Broke down 6th of July coming back to Denver on I 70 just made it through the tunnel.. holiday traffic was crazy. CDOT stopped,gave us Dillon Towing card. I called very nice person quotes us $150 hookup fee $60 per hour $ 10% fuel surcharge and 2% cc fee. Tow driver was great but when we went to pay he said the charge was $150 an hour. I have called twice explained situation both times and was told Dillon manager would call me back. No callback. Would recommend taping phone call. Not very professional. Sign of the times for sure.
Truck broke down on 131 going south into Dillon. AJ came out to us super fast and helped us out tons! Super quality place and great friendly people who are knowledgeable and reliable. Thanks again!!

AJ showed up to the scene of my wreck on Loveland pass. He was extremely helpful in getting me back to town safely with my vehicle. I would absolutely recommend him for any situation that required a friendly, skilled commercial driver.
Negative stars if we could. This company literally tried to steal my son’s truck. We both called to recover the truck & at least twice they told us they did NOT have truck. We went to their lot & could see his truck there. Had to call the police for them to show up. Dishonest & predatory.
DRIVER OF TRUCK # 106 RAN ME OFF THE SIDE OF THE ROAD. I TRIED TO GET ON THE SIDE OF THE TRUCK BECAUSE ALLOT OF SNOW WAS KICKING UP FROM BEHIND HIM BUT HE CUT ME OFF SENDING ME INTO A PILE OF SNOW. I CALLED HIS DISPATCH AND SHE SAID SHE CAN’T DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. What kind of recovery business is this
0 stars if I could. Dispatcher gave me a quote of $245 for a winch, it's a lot but had to do it cause we were stuck on ice. Vehicle was 6 feet away from pavement, winch took less than 5 minutes. After service got charged $370 due to a "driving fee" when the dillon headquarters was right across highway 6, 4 minutes away from where our vehicle was stuck. Horrible customer service and they do not inform you of actual price. Would have much rather spent my money elsewhere.
My car broke down on me about a mile away from my home and I looked up best towing company near me and they popped up. I absolutely would agree!! They were speedy, knowledgeable, and cared for the vehicle as much as myself. I hope I am not in this situation again, but I have piece of mind knowing that I can call them up and they will get my vehicle and I somewhere safe and warm.

so we broke down on the interstate and could not get off the shoulder due to the guardrail, Chris stopped by and grabbed us took us to the top of the hill LOL let My wife and kids set in his sleeper until AJ in the rollback came to load us up and take us to Denver. I would highly recommend these guys if you're ever broke down on i-70! great down to earth people and very professional! at first I was very frustrated about my truck breaking down. AJ let my little boys decorate his truck while we got my truck loaded and made the ride all the way to Denver a fun and interesting ride!! great people!! 5 start!

8/13/23 article in the Denver Post details how Dillion Towing pulled an uninsured car that went off the road at Swan Mountain as a public service. They did not get paid for it but removed the car from almost 500ft below the road after a call from CSP. Give this caring company your business if you are ever stranded in Summit county…good on them!
I called this company to tow my semi. When the driver showed up he refused to let my dog ride in his wrecker.I told the dispatch i had a dog. She said it was ok. He wanted my dog to ride in the truck being towed. It was 10° outside. I would not use them for any reason. She would of froze to death. The unprofessionalism was appalling. And he just sped off before i could get off the phone with his company to resolve the problem. Just left us on the side of the highway no heat no help nothing
They towed my car after it was totaled. They were very kind and accommodating with me. It was raining and the my windows were all broken so the owner lent me a tarp to put over my car to try to protect my stuff I wasn't able to get from the car at that time. When I came back the next day it was easy to get into the car and get my stuff. They told me everything I needed to know about transferring the car to the insurance company and providing ownership documentation to them to get access to my car before surrendering it to the insurance company. Unfortunate that my car got totaled but I was happy with this company.
I went on a road trip in the beginning of April. I was coming back from Utah and was having a panic attack. The attack was so bad that there was no way I would have been able to get down the mountain. Chris was able to tow me down to safety in Morrison. Granted it was more then I wished but it was the only way I was going to leave that mountain. I really appreciate it that Chris was talkative all the way down. The distraction of the conversation helped me focus on something other than the panic attack.
Amazing! Last night my boss and I were stranded east of eisenhower when out of the snowstorm a tow truck pulled up and asked if we needed help. This driver, Frank, had just dropped off a vehicle and was headed back across the pass when he saw us stranded.
Sure, it's how they make money but he could have easily just went past and waited for a call but he stopped instead. If these are the types of drivers they employ I applaud them!

I broke down on I-70 near Vail with a problem that couldn't be fixed roadside. Dillon came out and towed me to kenworth in Denver. They were very quick and professional. The wrecker operator was very knowledgeable and courteous. They did a great job of turning a bad situation into a less bad situation. I would not hesitate to use them again, hopefully I won't need to.
We were towing a 17’ travel trailer when our vehicle overheated on I70 east. We were looking to get towed to the nearest repair shop in the area. That was not a simple task. It was a Friday afternoon Robin, the dispatcher thought their mobile service might be able to help. Her driver Chris arrived shortly and made quick work of not only loading our SUV but our camper as well. He was extremely professional and very safety conscious and went out of his way to help us. He made arrangements for our auto repair and a place to park our camper while the vehicle was being repaired. He then dropped us off at a local restaurant where we could have dinner! We have come to learn that Dillon Towing and it’s staff is a professional, reliable, and honest towing service. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.
If you need a tow call these guys immediately! Robin was so kind and helpful over the phone. She was straight up with me about the cost, and they sent a tow truck out pretty much right away, even right after a big snow storm. The guys that got my car were great, and I just cannot recommend them enough. Thank you for rescuing my car!!
Great service! I was stranded on the side of the highway and instead of a cop showing up and giving me a ticket I had a hero tow truck show up and tow me to the closest repair shop.
I was traveling from Steamboat Springs to Fort Collins in a blizzard on a Sunday night. My truck broke down about 40 miles west of Silverthorne. In 9 degree temps on a night with plenty of accidents, Chris showed up to save my freezing a$$ and he was as friendly as if he were on a 75 degree beach. He towed my truck to a shop in Silverthorne he highly recommended and after I found a hotel vacancy, he dropped me off there. After being stranded at the side of the road in a blizzard and freezing in my broke down truck for almost 2 hours, I would have paid just about any amount but Chris was more than fair. Good man, that Chris!
I live out of state and my truck broke down right outside the Eisenhower Tunnel. One of their drivers, Gilly, showed up quickly and was wildly helpful and friendly. He looked at the engine and gave me a rough idea on what the problem was, helped me find a reputable place to take my truck to down in Denver, and got me going in the right direction all within a decent time from when my truck broke down. I recommend these guys 100%

Dillon Towning & Recovery to the rescue! As an electrician, my van is my toolbox, and if it doesn't move, I am not making money! I managed to get myself in quite the pickle on the evening of December 9th with a rear wheel drive van on an icy, snow-packed road, despite having/using tire chains and tire socks. My van slid off the road into an embankment and there was no safe way out of this mess. The following morning I called Dillon Towing, and Matt arrived very punctually to pull me back to freedom. Matt (and Nina in the office) were polite, professional, courteous, patient, and instructive. Matt was a master at his trade and managed to make his job look easy and effortless. I can't thank everyone at Dillon Towing enough for making a less than great day memorable and pleasant. While I hope to not need your services again, I remain thankful that there are still some ethical professionals in the towing business in Summit County.
Gilbert Ramos went above and beyond the call of duty the night I was rear-ended and without cell service in the middle of the mountains. He took his time with us to make sure we had a safe ride back to Denver. He was the nicest and most professional tow truck driver I have ever dealt with. I was really stuck with a 20’ trailer on my driveway in Fairplay. I called and Elliott the driver came 2 hours later. He did an amazing job getting my trailer down the driveway safe with zero damage. He made sure I was able to re hitch up and safely park. I highly recommend Dillon Recovery, excellent service!
Great Team! Was in a real pinch and Gill and Aaron came to save the day. The Company worked with me and stored my flatbed with two boats on them for four days. Over that period I was able to meet the whole team and everyone was great! Pleasure to work with and very professional! Big or small these guys can handle any issue on the highway!
