We were returning home on the final leg of a 4000 mile road trip when our starter failed at the fuel pump. CT Service recommended Kronks for getting our vehicle towed and it was a good call. Chris and his crew from Kronks showed up promptly, communicated clearly and got our vehicle and camper trailer safely towed to CT Service. While I hope never having the need for tow service, I am glad Kronks was there to help in a time of need. With their help, we were repaired and back on the road within about 2.5 hours since initial call. Well Done!
I had a terrible accident and Kronks was the company called by the Police to pick up my vehicle. Chris was the driver and he was so kind and professional right from the start. Even made sure to take photos for me in case I didn’t. Checked to make sure I was ok and that if I needed anything to holler. I would recommend them over and over. Amazing team!

My husband needed his project car towed to our new home and Chris was amazing. Extremely helpful and kind, took extra care to make sure our vehicle arrived safely and meticulously got it into the exact right spot. The car doesn't even have front wheels but Chris navigated that with ease. Very reasonable pricing as well. Would highly recommend.
This is a company I would recommend to anyone. The delivery company I work for, had a Kenworth medium duty truck get stuck in some mud. I called Chris, who answered right away, and he was able to leave immediately to help my driver. He got to him and unstuck within an hour. I have dealt with many towing companies for similar issues and this was by far the best, fastest and most honest service I have received. Kronks has just about every vehicle and tool for any job. Kronks is the very best! Chris and Shawn came to our rescue in several ways! The fuel pump on our pickup left us stranded! Chris sent Shawn to pick us up and then called the auto parts stores to find the best price on a new fuel pump! Shawn invited us to sit in the air conditioned truck, while he loaded our pickup! Shawn towed us to the auto parts store, where we purchased a new fuel pump, and then took us on to Ft Collins, Colorado to our friends house, where my husband installed it! Chris and Shawn were both very polite, thoughtful and helpful! Thank you both very much!

Our tire fell off on the freeway and they came out to help us. The guy that responded was so friendly, helpful and very personable. He even took my car to a place that could fix the damage and he actually stayed to help with the repairs. Absolutely amazing place.
Chris is awesome! As the first person to talk to when I called Kronks, he was instantly so nice and straight forward. He was honest with the pricing and I felt so comfortable talking to him!!!!! MATT was also incredible!!!! I had a large truck that was not running & needed a tow from Fort Lupton up to Windsor (30 miles, but at least 50-60 minute drive due to traffic) and he still haf an awesome attitude when he arrived, even in this CO heat! I just want to thank Chris and Matt sooo much they’re both amazing people! I’ve never had to deal with towing service and they made my first experience an amazing one from the beginning! Matt made the ride home so comfortable and not to mention the price and the distance he drove thank you so much again I would highly recommend going through them! And anytime I need to be towed again they’re the ones I’m going to! Keeping rocking on kronks!! Also forgot to mention everything they did for me it was beyond necessary! Last night I slid into a ditch around 2 in the morning in Platteville. Not knowing my surroundings I googled "towing companies" and Kronks was the first to show up. Frustrated and cold I spoke with Chris and he assured me they would come out and get me on the road as soon as they could. He got to me very quickly and helped me on my way for a very reasonable cost. Very personable and EXCELLENT customer service. Also cared very much about making sure my car and I were safe and unharmed. They have a lifelong customer now thanks to that. Thank you Chris!
Matt was fantastic! Came to my rescue and changed my tire on the side of a snowy dirt road. Was very fast, funny, good company and knowledgeable. Definitely recommend! Turns out us independent women do need a man on occasion.
My husband and I were on our way home from work around 8:30 PM when an axle broke on my 1997 Honda CR-V. The driver took great care in loading and unloading my car to minimize further damage. And all for a very reasonable price. I am ever so grateful!

My alternator went on my way to my parents house the night it got to almost 0 degrees outside. I called Kronks and spoke to Chris he was able to get a truck out to me within the hour. The gentlemen who towed my car was Matt and he did a fantastic job of lifting my land rover on to his flatbed truck. He was very professional as well as funny. He got my car on to the back of his truck in no time at all. What blew me away was that he was even able to put it in the garage without my car actually moving. I would definitely recommend him as well as the company to anyone who needs a tow truck. I'll also make sure to keep the phone number saved in my phone incase I need to be towed again. Thank you guys for being so helpful it definitely made the stressful situation easier to handle.

My day had started off terrible, i had a root canal done then i stopped to get some groceries on my way home when my car wouldn't start. I called Kronks and Chris was very friendly on the phone. Matt the driver called me with his ETA and had my car loaded in no time. Matt was really awesome and nice to chat with and turns out he's my neighbor, he saved my day and groceries by going out of his way. i would recommend them to anyone and will use them in the future if needed.

Unfortunately my car broke down again, FORTUNATELY i had the pleasure to use Kronks again, less than a month from my last time. This time Chris was the driver and he was just as friendly and easy going as my last time. Super friendly guy and nice to chat with, called and he was at my location within his time window about 25mins. Guess its safe to say i will use them again in the future if i need(hopefully not)
Excellent service! I originally called for my vehicle to be picked up and dropped off to my house and was quoted at $90. It was dropped off quickly within 30 minutes of calling. When I mentioned that I would need to take it to my mechanic the next day, Matt, our driver offered to take it to the mechanic that night for that same price instead of having to charge me twice. As a college student, I can certainly appreciate not only the friendly service but the incredible offer they gave me. Matt was honest, friendly, and easy to communicate with. The tow company was awesome! When my wheel basically fell off in the middle of busy street at midnight. These guys were there very quickly. And they had reasonable prices. Not my first tow. And Matt was awesome! Courteous, professional, and friendly. He explained every option, and was as careful with old 95 accord. As if it were a BMW. Thanks Matt. Hopefully I won't need their services anytime soon, but they will be the ones I call.
Matt at Kronks towing was awesome! This was my first tow ever and had to get picked up near the airport. He didn’t waste anytime when he got there, was very professional, and was super nice. When we got to our house he was able to place it exactly where we needed it since it is out of commission at the moment which was perfect. Fantastic service! Matt was here in a timely manner after being caught up in some traffic. They gave me an update and he was here within ten minutes after the update. He was very professional and even explained a little of his job to my niece. Very friendly and just on top with the service he was providing! It was done within twenty minutes too! Great service!

By far the best experience I have ever had with a tow company. You can tell the owner, Chris, is extremely competent and knows what he is doing.
