We have dumpster service with republic. We have been overcharged several times. If the driver of the truck sees anything over the line, even an empty box corner he will snap a pic and say it’s overloaded. Which charges us an extra $60 on the dump. Then we have to call in and dispute it. They will take the charge off saying it wasn’t warranted. We have since gone to sage disposal. They are way more professional and we don’t have to call in every week when dumped to dispute charges.
Every single week I have my cans set to the far right of my driveway neatly for collection. Every time your garbage truck comes by, they throw the bins in the middle of my driveway so that I have to drag them back to where they actually belong. Half the time they're tipped over when they're put back where they don't belong. Ours is the only house on the block that they just throw the bins into the middle of the driveway instead of putting back, and I have nerve damage in my hands that make it painful and hard to drag the bins back where they belong. How hard is it to NOT block the disabled lady's driveway when the bins start out more than 10 feet away from the driveway?
We live outside of Ault and use Republic Services. They miss our pick up days more than they make them. We have NEVER had such terrible service. Find any other company to do your trash removal.
They skip pickups without reason and refuse to make them up until your next scheduled day, while also refusing to credit your account for the service you pay for and they are refusing to provide. Use any other trash service. If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Never ending crappy service. Either they arrive three days late or the forget about me totally. I received a notice per the holiday schedule that they would come today,December 24,guess what?they sucked again and my trash is full. I’m waiting to move due to a removal fee. The drivers are incompetent,never paying attention to the placement of my dumpster,making me go out and put it back in place. They suck,don’t use them
Changed our pick up day to Fridays then doesn't even bother to service the entire neighborhood. Trash piled up everywhere. Edit: they now repeatedly only pick up half of the neighborhood.
Gallegos Sanitation's service was excellent prior to their acquisition by Republic. However, for the third consecutive week, our trash and recycling have not been collected. We have reached out to inquire about the pick-up service. The customer service representatives are friendly, yet it seems our calls make no difference, and we are compelled to call again the following day with the same issue.
Unprofessional, will pick up your trash if they feel like it but are quick to suspend your "service" if not paid. Hard to tell though if you forgot to pay your bill or the ineptitude of the employees is the reason your trash is still there. Unlike local services you can't contact dispatch so even if the truck is still on your street you will still have to wait and leave your trash out, risking a fine from the city, till they feel like coming back. So if you have other options use them. Probably cheaper and held more accountable. They already have a class action lawsuit in one state , won't be long till they have another here.
I would do anything to give this company ZERO stars.This company is a JOKE. I would rather drive my trash to the landfill each week than EVER deal with this company again. Regular missed pickups, they act like it's somehow your fault when this happens. It's hit or miss if they will actually come when the missed pickup is reported. Cancelled my service two weeks ago - still waiting for them to pickup the bins. Our rental property is forced to use this company due to our HOA and it literally makes me nauseous to think of giving them money.
3 missed pickups in a week. Can't be hehe until *gasps* my normal day. Have been trying to get an extra pick up done for 2 weeks now to catch up and now it's simply a pile of garbage (business location) Republic Services is no help either (who contacts Gallegos) the call center agents are either all liars or incompetent. 68 stops away at 430pm on a Friday?! Marking this my third missed pickup. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
Company ignores noise laws daily. Dumps dumpsters within three hundred feet of residences at Five am everyday. Dumps the dumpster for west ridge animal hospital almost everyday at five though the law clearly states not between 10pm and 7 am.
This place is hard to find and very hard to back up to the ramp. Don't leave without Agate pass for your destination if you are being dispatch through c.h.robinson
