Aaron was there in about 15-20 minutes from when I called, he took great care of my car and got it to the shop quick. Compared to triple A that delayed my tow by 8 hours and wouldn’t have picked it up until the day after I needed it, this service was fantastic. I had unfortunately got a flat tire on my car, which unfortunately didn't come with a spare when I bought it. I called All American Towing after searching for nearest tow company closest to me. I was expecting at least an hour wait or more. They did such an excellent job for me. Got my car to a tire shop in less than 30 minutes. My driver Adam was great. Got his truck positioned perfectly In a tight parking lot I was in without any issues and expertly got me where I needed. Highly recommend using them again.

My car broke down on the side of the highway. I called All American Towing in Greeley and they were there within 30 min. Dwight was so friendly and easy to deal with. Great customer service. Adam the driver did a great job and helped get my car to the mechanic. Adam made sure my car was safe until the mechanic opened the next day and brought them the keys. All American was the company who picked my car up after a very serious accident. Unfortunately, $1200 was stolen out of an unopened and undamaged bin in my vehicle. Their story was that someone probably jumped their fence and took the money out while it was in their yard. It's very unfortunate that insult was added to injury.

Called the 1st service listed at 10 am I am doing this review at 3 pm. I was told maybe 2 hours and making a call at 1 to them I still haven't heard back, that said , I called All American at a little after 2 pm and the truck has been picked up and dropped off where I needed it in less than an hour, Adam was fast, curious, and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them only if you want your vehicle towed at a more than far price, but not have to wait for call backs. Thank you.

They were able to fit me in within an hour and a half which was way better than I was expecting! Scott is awesome, he towed my car twice in a week (gotta love car problems) and took great care of it both times. He was also very quick with everything and courteous. The care this company shows its customers and their vehicles is unmatched! They are also very reasonable on pricing as well. I got into my first accident a few days ago and I knew nothing about the process or how it worked when it came to my vechile. One of the police officers called All American Towing and I'm so glad they did. Aaron arrived on location and went over what pricing would look like and what options would be best which I appreciated! He went over insurance side of things and what it would look like. He was just the sweetest! Also when I went to the office to sign over my truck they told me how I should proceed with the insurance to be sure that no matter what happened I would be taken care of. After not being in an accident it was huge relief knowing that my truck was in good hands thanks to this company especially Aaron and Kimberly ❤️ I will always recommend this company!

Awesome Company. Owner came out personally to help me in his own vehicle...his tow truck had got hung up on another accident/call. I was stranded with vehicle that did not start. We initially thought it was the starter...because we did try jumping it with our own cables with no luck.. He brought the equipment necessary to jump my vehicle and got it going right away....he did not charge me. He just apologized it was taking so long for his guy to get there and he wanted to help me if possible. I would highly recommend calling them for any towing needs because they care and are quick and efficient!

10 stars for this company and the brilliant people who run it. My family and I were broken down outside of Greeley in a completely unfamiliar area. One phone call to Kim changed the outcome of our vacation for the better. Her common sense and calming nature were a gift from above. She knew exactly what we needed and went far above and beyond to make sure we were safe and all fixed up. She even followed us to our exit to make sure we were safely on our way. Kim, I’m sorry about the awkward hug…but I just couldn’t help it! 😬 ❤️

I have been using their services for about 2 years now and I think they having very good rates. Derrick came out to tow my car and was a super cool and friendly dude. I definitely recommend this place.

This company told us they would buy a car from us and then every time we were supposed complete the deal they would have some excuse as to why they couldn't meet us. Strung us along for 2 days. If they were just upfront with us I could have found someone else but instead had to scramble last minute to get car picked up from mechanics shop. Very poor customer service. Not a great way to run a business.

Amazing experience. They were super professional and courteous when scheduling. Got to me in about 40 minutes, which is unheard of. Tyler called to let me know he was on his way and was right on time. He was very professional and treated my car with care when loading it up and unloading. Excellent customer service all around. Had my car impounded at this place after a DUI. These guys were extremely nice and way more helpful than the police department! Hopefully I don’t get my car towed again, but if I do I hope it goes to All American Towing!

Great business. Affordable. They were quick to help out in my respective situation. Dwight was amiable and patient over the phone and Scott provided friendly and diligent service when towing my vehicle. Will use them again if ever needed!

These guys are amazing. They took care of my daughter and her car when I couldn't be there. They went above and beyond. Great company, great people.

Edit/update 7/6/22: Since I can't figure out how to post a new review here is my update for today's experience: Once again Tyler saves my day. Last time it was my husband's car that needed a tow and Tyler was quick and helpful. This time my car broke down and it's been a stressful morning. I'm thankful Tyler was able to tow my car and make this process hassle free and less stressful. You guys are awesome. 3 weeks ago: We love this company. All the staff are professional and courteous. Its very stressful when your car breaks down and having these guys to rely on really helps alleviate that. We really appreciate the crew and all they do. Thank you.
