I was very pleased with the service. I got a call letting me know when they were on the way,and were arriving to my location. The gentleman whom helped was very kind, very careful connecting my vehicle to tow truck. His concern for my safety& my dog's is much appreciated. By the end of this stressful situation i was pleased to recommend this company & Staff.. Thank you Eric!
The Sunday before Christmas Eve my tire went flat. Though the owner was previosly engaged with a holiday activity he arrived within 15 minutes, jumped out of his truck with a smile and was ready to work. My car door closed unexpectedly, locking the keys within. Without hesitation he drove to his home for his locksmith tools and retreived my keys no charge. He then towed my car to a tire shop I thought would be open but looked closed. He didn't give up. He got out and knocked just in case but no answer. I asked if he could drive me to another tire shop which he agreed to cheerfully. Once there I was getting ready to walk home but he insisted he drive me there safely. This man towed my car to two places, unlocked my car free of charge and drove me all over the East side all with a smile and for only $65. Call him not only for towing but for locksmithing and automotive work. Excellent service, skilled and professional and all around wonderful human being.
