These guys saved me when I had an accident on I-70. The drivers were very professional and kind and they quickly arrived on the scene and got me towed out of the ditch within a few minutes. I am very grateful for the quick and professional assistance they provided when I really needed it. I recommend this tow company.
I made a huge mistake yesterday taking my car up to a trailhead off guanella pass on a dirt road with snow that turned into ice when we were done hiking. We made it down the majority of the road ourselves but we felt we could not make it safely down without losing complete control and possibly flipping my Rav or going into a tree at the very end of the road with how steep it was. We were stuck in that spot along with another car that made the same mistake as us. I was able to call my insurance thankfully since I usually don’t get cell service up there and Ryan’s guys came out and they were unable to get up to us safely with their truck due to the ice as well, so they walked up and helped guide us safely down. It was terrifying but they gave us the confidence to help get us down safely. I was super appreciative of how nice they were and didn’t make us feel dumb for my really stupid misjudgment I made taking my car up there. Lesson learned!
Very pleased with their service, we were headed west on I70 towing our 42' 5th wheel, when our truck went into limb mode, we were sitting on the off ramp, wondering what to do, when Shane showed up. He and Quentin got our truck loaded on the back of their roll off truck & hooked up the 5th wheel, got us back to Denver, took us to the RV Park, pulled it right into our site & took the truck to the dealership for repairs.

Shane is amazing from Ryan's!!! As well as the other 2 drivers were so professional and courteous. They were more concerned about our safety on I-70 near Vail pass. They accept AAA and I have had AAA plus since 1980.
Which gave me a 100 miles of free towing all the way past Denver. Ryan's Towing is the safest, best and most reasonable price of you don't have AAA. We got a flat on vail pass. Shayne and Thomas got us back to Denver safe and sound, really quickly. A worrisome situation with my 6 yr old daughter along became very stress free with how kind and sweet Shayne was. He took us to Thomas in Frisco who then got us home. Thomas was equally kind, sweet and accommodating. We were so grateful for them and grateful to be home safe and sound.
We were on our way to a wedding 4 hrs away from home. Shayne from Ryan’s Recovery saw us and was so generous to pull over and help us! Shayne was great. Our SUV died as we entered the Eisenhower tunnel and we coasted to a turn out. We were trying to get ahold of AAA when Shayne pulled up next to us to offer his help. He called AAA and got everything arranged with them and set up the tow. He was very friendly and professional. He even helped another driver while we waited for a tow that had an extended cab so we could all ride down to Littleton in the tow truck. Saved me $100 for an Uber ride. Thanks again Shayne!

I had an EXCELLENT experience with Ryan’s Recovery. I was stranded on the highway while the first tow truck company I called broke down. Shane from Ryan’s Recovery pulled over when he saw me to see if I was okay. He helped me call my insurance company and assign the pick up to him. I experienced a flat tire recently while traveling south on Highway 9 from Kremmling to Silverthorne. I called AAA for assistance followed by the arrival of Vlad from Ryan's Recovery.
I wanted to let people know how well Vlad worked to get my car to Denver. He gave me a tow to Silverthorne and then he capably resolved a couple of issues with the trailer that he used, both a flat tire on the trailer and an issue with its springs. For the spring issue, he called a mechanic from Ryan's Recovery who fixed the issue.
During the drive to Denver, Vlad was pleasant and communicative, helping me forget the problem with my car. He dropped my car off at Les Schwab Tires in Littleton, and they are installing two new tires.
Although I never expect car trouble, if it does happen, I would always like someone as competent and professional as Vlad to help me.
Had a great experience with Ryan's. In a pinch on a road trip, Memorial Day weekend and they were able to help out in a big way, giving guidance and communicating the whole time. Highly recommend this team!
Long story somewhat short. We were returning from a camping trip headed eastbound I-70 up Eisenhower tunnel when my 2024 Dodge Ram truck decided to shut down pulling our 20 ft. camping trailer. Somehow, I fit my truck in the small pull out area with my camping trailer sticking out 2 ft into the right lane with semi’s and other vehicles passing by. Our only option was to keep our seat belts on and hope and prayed we didn’t get hit. We had a tow truck pull up immediately and offered to tow us to the top of the tunnel for a small cash price. Shayne From Ryan’s Recovery pulled in front of us and offered his help. Shayne was very knowledgeable, respectful, and cared about our well-being. Shayne did not hesitate for a minute and towed us to Christopher Dodge in Golden. A huge shout out to Shayne for a job well done!!!! Tyler was my literal life saver getting my car down from being stuck off a 4x4 trail 12,000 ft up. My experience was last Friday 6/27. I cannot say enough good things about how awesome it was that Marco was driving back to Breckenridge after my car stopped working in the middle lane of I-70 during stop and go traffic!
Marco sprang into action even though he wasn't called for my situation specifically - he quickly got my car on the tow truck and got me safely out of traffic. He was incredibly patient while we got the AAA details sorted out (a beyond added bonus) and was delightful to chat with on the way back to Denver!
I couldn't be more happy with the service I received, it was a miserable situation but it was made much better by Marco!

There are not enough stars for the help I received yesterday. Kyle saw me on I-70 westbound stranded, while he was traveling eastbound. He turned around at the next exit and quickly arrived to see if I was OK. After I described the problem he knew I needed to have my brakes and rotors looked at... Kyle called brake and tire businesses, that he knew performed good work, to see if they had the parts I needed and availability to fix it and get me back on the road to Utah. Yesterday my car broke down just a short distance from the Eisenhower Tunnel west bound. While I was trying to obtain roadside assistance, Shane with Ryan’s Recovery fortunately stopped to see if he could be of assistance since he was in the area. Shane provided excellent complete and very timely service, and made all of the arrangements to transport my vehicle and me to the Enterprise Car Rental office in Silverthorne so I had transportation to get home to Evergreen. He also worked with Enterprise Fleet service to handle all of the logistics to deliver my disabled vehicle to the Nissan dealership in Lakewood. Ryan’s Recovery Team was amazing in providing great vehicle towing service and complete customer assistance. Shane seemingly went out of his way and never left my side to ensure I was taken care of fully. Ryan’s Recovery demonstrated they provide the best service possible in the Rocky Mountains.

My truck broke down, and I needed a tow. A few friends recommended this shop, so I gave them a call. The owner, Ryan, came to pick up my truck himself, and he was super nice. The whole process was quick and easy. Plus, Ryan had his dog with him, which definitely cheered me up!
I wish 10 stars was an option. Having lack of experience driving on icy roads resulted in hydroplaning off the road into about 2-3 feet of snow. Tires were completely buried - no way to get out without help of a tow truck. Thankfully enough, my partner and I were blessed to have Shane from Ryan’s Tow Service show up. Not only was he able to arrive within 30 minutes of us being on the side of the road, I’d say about 15 minutes of the 30 was spent trying to identify our location because we didn’t know what mile marker we were closest to. He did not get frustrated, he only continued to come up with solutions. While on the phone with him, I gave the phone to a firefighter who responded to the scene so they could talk and lead Shane straight to us. From the time he arrived until he towed us to a safer location than where he found us, he didn’t stop smiling. You can tell this guy loves what he does- he helped my partner and I in more than one ways! He turned a really stressful situation into a situation that seemed like a breeze once he arrived.
