The Tug Salad is to die for. I’ve been to Moran’s only a few times but I always feel like a guest of honor. The Executive Chef often comes out to give out samples of creations he’s working on for future nights. The wait staff is knowledgeable, attentive, and not overbearing. Edgar especially knows a great wine pairing for each dish. Highly recommended to anyone in New Canaan.
