Do not offer motor oil recycle. I purchased a windshield repair kit and discovered the bottle of repair fluid had leaked out. When I returned it to the store they quickly replaced it.
My young daughter had to drive back to college over Vail pass and needed a headlight replaced. Forest literally went above and beyond to help get the correct halogen lamp and provide his expertise service and extreme professionalism to ensure her safety. He also was able to provide suggestions that will prompt me to continue being a loyal Napa Auto Parts customer! Additionally, Forest was kind, patient, and has a great sense of humor. He is an asset to the company and a blessing to us! Thank you Forest!!!
Our car started having problems so we stopped here to run codes. They gave us the machine which told us we were driving at 1991 car, we were in a 2021 vehicle. They did not help us run the codes, and instead of offering any solution they said that their codes machines “just don’t work, they glitch out and won’t work”. They are the most unhelpful and complacent shop people I’ve ever come across.
I had a check engine light come on just before a 120 mile trip home. I stopped in to borrow a code reader. Forest was super helpful. And treated me like I knew what I was talking about. Very refreshing. Thank you to a very happy very helpful man!
Absolutely ZERO selection. I would definitely head to the Auto Zone in Silverthorne. Not to mention they are selling 2 sub par dry cloths for 20 bucks. 😂 nice try
Needed a new battery. Kevin was very helpful allowing me to use a long socket wrench as I didn’t have one. Also I was very appreciative for Kevin to lift out the old battery and place in the new as they are much heavier then older batteries.
This store has the best employees I have experienced in the parts industry. Being a weekend mechanic, I have been in and out of parts stores for the last 25 years, and the customer service and parts knowledge I have received from this store is second to none. Adam specifically has helped me/ gone out of his way to help problem solve custom 4WD parts. Trailer issues with no part numbers? No issues for these professionals. Keep it up.
Had a heater hose fail this week leaving me stranded. Got a ride into town only to find it would take a day for the OEM to get delivered from Denver. Adam at Napa Frisco had the à la carte parts I was able to install and quickly get off the shoulder of the road. Thank, Adam!
You have to ask for everything now. Even wipers, there is no ability to get your own things. The guys behind the counter are distracted. Most of the time, either talking to each other, or just pushing buttons on the computer.
The change of ownership definitely affected my desire to go to this place.
All I wanted was a gallon of Amsoil Interceptor 2-stroke synthetic. They either could not find it or do not sell it anymore. Who knows? There's lots of automotive parts stores... like everywhere you go. So why deal with a crappy one.
Spent Labor Day at the Frisco Marina and when we were heading out I came to find my battery dead on my Subaru. After trying to jump it with no success, I called Napa seeing if I could get a new battery ASAP knowing they closed at 5. Thankfully Ronie stayed open a little later waiting for a friend to make it in time to grab it, unfortunately she missed that little window and THIS KIND KIND MAN BROUGHT THE BATTERY TO ME!
I’m located in Denver and it would have been a hassle to get the car back with the holiday.

Went to buy tire chains but clerk convinced me to buy some socks for tires assuring me they worked better than chains but true is that they don't work. Came back to change for the chains and they told me traction products are final.
Sold us the wrong part. They would not help or replace the headlamp bulb or recommend anything. We were traveling thru. 3 people working came in 30 min before closing all standing around talking but yet no customer service at all. Then they closed before we realized we were guided to the wrong part that they looked up and retrieved. Poor poor customer service for travelers and I would presume for locals as well.! Boycott
10/10 would recommend this place! The staff were so knowledgeable and so kind. I know next to nothing about cars and their patience with my questions was above and beyond. Thank you so much for your help Forest!
This guy wanted to argue whether oil ever goes bad. They were “put out” that I wanted oil produced in the current decade. Why would I pay $15 a quart for oil that was made in 2016 when the manufacturer and their auto parts competitors website clearly states that after four years not to use the product. It’s 2023 almost 2024, I’m not why they’d have product so old with different packaging laying around. Customer service skills weren’t real good. I didn’t feel like I was asking for much and he wanted to argue. I’ve had better experiences with some of the other counter guys.
This is a very good and very personable NAPA Auto parts. The floor plan and layout is an older style, but that does not take away from their ability to provide parts. The 3 employees helping customers at the front desk were personable and patient. Service was super fast despite a small line. The floor stock was laid out well. This store can also order almost anything you need. It is great that summit county has this resource. This store helped me greatly putting together a trailer hitch and wiring harness. The hitch was scheduled to arrive in 5 fays but it came in 3. Definitely give these guys a try.
Took my car to get the battery tested. The guy that helped me seemed like I was bothering him and they were busy (there was one other person in the store and 4+ workers and he was standing around talking when I walked in). He told me battery was fine and it looked good for cold weather. Car wouldn’t start the next day and got stranded in the middle of nowhere thanks to the bad reading/assurance. Go somewhere else where people are helpful and reliable.
Dan was the best! He helped us get the right tire socks for our vehicle and also gave us a thorough lesson on how to install, the dos and don'ts, and proper storage. Highly recommend, coming from someone from Florida who has never driven on a snow/ice road before.
We have been doing business with this store for close to 20 years. They threw away 28k per year in business from us over payments being made a few days late due to my office manager working from home due to Covid. The owners, Gary and Susan are unreasonable and out of touch with how things work in the business world today. They would not take online payments and would not set up our account for auto payment as we requested. It is a shame because Dan and Bill and very good at their jobs and are great counter people, but NO ONE should support a business that has unreasonable owners.
Came in for a battery test on what turned out to be a VERY corroded battery...Ronnie was so helpful and continued checking on us/letting us borrow tools/yanking the terminal until we got it all cleaned up. Would highly recommend. I am very thankful for all he did for us today.
James is easily one of the most helpful employees we have ever encountered. He went out of his way to help us and give us extra advice, and he completely turned our day around. He gave us great deals and told us many different options to help us remove scratches on our car. We greatly appreciate your help!

Went there today with a dead battery. Andrew had me in and out quickly. There were multiple options but Andrew was up front and honest, helping identify the best value for my situation. He even gave recommendations about logical places I should keep my receipt in the event I would ever need it for warranty purposes...

Extremely helpful staff. I went in needing new bolts to reattach my hood lock. The gentleman who helped me spent 30 minutes helping me find the correct bolts that would get the job done. If you need auto parts I recommend you go here. Weather you know the exact part you need or have no idea these guys know their stuff and will help you.
I went there with little money and without even the mechanical knowledge or tools to change my oil, and these gentlemen made it possible for me to change my alternator. They were super friendly and knowledgeable after another auto parts store failed at the simple task of charging my battery. They saved me from tossing a perfectly good battery, saved the cost of labor at a shop, and were very personable and informative!
