All the employees just talk bad about costumers an.other employees at Grease monkey it's a shame your employees represent such a company sure got a lot of employees standing around doing not a dang thing besides chuck wich is a great help
I left a review a year or so ago about this location stating that I didn't feel that the clerks treated women with the same level of intelligence as they treated men. I can honestly say that since that review this store has gone above and beyond to change that attitude. I am happy to go to this location knowing that they not only HEARD what I had said, but did something about it. THANK YOU!!
I was on a road trip & needed a new battery for my car. The woman at the counter was rude. She told me they couldn't install my battery that "only a professional could install it" because it was a "special battery" & even if they could they werent willing to help since they were about to close. She then proceeds to tell me that if I went to any other part store, they would tell me the same thing. I went to a different part store, they were also about to close & they happily installed the basic battery I needed.
Can’t express fully how grateful we are to O’Reilly and the staff for, not only having the part we needed for an older truck, but getting us back on the road quickly. Big thanks to Kyle and the coworker who searched for the part so fast. You folks go above and beyond. Thank you.
Very frustrating. We've been going here for years. And I don't think we want to shop there anymore. We ordered spray paint and they never called when they got it in, then sent it back and it wasn't even 5 days that they had it. Completely unprofessional and a huge bummer. I have shelves just sitting on my floor, all because of lazy staff, who refused to call us when they received our paint. Once we have our products, we won't be coming here any longer. Please actually call your customers when you get an order in

I love coming to this location they are always helpful today I had to come in to get a new battery for my jeep and Zander was super nice and helpful especially because my battery was hard to put in but he managed to put in thank you Zander !!
Great service, always has the items I need and helped me install the bulbs. My hand were pretty cramped and the fella didn't bat an eye to help.

I won't be shopping at oriellys anymore after today. Multiple times I've come into this location to buy parts and 9/10 they've sold me the wrong parts. I give all the details of my vehicle so I know they exactly what I need and what for and still the can't seem to get me the right parts. It's happened atleast 3 or 4 times in the past year where I've had to stop what im working on because I have to go back to their store and get the right parts. When I call to ask why it keeps happening when all you have to do is match the part number on the shelves all i get is an I don't know what happened. This is my last time shopping at Orielly locations, you have one job to make sure the parts you sell are right and you can't even do that.
These guys are awesome they evened up on a price on an alternator and made it right get us a lifetime warranty and tell you what O'Reilly's it's a place to go for auto parts
Everyone is very helpful and knowledgeable. I may know how to change a tire, chop an onion, or change a diaper, but not so much with engined vehicles. And so, it's good to have a source, because Google doesn't do pictures yet.
The service of Fort Lupton O'Reilly is the best. They gave me a box that had a used part in it when I opened it at home. I took it back. They sent a parts runner to another store and brought it to my house a few hours later. The manager did her best to make the mistake right. I was very thankful. Super store.
The guys here were awesome!!! Helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Andy came out and looked at the car to make sure we were getting the right part. Bought all four batteries for my truck. I bought the wrong post, unthreaded. Amy had switched them out in the system and had them ready when I got back. Great customer service!
I went to this store today and waited 10 minutes in line then another 45 minutes while the cashier try to locate my part which was a simple spark plug. I was told that my spark plug had to be special ordered and there was one that would work but they didn't have one in stock. Emilio the assistant manager acted stupid and wouldn't help.. the cashier was very patient and tried to help me as best as he could but I could tell that he wasn't able to do his job because he wasn't properly trained. Later that evening my husband went into this same store and purchased the same spark plug just a different name brand within less than 10 minutes. Emilio the assistant manager could have helped and I would have came home with a spark plug but he was too lazy to help his employee.
Always, always prompt, friendly, individual service. They help me stumble through my confusion and give free "engine check" diagnosis. Used to be a Napa guy but O'Reilly is superior. Lots of locations.
I have to say that this place is not only an amazing auto parts store but much more let me tell you about it my dishwasher was leaking water all over the floor a rubber hose had ruptured and the only place open was OReillys and they had the hose I needed thanks for the great service your the best!
Willing to help and seem to do the best they can . There at times short handed but it's not their fault cause many businesses suffer from it. For that people at O'Reilys in Fort Lupton I say thank you putting up with the huffers and puffers waiting in line.
I walked into the store, it was very busy. I patiently waited in line. When I got to the counter I ask for the code reader. She asked if I would wait until the line went down. I went and stood aside and was waiting about minutes at this time and another customer asks for the code reader & he could do it himself. She gave the customer the code reader and he left. He got in his car and drove away. I first asked why she gave it to him if I was waiting first. She did not have another code reader. Than she told my husband she did but she had to get one of the self and open it up, but we had to wait for the line to go down. I waited another 10 minutes and than left. I will NEVER go to this store again
Knowledgeable friendly staff every time I went in. Prices are good. Never had a part from O'Reilly ever fail other than consumables. Sign up for the program, just takes an phone number and address. They will send a discount coupon after you blow enough money on car stuff there.
