Wish I could give a minus 0 because the service is psychotic. I call with questions on a manifold I'm interested in, that's CLEARLY FOR SALE online, and 'they don't want to deal with this transaction', because I've been calling with questions?? WTH Don't sell online if you don't want questions about the product you're advertising. It's a consumer's right to know what they're buying! Reply after their response: Never did the parts guy tell me it was bad. He said he hadn't pulled it. All he kept saying was, "I don't want to do this transaction", and he was clearly ruffled that I'd called with questions. And if it's 'bad', with an A grade, why is it still available for purchase?

Called about potentially buying an engine, was told it was available and runs good. Asked about the warranty and the guy all of a sudden got very defensive and said he was gonna just part it out. If you’re selling bad motors just say that.

Sold me a bad engine. Look at the pics of the cracked block. These guys ILLEGALLY dispose of automotive fluids, gasoline, diesel, coolant, oil, transmission fluid, gear oil, oil filters and even burn tires! They have recently built some buildings without permits a well. Hopefully a visit from the EPA & Morgan county will change their ways of destroying our environment and make them question about lieing to people. Watch what you say they are only a phone call away!

They will sell you motors that are clearly broken, they pull the oil pans knowing these are bad motors and still sell them, very dishonest yard. They sold me 3 6.0s all with MAJOR issues like a broken crank and spun mains. If you are looking for anything LS related like a core block or runners skip this place. Kyler is very dishonest and lacks much customer service skills. Your better off going to Central auto parts or Western auto recycling. Pic below is a cracked crankshaft & spun mains from a "good core motor"

Way Over priced!!!! Make the trip to a upull and pay and save yourself the money! it’s well worth your time rather then paying 3x to 4x the price at brush auto selvage!!! Even for the smallest things they still want an arm and a leg! Worst auto salvage I been too in the Colorado smfh

They participate in a national online network which is where I found the part. I called a couple days ahead and they promptly found the part in their database, verified it was still available, priced it, and took my order. Four days later when I stopped to pick it up, it was pulled and waiting for me. They also did a great job of gently pulling the part which made the installation pretty much plug and play. No bait and switch. No misrepresented part. I got exactly what I expected. I definitely recommend them.

Great customer service and honestly if I had to chose between going to Atwood scrap and metal over brush auto salvage... I'd rather take my business to brush auto salvage cause there ALL about salvaging the old stuff not crushing it which is what I'm in the field of doing... restoring the oldie but goodies not crushing them and eliminating them totally from history... thank you for salvaging the old stuff and helping us people who enjoy keeping the old steelie gassers and diesels on the road...

This place is a joke lol. Ask for a part, get a wishy washy answer. Thinking he's going to at least look and verify if they have this car on the lot and he just says ok and hangs up. Edit* "Owner" stated twice over the phone that he "thought" he had already stripped the harness on a prius. Didn't state if he even had a prius on the lot. Again wishy, washy answer. Asked a simple question wanting to know if he even had one and guy was so inconvenienced to give me a straight up answer or to verify. We get it, its a junkyard but get over the attitude.

I needed a Prius hybrid battery cell in a pinch and got told smugly over the phone 'we sell them right when the come in' and I asked where to buy them in town and was smugly told 'best deal is on ebay'. Also not to mention they charged me $160 for a set of used mediocre tires

Didn't want to do business with me because a $50 piece of plastic "wasn't worth their time" and I "don't understand how things work". They were selling a timing cover for $76 on ebay, and $50 on their own website. I made an offer for $50 on ebay and they turned around with a counter-offer for $75. Why even have the option to let people make offers if you're going to disrespect them? They were rude with their responses. They never responded to my request for a quote on their website either. This place is a clusterf**k of scrooges, prices are a ripoff and their attitude needs adjustment

Wow, they advertise a part on car-part. I call in to purchase and the person says it's not worth his time to verify part and fitment. What a great experience. Exact words not worth the $30. Classic

They're friendly and fast, that being said. They're way over priced. Charged me 3 times the price of a new part for a used one. Only bought it because I needed it that second. Otherwise wouldn't go there again to be ripped off. What a Shame

It's a good place I guess to get parts for your vehicle but it's a very high possibility they might not have a vehicle Similar to yours....its a you pull it place meaning you gotta find the vehicle your inquiring about... I gave 1 star due to the owner being rude and standoffish with the questions I was asking....seems small town hospitality and courtesy is a thing only in Hollywood movies....The place doesn't keep vehicles it's a scrap yard, so if your needing parts just go on over an ask to walk the yard, they don't keep inventory for people to pick parts, if they have a vehicle it might not be there long as they don't keep them specifically for people to pull parts.

Customer service skills=ZERO Not what I would expect from a family owned business... I would suggest removing "if we don't have it well find it!" From your radio ad. The guy practically hung up on me when I asked if they could locate the part I was looking for elsewhere. Hard no on reccomending this place for even a hubcap.

Very responsive to quote and providing additional information. Given the great customer service pre-sale I wish I would have purchased something from them however due to factors completely out of their control I went somewhere else. Hopefully I can do business with them in the future because they appear to be a first class operation.

Focused ,courteous , had great customer relations. My part was identified. matched with their inventory and pulled as a working part. Then when it came to shipping Kyler was instructed that it was needed in Hawaii, He didn't skip a beat and clearly knew how to ship USPS W/O unecessary expense. Clearly i was impressed and satisfied.
