Wrong parts, say they will refund then say they did but they didn't ect. As a BIG part of the Colorado car community you can't do "auto parts" and not stand on the business you do.
Came here looking for a part for my car. Thought it was all gonna be swell. WAS WRONG. They told me I don’t know anything about cars and than proceeded to laugh in my face. As soon as I asked them what their problem is they decided to tell me I’m a wannabe. Management needs contacted ASAP.
Horrible staff and horrible service sent me the wrong part then never got to me on the correct part andd to top it off they gave me the worst possible experience with my refund

Good place to buy parts but be aware that the prices that shows in car- part.com for this company for colorado suddenly increased by almost %20 because supposedly the part is in their yard in nebraska and price jumped from $130 to $160 because of shiping cost.kind of fishy
But they do have nice clean parts.

I was looking for a full-size spare wheel for my SUV, and they had one in stock. Provided a photo of what the wheel looked like and confirmed the VIN# to make sure it was the right fit. They told me it would be in within three days and gave me the option to have it shipped directly or pick it up. There was a small fee for shipping, which was super convenient. Overall, a great experience.
New location is a lot nicer than the previous one. Make sure to ask for Marcos. He’s so knowledgeable and friendly he has my business for life. For reference, I believe he’s the only Spanish speaking representative. Marcos is always my first call for anything car related. I highly recommend.
I needed a leaf spring for our truck and they had one that would fit.They said I could pick it up the next day as they had to pull it.They called me about 3 hours later and said I can come get my part. Sold me an engine with bad lifters. Bought an engine and less than 70 miles in it failed. They aren’t honoring warranty, had to pay $1800 out of pocket to fix. Also agreed to purchase a 125k mile engine but after looking up the vin on the tags the engine had over 150k miles. Horrible experience.
I worked with Marcos. He was profesional and knowledgeable. Honestly my best salvage yard experience. Highly recommended, fair priced, honest and easy.
This is absolutely ridiculous. I bought a rear axle for my 2014 Ford F-150 and it completely FAILED on me. It locked up while I was driving on the highway and destroyed everything in the rear end of my truck. Do you understand how dangerous that is? I could have been in a serious accident.
Now I’m left with at least $4,000 in damages because of a part that should have never failed like this. I trusted this would be safe and reliable, and instead it turned into a complete nightmare.
This is beyond unacceptable. If this is the kind of product you’re selling, people need to know—because it’s not just bad quality, it’s flat out dangerous. I want accountability for this mess, because right now all I have is a destroyed truck and a massive bill to fix a problem that never should have happened in the first place.
