Old guy working was super rude. I told him I talked to the guy in the phone about getting some items out of a vehicle that was towed there. The gentlemen on the phone told me to tell the guy the items were in the back room. I did exactly that and the older guy said he didn’t know me and he didn’t know what I was talking about. As he was calling the guy I had just talked to on the phone he started getting rude and raising his voice. I told him to calm down and be respectful. He started yelling tell me I need to respect him. I told him you should never talk to customers that way. I was actually hopefully getting mechanic work done as well on one of my vehicles. I will NEVER do business with them. Nobody deserves to be talked to the way I was talked to. FB page will have the video uploaded with the event that happen.
Dave was great and knowledgeable. He gave me some very good advice. We were stuck in the middle of the road and he showed up right on time. Very reasonable prices as well.
Our SUV broke down on a busy poorly lit intersection and I called for a tow. Expecting to be waiting a long time, I was pretty nervous due to our location. When I called I was given a good price and was told an ETA of about 30 minutes. Our driver, David, got there just a short time after 30 minutes and had the car loaded within a few minutes. He was absolutely wonderful and professional. I would definitely recommend them for any towing needs and will call them again if I ever need a tow.
My car was towed here after an accident and to say the guy working was rude is an understatement. He said he didn't do what I was there and just did the bare minimum to help me. Then I asked if I could return that Saturday (as I work 15 hour days or off town) and he tried to help me as little as possible when removing my stuck on lisence plate. He said ya that's fine. I them call on Saturday to go get the rest of my stuff and they tell me they are closed. Monday they call and rush me to get there to finish getting my things (my insurance was on its way to get the car so that's a tiny bit understandable) the gentleman I spoke with Monday was very kind and helpful. Definitely a different experience dealing with both men.

Yes, Today I went in and got threatened by a man, was called obscene insults and even got in my face about it!! The people who work there very obviouy have no ethics and respect whatsoever.
After waiting 2 hours for another company. The gentleman that answered the phone said time wait would be 45 mins. I got a call 10 minutes later from the driver asking for location of drop off which is in westminster and was there in 15 minutes just outside of laselle! Super awesome friendly and ready to help out. Highly appreciated and recommend.
I called multiple places and no one was answering even after leaving messages. The ones who did answer couldn’t do it. These guys picked up right away and at an affordable price I am so grateful they were able to help me! I may have locked my keys in the car while my car was on
Took my 2013 BMW all the way to the foot hills of loveland for the best price in town. Service was prompt and professional. Had a nice conversation with the driver while he worked fast and efficiently getting it loaded. Overall great experience. Would use again.

Very unprofessional, Driver was very rude and cut me off multiple times. He didn't care for what I had to say or even my business. The next day saw the same or a similar driver cut in front of a bus and another vehicle. Not using a turn signal and breaking the law.

I Highly Do Not Recommend this company. Will probably cause an accident when towing your vehicle because safety and the laws are unimportant to Classic Towing!!

This place is the biggest JOKE in the world he has zero customer service skills and would not recommend to any one ever!!! Make sure if you in an accident you request a tow company and NEVER let classic towing tow it. They will treat you horrible and even threaten you.
We were stranded on 23rd ave during morning rush hour. I called the gentleman and he was here in 10 minutes! He took the car to the house and was very friendly. This was a pleasant part even though we were stranded! Thank you so much and we’ll always use your towing service in the future!

I also said nevermind while I was on the call with you. I did not call back and cancel. So you never even left. You have 24 hr service. Someone should be available to get that tow. These people do not deserve to even have one star if there were negative stars that is what they get from me they do not act professional in any way whatsoever I was told I can get my items from my vehicle with proof of registration and driver's license which was in my vehicle with my purse when I came to do so if they would not allow me to take anything but my driver's license got up in my face a man put hands in my face another mechanic from the back came out trying to get up on me to smack me I told him really are you going to smack a woman I told him I Dare You police were called and because I wasn't the one who called them of course I'm going to be looked at in a negative manner. $230 to get my vehicle out $30 every day after seriously yes I am mad because I was not the one driving that had my vehicle towed but for them Towing for the police they couldn't act more professional than the way they were acting I would not recommend them for mechanics seeing that one gentleman that he needed to come out record the issue didn't get nothing negative on me about it so you need to get up in my face like you wanted to hit me yeah the mechanic had no place being up in my face like that people like that don't deserve business from anybody
They advertised rates as low as $40... but when I phoned to have them tow a pickup truck to Denver, they wanted $50 just to hook it up, PLUS $3 a mile -- and I'm owner of a repair facility in denver. I'd hate to think of how they'd treat others.
