Wish I could pick zero, they never showed up, and when you call and ask them when they say another 20 mins. 3 hour wait and no show. This was during the day at 9am, Skip this place at all costs. Terrible.
I recently had my car towed yesterday about 30 minutes to my home after it broke down and wouldn’t start again. The driver, whose name started with a J, was incredibly polite, helpful, and understanding throughout the whole process. He arrived in less than 15 minutes and made what could have been a stressful situation so much easier to handle.
I have never seen a towing company with this high of a Google rating. I now understand why. I have dealt with over 50 towing companies as a small business owner, I can’t say a good thing about Almost all of them.
ENVY Was not only one hour early, their driver, Kenny was a true professional, who figured out a complicated TOW.
He then granted me the courtesy of hanging out for 20 minutes while I unloaded the truck he had picked up. Everyone is in such a hurry today, and they don’t care about the customer.
This was through a roadside call, and I am beyond thoroughly impressed.
If you have been stuck on the side of the road for hours, only for the towing company not to show up, look no further. Kenny with ENVY towing is top-notch in this company will stay in my Rolodex.
My transmission died around 9:30pm on a Monday and my insurance estimated an 11pm pick up. My tow truck driver, Justin, beat the estimate by almost an hour. He also was careful when winching the car onto the flat bed, securing it, and lowering it into my mechanic's lot. He even went the extra mile (literally) and drove me home without a problem when I asked.
Great service all around.
Driver showed up within the estimated window, called ahead of time (helpful with kids) and was professional, courteous, and quick. Assured me the car was delivered to the correct location and even sent me a picture via text of the car safe and sound. Will most definitely use this company again as my first choice. Thank you!
Quick, professional, safe- I would highly recommend this company. My car broke down today , had to stop on the shoulder of I 84 west in Connecticut, towing company quickly respond to the call, gave me a directions how to pin my exact location, arrived promptly and loaded my car in the tow truck in the matter of minutes. Tow truck operator -Josh is a true professional, very knowledgeable and helpful. I’m very grateful for his help.
These guys are tremendous. Shredded my tire on something in the road in Wilton, CT… I found out about them through Volvo roadside assistance. Joshua was my tow driver - sent me location texts so I could track where he was, really professional (not to mention the truck was incredibly clean – always a good sign!). Nothing worse than being stuck on the side of the road and waiting - these guys are top-notch!!
This was my second tow experience. The first tow was out of New Haven and was awful . So I didn’t have high expectations. But the service I received from Envy Service Center was fantastic!

Josh arrived within 30 minutes and was professional and well mannered. The truck was really clean inside & out and smelled nice.
He was cautious when hooking, loading and unloading the vehicle. Took gloves off each time getting in suv, to keep inside clean.
He explained everything he was doing and how some things worked and even tested my battery for me when I asked him a question about it!
Absolutely recommend to anyone in the area in need of a tow.
Will absolutely use again if ever in need.
This weekend I had a breakdown in a 1957 Porsche and called Envy Towing after being told my roadside assistance program would be a 4+ hour wait.
I am so glad I did because Josh was there in less than 40 minutes. Not only was Josh quick to arrive, he was very careful with the car and did a fantastic job loading and unloading it. I cannot recommend Josh at Envy towing highly enough. Thank you Josh for saving our weekend.
The customer service was terrible. My car was towed, yet I was not given a simple phone call to inform me when the driver arrived at the scene. The only way I knew my vehicle was being towed was because my alarm went off. A quick call would have been the right thing to do before touching someone’s car. Since I was not present, it would have been considerate for the driver or company owner to notify me beforehand.
When I called the number associated with the company, a very rude person answered in a harsh tone and said, “The driver is there. Are you there?” When I asked if they were trying to access my vehicle because my alarm had gone off, they rudely hung up on me! Someone could have been trying to steal my car for all I know! Next time inform your customers before you touch there cars when they are not present! I'll inform the insurance company how horrible the customer service is and I will never want to do business with people with horrible attitudes.
This company has the best fast and reliable service!!!

Honestly just a pathetic experience. I waited 3 hours for the driver just cancel after telling me he was 30 min away 2 separate occasions, also that the first time he called me he didn’t mean to call me and tell me that. Just truly one of the more pathetic customer service experiences I’ve ever received. I would personally not recommend to this to anybody I know.
Fast, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The driver even stayed to offer advice and help diagnose the problem with the car. Would definitely recommend!
Unsafe driving in the rain. Company probably ought to be shut down considering the drivers it has. Tailgating 18-wheelers in the rain on i-84 at mile 45. And then when passing those vehicles and getting honked at, intruding into their Lanes to bully them. Not unusual for Connecticut but sickening nonetheless.
Envy Towing came to the rescue on Thanksgiving when my EV ran out of charge. They arrived quickly, handled my car with care, and were incredibly friendly and professional throughout. Their fast and efficient service turned a stressful moment into a smooth experience. Highly recommend!
Not only did I lock my keys in the car, it was running!!! Talk about an airhead move!! Envy came out within 10 minutes and I was off and running. Wonderful gentlemen to boot!!
My truck broke down in Brookfield at night. Envy showed up quickly and jumped my battery for me. The driver was very professional and courteous and overall a cool dude. Thank You.
Absolutely terrible. The car engine went out, meaning the shifter wouldn't engage and the car couldn't go into neutral. This was explained to the company when we requested services. Their eta was 45 minutes, we waited 2 hours. They then told us they were 15 out, and we waited another 40 minutes for the driver to finally arrive. He was extremely rude and short with us. We explained the issue (which was that water got into the gas tank, the car wouldn't be able to start.) he ignored us and tried to jump the car several times, which drained the battery. He then explained that because the car wouldn't go into neutral, he couldn't tow it. He was with us all of ten minutes before leaving us stranded. We called another towing company who arrived and towed it without a problem. We had explained to Envy prior that the car couldn't go into neutral, so the driver should've come prepared. His rudeness and inability to listen to us about the problem also left us with the battery drained, meaning the cars hazards went out and we were stranded in the dark well into the night.
Tow company’s never get a good rap but I must say my experience with ENVY was one of the absolute worst experiences ever not only was my car damaged by them every step of the way I was encountered rude and unhelpful employees there driver will lie to your face tell you false information they will do anything or use any excuse to keep your car and make you pay there storage fee I WOULD HIGHLY ADVISE STAY CLEAR OF THEM
