Went in for a warranty repair on O'Reilly's part. Bryce said that my back brake rotors are cracked. Talked me into having them done. Quote was between 500$ and $600.00. went in today to pick up truck. Price was over $900.00 never called to say price increase. This is taken advantage price gouging. This issue will end up in court. Just wanted to write this review about this scam. You have been warned.
These guys are the best! While traveling, we got a flat tire. We called and they said to bring the flat right in. They actually met us in the parking lot and fixed it within 10 minutes! Friendly, fast professional service! Very inexpensive! ?
Our sunroof magically blew up on our brand new 2024 truck on our way to Denver. Called our local dealership, nothing they wanted to do to help. We pulled up to Glenn’s, explained our situation, and they helped us out no problem. Thank you Jason and your techs. Appreciate you a lot!

On a road trip, passing through, my diesel fuel filter clogged. I rolled up 445pm..... as they were closing shop for the day. They said they couldn't just leave me stranded and helped immediately.
In a world full of selfishness, these guys stood up and showed true heart to a traveler in need.

After an oil change elsewhere was having an issue with my oil filter and stopped in. They diagnosed the issue and had me out of there in 20 minutes. Last year I needed suspension work done and they gave me the best price of any shop around and had the work done quick. Can’t say enough good about this place.
I hit a rock on one of the trails in the area. I brought my car in. It ended up being a minor issue. They fixed it and did an oil change. Spent about $100. Everything is pricy now a days. Great customer service, friendly and helpful.
This place offers exceptional customer service. We called the day before about a tire problem. Bryce told us to just come by, which we did. It took less than 15 minutes to repair the tire issue and we were on our way. Great location for anyone driving through the valley that might need some car work. Call ahead, just in case. This place WORKS. Very grateful for the exceptional service.
Where do you go when your truck breaks down at 6am on your way to work, and you have no clue what to do? These guys. You go to Glenn’s. My Tacoma died at 92k miles, without warning. I knew Glenn’s had a good reputation, but these guys not only diagnosed, gave me options and honest opinions, but they helped. Both service technicians were great. They checked out my steering problem on my truck and offered great advice. Having them resolve my problem was not practical for me since parts were not available and time was an issue. My truck was still drivable and was wised safe travels. Glenn’s Auto Repair took amazing care of us and our vehicle. We were traveling through and started experiencing some car troubles. Glenn’s fit us in immediately and went above & beyond making sure our car was safe to drive. All the workers were extremely knowledgeable and kind. Can't say enough good things about this place. I'm a mechanic myself, was out on a father daughter mini vacation and had some issues with the truck. While I was offered zero help throughout our journey at other shops. Glenn's stepped up and helped us out like we were family. Not enough places left like this anymore, but these shops make me happy that there are still good guys around that genuinely want to help you get back on the road. I wish I could give more than 5 stars!!!
I had a major repair that Glen's Auto helped me with immediately and they charged me less than the two places I had quotes for in Alamosa. They also replaced a mirror for less than I was quoted in Alamosa. Roy, Bryce and Glen are the ones who helped me and all are great at what they do.
Man these guys really helped us out of a pinch. We noticed a huge thudding noise whenever we turned left. Would shake the entire car. We decided we had to get it checked out ASAP before driving back to WI.
Spent the night at the park to arrive first thing once they opened. They immediately took us in and made sure we were taken care of. "We don't leave people stranded here"
Turns out it was a control arm and even had me look at it/explained the issue to me. I appreciated that. They called in a part to have brought to the shop and got it fixed in 2 hours.
Talked extensively with the family and they're good people. They all seem close and have a good working relationship.

These guys were a lifesaver! My car battery died on me, my husband had to jump start my car. Overnight my car battery died again. I called these guys, since they were the closest to me and they said as long as I could get the car to them, they would check my battery and anything else to see what the issue was. I get there, they check everything out and say it is the car battery. They had a battery for my car in stock and they changed it right there. I have a Jeep and the battery is located in the stupidest place ever, but they were able to get the old battery out and the new one in. In a matter of 30 minutes my car was up and running great! Thank you so much and I will definitely be back if I need anything for my car again! 10/10
We’re from out of town leaving in the morning and thought we had an issue with our differential. They discovered the problem immediately and told us” no charge” you’re good to go! You just don't find people like this anymore. I recommend them highly for any of your auto needs! Thank you to Glenn and Bryce… we are so thankful!!!!
Brought my truck in to get looked at since it hadn't been serviced in a while. When I got it back, there were various issues it didn't have before.
First, if it's not driven for too long, the bettery dies. This didn't happen before.
Second, the mileage is now absolutely terrible. It takes a quarter tank to drive an hour and its a 25 gallon tank.
Third, the service engine light is on. It wasn't on before I took it in.
The "repairs" they did ended up almost costing more than the truck was worth and now I have more problems than I had before. Going SLV auto from now on.
Experienced some coolant leaks on the way through town. Roy and Bryce were super nice and saved the day! Instead of a tow my Van's running better than ever and got me to the great sand dunes and back home !!! ?? cool guys ?
These guys are awesome! My truck overheated pulling my camper over nearby passes and I showed up Monday morning without an appointment. They were able to get me in and replaced a busted hose that was hard to get at and for a fair price too!
The best people and amazing service!!! I was on a road trip with my friend when our car broke down 2 minutes from their shop. As soon as we approached them they came to look at my car right away and found the problem immediately. My radiator had a big crack in it, so they got on the phone and managed to find a radiator that matched all the way in alamosa. They drove the radiator down from there and fixed everything within a matter of 3 hours. They also topped off my oil and transmission fluid, free of charge. I think if we had broken down anywhere else we would've been in trouble, but the employees were so nice and friendly and did everything they could to help us. This shop was a God send and I'm so happy they were able to help us continue on our trip. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone. If you are ever near Del Norte this is the place to go!!!!
My four wheel drive was stuck in low. I limped it in and even though they were busy, Jason sent a mechanic over to take a look so I wasn't stranded. Great guys working here. I highly recommend them if you're having any sort of trouble.
These people are absolutely incredible! I cannot stress that enough!!! I wish I could give them a 10 star rating. Very caring very nice and very helpful. Could not recommend them enough. I live 7 hours away from them and have considered taking my car back anytime for anything
Great family-owned auto shop. My partner had some basic maintenance done on her Honda and loved the place. I needed the catalytic converter replaced on my Subaru. I called Glenn's to comparison shop and they did excellent research and undercut the place I usually go. I ultimately did not have my car repaired there due to a driving and time inconvenience, but their professionalism and thoroughness is excellent.
Driving from Iowa to Arizona the Mercedes Benz 300D began emitting a very foul odor. Upon pulling over to check under the hood, the battery was smoking. I brought the car over to Glenn’s and they were able to track down the parts and install everything to get me back on the road the next day. Very satisfied with the service and everything they’ve done for me. I would 10/10 recommended these friendly folks for any car troubles you may have.
They were awesome; they had to deal with both cars having mouse nests. One of the cars had a nest full of dead mice body parts; to say there was a smell was an understatement; they cleaned out as much as they could. We had no idea this was a problem for this area; we'd never even heard of mice nesting in cars so they gave us pointers for keeping them out.
