Called and the lady I talked with was so helpful..Great service and a great price..called and they had their driver there in 20 minutes .. he was so friendly and nice (forgot his name).. Boy let me tell you how awesome this company and its employees are!!! My wife was driving her 2017 Cadillac XT5 down 47th Ave during 5 o'clock traffic and for odd reason the vehicle died on her. She calls me and I immediately rush there. I tried jumping it and it wasn't doing the trick. I then called Onstar and they sent a tow truck after charging me $140. Now after 2 hours passing by with me just sitting there with the cops I get a text stating my tow has been canceled due to the driver not being able to locate me, which I didn't provide a address because Onstar pinpointed my location through their system. Well they fat fingered the location and.put 46th Ave instead of 47th Ave not to mention I was still charged the $140 dollars for their screw-up (I will be disputing with my C.C.company) then I was going to have to pay $345 in addition to the $140 and I explained my frustrations with the driver Aaron and how I'm a sole provider of 5 that's been on unpaid sick leave from work for right at a year and paid $175,000 in medical bills within that time span and Aaron went above and beyond. He called the owner and the owner helped me out big time. This is the type of service that every business out there should be providing to its community. This is what we as a society have lost in the last 30-40 years. That's what's different and everybody can feel it. Everyone is out for themselves and there is no love other than from your immediate circle and a person is lucky if they have that anymore... My hat is off to you Aaron and the owner of All American Towing. I will forever talk highly of this company and its workers and I know a tin of people. I will forever send you referrals to show my appreciation and my wife is over THE Publisher of the Greeley magazine that everyone gets each month and I'm going to have her do something special for All American Towing. We needed a tow this morning for our Focus ST. The driver was careful, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure our car was well taken care of. With our car being so low to the ground, we were worried about it being scraped or bumped or scratched. David did everything he could to make sure our car was well taken care without us even having to ask. It was very impressive. I hope to never need a tow again, but if I do, I’ll use this company.

My car had broke mid turn. I've got a 2002 Acura TL. The police officers that had driven by to check wouldn't wait an extra hour for the tow truck I had called so I was obligated to let them call one to get it off the street knowing I'd have to fork out what I was thinking around $300 when it would have been free (even though there was little to no traffic anywhere, it was close to midnight on Easter when they decided to call all American towing) I don't know the name of the younger man truck driver who hooked my car onto his truck but considering the damage that has been done to it, I was worried at first but he got it up there without causing more damage and quite swiftly at that...then I had to watch my baby take yet another ride on a flatbed. Needless to say yesterday when I went to go have it towed out of there to home the owner Dwight met me there, it was hassle free and they were great! Thank you Dwight and young man truck driver for being awesome

Awesome Company. Owner came out personally to help me in his own vehicle...his tow truck had got hung up on another accident/call. I was stranded with vehicle that did not start. We initially thought it was the starter...because we did try jumping it with our own cables with no luck.. He brought the equipment necessary to jump my vehicle and got it going right away....he did not charge me. He just apologized it was taking so long for his guy to get there and he wanted to help me if possible. I would highly recommend calling them for any towing needs because they care and are quick and efficient!
Aaron was there in about 15-20 minutes from when I called, he took great care of my car and got it to the shop quick. Compared to triple A that delayed my tow by 8 hours and wouldn’t have picked it up until the day after I needed it, this service was fantastic. Would highly recommend getting service from my guy Aaron.

Called the 1st service listed at 10 am I am doing this review at 3 pm. I was told maybe 2 hours and making a call at 1 to them I still haven't heard back, that said , I called All American at a little after 2 pm and the truck has been picked up and dropped off where I needed it in less than an hour, Adam was fast, curious, and did a fantastic job. Would recommend them only if you want your vehicle towed at a more than far price, but not have to wait for call backs. Thank you.
My car broke down on the side of the highway. I called All American Towing in Greeley and they were there within 30 min. Dwight was so friendly and easy to deal with. Great customer service. Adam the driver did a great job and helped get my car to the mechanic. Adam made sure my car was safe until the mechanic opened the next day and brought them the keys. I got into my first accident a few days ago and I knew nothing about the process or how it worked when it came to my vechile. One of the police officers called All American Towing and I'm so glad they did. Aaron arrived on location and went over what pricing would look like and what options would be best which I appreciated! He went over insurance side of things and what it would look like. He was just the sweetest! Also when I went to the office to sign over my truck they told me how I should proceed with the insurance to be sure that no matter what happened I would be taken care of. After not being in an accident it was huge relief knowing that my truck was in good hands thanks to this company especially Aaron and Kimberly I will always recommend this company!
I had unfortunately got a flat tire on my car, which unfortunately didn't come with a spare when I bought it. I called All American Towing after searching for nearest tow company closest to me. I was expecting at least an hour wait or more. They did such an excellent job for me. Got my car to a tire shop in less than 30 minutes. My driver Adam was great. Got his truck positioned perfectly In a tight parking lot I was in without any issues and expertly got me where I needed. Highly recommend using them again.

Last time it was my husband's car that needed a tow and Tyler was quick and helpful. This time my car broke down and it's been a stressful morning. I'm thankful Tyler was able to tow my car and make this process hassle free and less stressful. You guys are awesome.

We had an unexpected tow yesterday. Really appreciated this business, customer service was superb! The tow truck arrived at our location within 20 mins of the call. The owner even came with her personal vehicle to deliver myself and my toddler to our destination, while my husband stayed with the vehicle. Definitely above and beyond customer service and all around very kind and generous human beings. Thank you so much!!
Got two flat tires on the side of the freeway and waited three hours for AAA and Allstate with no response. Called All-American and within a half hour my car was at the shop (for way less than Allstate, too!) Aaron, our driver, was extremely professional, efficient, and friendly. Would definitely use this place again!!
I waited all day for AAA Tow service to tow my car and finally after six hours of waiting I called all American Towing and Tyler came within 30 minutes of the call. They were able to fit me in within an hour and a half which was way better than I was expecting! Scott is awesome, he towed my car twice in a week (gotta love car problems) and took great care of it both times. He was also very quick with everything and courteous. The care this company shows its customers and their vehicles is unmatched! They are also very reasonable on pricing as well. All American towing has always been very courteous and professional. After my first experience needing a tow in Greeley, I know who to call when towing services are needed. Today, Tyler helped me tow my truck to the repair shop. He called ahead to say he was coming and was very friendly and courteous, explaining the whole process as he went. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
Amazing experience. They were super professional and courteous when scheduling. Got to me in about 40 minutes, which is unheard of. This company came to my aid when nobody else would. My rental was struck by a kayak from a passing vehicle, and I was stranded with a four week old infant in 98 degree weather, and roadside assistance wouldn’t be available for 4-6 hours! Dwight and his wife responded immediately and got us where we needed to go!! Absolute best service, and very caring people! I highly recommend!!
Dwight saved us this morning and he is our hero!!! He came within minutes during the early rush hour traffic. He helped with getting my young daughter out of our locked car quickly, and was very professional and kind. I would recommend him to anyone and I am so grateful for his service!!
