Came in to get a diagnostic for a ESC light on my car. They went above and beyond with the diagnostic and told me about an airbag issue and that it was under warranty. They were very communicative with letting me know that they would keep my car a little longer than needed and what other issues my car could have.

I have had excellent experiences with First Class Auto. I have returned with multiple vehicles because of their honesty, expertise, and the ability to speak face to face with real people. Great local business with years of experience!

Dropped wifes 2010 Subaru at First Class for A/C service. The girl at the check in counter called later to tell me it was low on refridgerent and a shrader valve was leaking, and the bill for serviceing the a/c would be $470.00 and some change! Here is how it broke down: $150. for the diognistic, $320. for servicing the a/c, and no charge for the shrader valve. When I complained about paying for the diognastic plus the servicing of the a/c I was told that they had to pay there employees. I declined the repair, and was just gonna pay the $150.00 diagnosis and get it done sonewhere else where they would do the whole job for $220. + or - a bit depending on amount of freon. Pat, the owner offered the diagnostic for free,,, if I never came back. No problem with that.

We take all our vehicles to 1st class Personal and Fleet account. Always satisfied with quality workmanship in a very timely manner. Wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I’ve brought 3 cars of mine here to get diagnosed. They have always been honest and straight forward with us and have reasonable pricing. I was recommended by a customer of their that’s gone to them over the years and I have recommended many others for their repair needs.

I was in a pinch and needed help with some loss suspension parts. I was able to get my truck in and squared away. Great experience. Thank you all again!

took my car in ( very prompt appointment access) for "Thorough" Inspection. Received a "Comprehensive" Report / Listing on ALL the points / areas of inspection. Also, an "adjustment was made on the "Suspension" System component that cleared a noise. Further diagnosis was done to "potentially" fix the A/C - a damaged Unit was found and an estimate on the " Repair" was provided. OverALL - pleased with "the" Service.

Pat is an amazing guy!!! He always gets you in as quick as possible and doesn't try to screw you over. He is real and upfront with you!! Their 26 point inspection is amazing! We have gone to him for little jobs and huge jobs and he and his mechanic do great work!

My car heater went out. 1st Class Auto was able to get me in relatively quickly. They had it repaired and back to me that same day. I would highly recommend that you use them. 🙂🙂🙂

It's been almost a year now and i just remembered that i didnt post a review here. DONT COME HERE FOR AC WORK. I brought my camaro to get the ac diagnosed and when i got it back, it had a broken schrader valve service port and they removed all my refrigerant and the lady owner tried denying it all "i know my worker and he didnt touch your system" when on the receipt it basically said they put gauges on the system so thats a complete lie and in the process broke a schrader valve that ive never touched AND tried to upsell me stuff i didnt need! Like a new pressure line with sensors and valves because "they are all leaking" when ill i did was put new shrader valves and service ports and whoopty doo it's been working just fine. I dont get why they have to just lie lie and lie instead of being like "hey we messed up, lets replace this 50cent schrader valve that we broke and get your refrigerant back to where is was when you came in"

Great customer service. Took my Dodge Ram 3500 in for an alignment. It needed front end work which I kind of expected. They performed the work to the front end and aligned the truck. It drives better now than it ever has since I owned it. Thanks Pat for a great job

Good shop to work with, did an awesome job on an alignment for a 2005 F350 dually. They didn't just align it, they went the extra mile and got it dialed in better than factory.

I found FirstClass truck and auto by mere accident. I met with Pattrick and explained my Dodge dually steering woe’s which several alignment shops have failed at fixing. He took my truck in and transformed it to a pleasurable ride. Thank you Pattrick and crew for the great service. What a breath of fresh air in this screwed up world of today

I've been a loyal customer of First Class Truck and Auto for several years now, and my experiences have consistently been nothing short of excellent. As someone who has a good understanding of cars, I really appreciate the way the team treats me with respect and doesn't talk down to me. They communicate clearly and effectively, making sure that I'm fully informed about what my vehicle needs without any condescension. Their customer service is top-notch, always welcoming and ready to assist. The pricing is reasonable, and the honesty they exhibit is truly commendable. They've never tried to push unnecessary services on me, focusing instead on what's genuinely needed for my car. For anyone seeking an auto service provider that combines expertise with respect and integrity, I can't recommend First Class Truck and Auto enough. They've earned my trust and loyalty over the years, and I'm confident they'll earn yours too.

The experience I had with First Class Truck and Auto Service was one of the BEST experiences I’ve had with an auto repair service. Carla was kind and helpful. Mike was knowledgeable and obviously passionate about his work. I am not from the area and it felt like I’d been taking my car to them for years…highly recommended and I will take my car to them for any repairs that may need to be done each time I visit the area! First Class! in every aspect of the experience!

I switched to First Class recently for my oil changes for my ‘16 4Runner because it’s sometimes hard to trust the dealerships to do a good job. I just went to First Class for my 2nd oil change with them and then also got a transmission service/flush. We had a couple miscommunications on timing and price but they made it right and they are willing to go the extra step to keep customers happy. I do feel like I can trust them to take care of my maintenance, because they are willing to talk through issues. I will keep bringing my vehicle to them.

Called in and talked to pat about working on my rear end and he said that they could fix it, drove the car down there and took the guy for a ride and after beating around the bush they told me to take the car somewhere else, very disappointed! Never asked him to install my parts! He said drive shaft, I said that doesn’t explain the metal shavings in the rear end! He declined to work on my car! Seems to me that you guys aren’t as good as I was led on

Great Honest and Reputable Shop.. These guys know what they're doing and will explain their diagnosis in great detail. There is no sales pressure to try and get you to spend money, they leave that decision up to you, which is quite refreshing. Good Job Guys !

They were friendly, I had missed a few days that the truck was to be brought in to fix windows. The truck is old '78 but only 32.500 miles. The electric system was pretty new when bought. So old wires and an inline fuse. Good price.

I have taken many vehicles to Tim over the years and will continue to. He and his crew are great at diagnosing issues and fixing them. They are very good at being transparent and explaining things to those of us who are not mechanically inclined. Karla is amazing and very nice. They call and get any additional work approved. I reccomend them to my friends and family all the time. Would not trust anyone else with my vehicles.

I used to frequent First Class but I then bought a couple brand new vehicles and took them to the dealer for service. I am unhappy with the dealer so will be returning to First Class. We had some work done on some work equipment and they were very accommodating and competent! Is not a chain, as far as I know. Glad to be back with them!

I had a transmission flush performed here on my 2014 Ford Explorer with 125k miles. Tim recommended BG cleaner and additive. What a difference the service made. Acceleration feels stronger and shifts feel smoother. Great price and they completed the work quick. Highly recommend.

I have heard good things about them so when my car was dying on me I decided to bring it here...They are friendly and cordial and diagnosed my problem, which I appreciate. However, my quote for a fuel filter and fuel pump was $1300 for a ford focus (including diagnostics). Looking only at the cost of parts--$27.05 for the fuel filter and $671.37 for the pump. I explained that I have changed fuel filters in my work's vehicles and that I felt comfortable doing that for now until I could save up for the pump. I was discouraged from doing this and told that my car needs a special part to change the fuel filter. This isn't true. I understand it's a business and you need to sell yourself, but that was a black and white lie and was a huge red flag for me. I explained that I simply do not have the money for the fuel pump right now and needed the weekend to make a plan. I went home, found the same exact fuel pump directly from the OEM for $311. I went to pick up my car today (the pump isn't totally dead yet, just very close) and I was told to put gas in it. This was confusing because I had been told a detailed story on Friday on the phone, and multiple times in person, about how they drove my car to the gas station, put $15 of gas in it, and then how the car barely made it back to the shop before dying. On Friday I paid for the diagnosis, and was told multiple times about the $15 in gas they had already put in, and so I gladly paid for that as well. Now this morning the story was that I needed to put gas in it right away because they had *intended* to put that $15 gas but it "just didn't work out", so they gave me my $15 back. Just strange. I mentioned that I found the pump for $311, expecting them to say "Hey, great! Bring it in, since it's the same part, we can replace it for you and you've saved some money" (this is pretty much what the dealer told me when I called them for a quote). Instead I was told "Well I can't sell it to you for $500 (the dealer's price) because I need to make money off of it." I said, laughing, "Yeah, that would have been almost $400, that's a good amount to make from it!" "It costs $700 to open the door each morning." Keep in mind, this is in regards to just ONE part, not the entire quote. I've worked in a variety of fields and have always been happy to save a customer money. This reaction confirmed what my gut had been telling me. I'm planning on attempting the replacement myself. My game plan was that I would try it (been researching all weekend, and I have the equipment to lift the car, bring down the tank, etc) and at the first sign of things not going well, bring it back to them and have them do it, but be happy that I still saved myself some money on the part. Not only did they not seem interested in having me as a customer (I guess if each part is marked up 115% they don't need me) but all the little lies added up and made me feel very unsure about trusting you guys. Again, you are all super friendly and I appreciate that, but you also went on a big rant about ethics with me on Friday about how important it is to you to feel good about the parts you put into the cars that you work on, etc etc and that honestly was another red flag for me because at that point I hadn't questioned your prices or the quote, had only asked for the quote and explained that I don't have that money right now so I need to figure out what I'm going to do. Long story short, I appreciate the diagnosis, I appreciate your friendly personalities, but I also appreciate being raised to ALWAYS do your own research. My money is very important to me and I need to trust the businesses that I give it to.

We were from out of state and camping up on a mountain and our generator went out. We were still under warranty and called our dealer to get info on where to go. So we called Jayco and he did some research for us and gave us First Class Truck & Auto Service, told us they could get us in tomorrow. When we got there they were able to take a look at it and go ahead get it fixed for us. Pat is an awesome technician! Everyone there was super friendly and accommodating. We would recommend them highly!
