If Google had a negative star rating I would rate this business negative 10 if you don't believe it go ahead they're very rude and unprofessional especially the dispatcher that lady treated us like we're garbage. I can say that if it weren't for the people that get their vehicles towed this business and their employees wouldn't have a job let alone get paid . I told her this is how you treat paying customers ? I would only recommend an establishment like this too someone I don't like. Obviously the woman didn't realize the affect negative reviews have on a company. I will never use this business again in the future.... You know it seems like the people that are leaving positive reviews are the friends or family members of that business I just don't understand how they would even get positive reviews..

Called these guys, got stranded on I-70 by Genesee park. They came quick and got my truck back safe. I forgot my wallet in bookers tow truck, got a hold of him. He found it and brought it back to me, stand up guy for sure.
Dispatch told us that we could pickup the car up last night for an additional cost. This morning we talk to them and they told us that we can’t pick up the car because the lady was late to work and is behind on invoices.
These people are the BEST Everyone is friendly & helpful, from the Tow Truck Driver to the Office I will recommend them to anyone who's looking for a Tow Company⭐
I had a terrible experience here not only were they not helpful they were just rude in general. I had called and had a bad experience on the phone and in person they were rude as well. If you have to do any business with this company, be prepared.

My transmission decided it didn't want to play nice today. I called a few places that said they couldn't help me. I called Superior and they were able to come out quickly. I was qouted 45mins which ended up being 20 mins. J white was extremely friendly and professional and did a great job hooking up my truck. As a fellow professional driver (class A) I was Happy to see someone proficient and confident in their abilities to safely transport my truck and never once was I scared or questioned the drivers abilities. Superior Towing is the best tow company that we have ever used. I work for an oilfield trucking company and we have had everything from rollovers to broke down to hopelessly stuck and they always know the best way to deal with the problem. Superior towed our car after a wreck. The tow truck driver was amazing at the scene and stayed until our questions were answered. Everyone in the office was great when I went in to get the car released to the auto body shop. Couldn't ask for better service, and nicer people, especially when you are already stressed from an accident.
I got stuck deep in mud in the Pawnee Grasslands, over two miles from an actual maintained road. JJ showed up at midnight and was good spirited about having to drag my butt back to a road. I can't say enough about how much I appreciate their service and for helping me out of a really tough bind.

In dealing with superior towing Greeley, Colorado for the things necessary to transfer my car to the insurance company. I found the workers in the yard to be delightful and helpful. The office staff, however the total opposite. It might be nice to have them remember most of the customers coming there have possibly experienced difficulties in their life which possibly could even be a life-changing situation, and a little kindness, or a touch of compassion with certainly go a long way. I would re-staff your office.

After dropping our vehicle at Diller service, he gave us a ride to the next hotel.

0 stars. Horrible service. My bill doubled in less than 24hrs. Had a attitude the whole time. Not professional at all. Fees get added for no reason. Added a extra $150 to send a notification letter in the mail. Crazy! Hired by local police department after a wreck. I do NOT recommend!
This is a horrible towing company. They took on a tow. When I called to confirm it with them and they realized it was a a tow yard he refused to pick up my vehicle and canceled my tow. He was unpleasant to work with and says they wait at a tow yard takes too long. Money and toes is what makes your business stay open. Humans like him and attitudes like his will run a business into the ground. Highly recommend you do more time looking for a tow service before setting for this place.
It was 1a.m. and my friend had been arrested and left his truck in police department parking lot and unfortunately had taken the keys with him but this awesome tow company driver was able to easily load his truck onto his flatbed and move it to a safer location and it was freezing outside but this driver was definantly a champ. Positively these guys get an A++ and a GOLD STAR rating from me.

Legalized extortionists. These thieves charged me $300 to tow my car less than a mile to their lot. They claimed it took them 1.25 hours to tow my car, when it was less than 5 minutes from them. They work with the police, so they get a free pass on breaking the law. Most people like me are honest, working folks who can't afford to go without our vehicles, so we are forced to pay whatever insane rate crooks like this decide to charge. If the police haven't towed your car here, use any other company, you will save some money and get better customer service.
Absolutely wonderful experience. Steve did an amazing job was super fast getting to my car took good care in keeping my body mods safe and had no worries about my car. I was stuck in a lake. They did everything possible to get me out. They got a truck stuck and had to bring out 2 bigger tow trucks to get me and the other truck unstuck. When payment came around. They only charged me for pulling me out. Very fair price. All the guys were very nice. They could have charged me way more. Definitely a trust worthy tow company.
These people are amazing. My car broke down in the middle of a busy intersection. Jessica was helpful, quick and relatively cheap on getting someone out to me. The tow man Caden, was fast, courtesy, and very professional. Caden was so helpful and was able to answer my question. Overall cost super cheap, I will always use these guys.
They were absolutely incredible with my toe this morning. We’re very timely and the driver was extremely professional and very nice to get along with he had a good personality. I broke down 80 miles from home. The car had to go to the dealership for repair. Superior towing has great customer service and had a drive on the way very quickly. I definitely recommend them to literally EVERYONE!
I called after running out of gas 1.6 miles from their garage. I was about 0.2 miles from the nearest gas station but since I was on an off-ramp I thought it'd be better just to call for assistance. The charge was $75 which seemed like a lot for 2 gallons of gas being so close to their facility but it was an emergency. Informed it would be 20 to 25 minutes which seemed like a long time given how close I was. It took 54 minutes and while I was waiting I had two people offer to help who I turned away telling them "the tow truck driver should be here any minute".
In March this year during a heavy wet snow storm our Ford broke down with me driving it. I was impressed by the professionalism of the Superior Towing driver as she dealt with a foot of road side snow, plus mud, and made the connections to the car. She was also pleasant and personable.
Fast forward to August now. My Mercedes broke with me driving it and I called Superior towing this time because I remembered how well things had gone before. Well lo and behold it was the same driver as before: Bridget. Just as before she was a professional in her work and pleasant to do business with. I asked her to show me where she connected to the car and why. Her response was well reasoned and well seasoned. I felt very safe putting my Mercedes in her capable hands.
I hope it is a long time before I have to order another tow but if is in the Greeley or Denver area I know which company I will be calling.
