when they saw their touchscreen device was showing errors. I sincerely apprecaited their effort and it paid off - they honored the estimated price and I am writing a five star review. It was a win-win and isn't that how good business should be? This was the third or fourth time we've used Junkluggers and their staff is great. Each team that has come out has been courteous, professional and worked amazingly fast. It is a bit pricey, but for saving the time of multiple trips to the dump or wherever, borrowing a truck etc., it's not bad.
We used Junkluggers on October 1st to dispose of furnitures. The crew showed up on time and waited for me, because I was running late. They worked efficiently to remove the furnitures without scratching our walls and doors. The team was professional and Friendly. I highly recommend them for a stress free move. We would definitely use their service again.
Junkluggers sent a 3 man crew who were very strong to our house. They loaded their truck with our unwanted furniture and fixtures, enabling us to downsize to apartment living. They were very polite and they had an uncanny ability to fit large items through small spaces. They did great work in a short amount of time.

Under my deck was a huge mess of boxes, plant pots, a storage bin, large spool, broken cart and dead plants! Usually I take care of these things myself, but last June I got very sick so nothing had been done. I realized this year that I could no longer take care of this myself, so I checked the BBB, and Junkluggers was there with an A+ rating. I gave them a call on Monday, and they came out Tuesday. The guys were very professional and did a fantastic job! I sent pictures to the owner and got a quote over the phone. When the guys finished, they cut my bill by almost half because there wasn’t as much as they expected. I highly recommend this company and a great relief was lifted!

Our almost 20 year old spa needed to be 'put down' as the repair costs just weren't worth it, and so I looked online to see about having it hauled away.
Junkluggers came up first in my Google search, and having a sponsored listing probably serves them well as there are a LOT of junk removal companies out there. The lady who answered the phone was gracious and gave me the 'no pressure' spiel and I was hooked. I mean, they come to the house, look at the junk, give you a number on the spot, and you either say yes or no without obligation. Pretty simple :)
After receiving a phone call with an arrival time (professional and courteous) four guys arrived the next morning within the 2 hour window, all of them introduced themselves and shook my hand, and then I took them to the spa in the backyard. The thing was 7x7 and weighed a ton. After evaluating the situation, they gave me a number that was comparable to another quote I had received, and so I gave them the 'go ahead.' Knowing it was too heavy to pick up (having done plenty of other spas previously) they cut the thing into quarters using heavy-duty reciprocating saws that they had in the truck.
It wasn't an easy job, as it was also raining, but they did it in about 30-40 minutes, cleaned up the area, and then bid me farewell with a personal check in hand. The communication via email and phone was great, accepting a personal check or credit card was convenient, and the whole process from answering service to appointment time to the pickup guys demeanor was all very professional. Highly recommended.
