Teamed up with others to offer free electronics disposal then charged me anyway. $360.00 is not free.

You're closed at 5 not 6... Second time now that I've showed up only to turn around after spending time energy and gas.

I request that you accept all types of plastic and don't close early because of wind. Thanks for reading ?

A wonderful, free service offered. Heads up, very particular about the numbers and separation, understandable. Very grateful for this service.

Love having somewhere to take my recycling other than putting it in the landfill.

Great facility. It's a shame there's only one such facility in Pueblo and unfortunate that certain items are off/on, but that's hardly their fault. The state and local governments should provide some support for the recycling programs of Colorado which are in a sad state.

Great place to do your recycling. Workers will always help with either unloading the car or loading the bins and are always open for questions

I am thankful we have a place that DOESN'T COST A PENNY to recycle our goods. I find the staff helpful, educate people on what they can and cannot bring so next time we know. If they sound cross, they're standing in sometimes 105 heat next to the waste treatment plant that smell so lovely. Drop them a bottle of water or be kind instead of complaining about the service they provide Pueblo. They do listen. We got the #1 plastic back, it has nothing to do with them. The hours are being changed up to help so let's be thankful to these lovely people. Have a great day!!

Great free recycling option. Only downfall is limited plastic recycling, but that is very common with the recycling industry. A lot of home recycle companies will take your plastics and trash them, FYI.

Fern, Nick and Black Beard are such a great help, whether sorting or going to the proper place. Even when it's hot and busy, they take the time to be nice!

Pueblo is fortunate to have such a well run and organized recycle area available. When they can't accept certain materials at times, it is not their fault, it is due to the fact they have no place who will accept it from them. They have to search to find those opportunities. The city where I previously lived in Michigan trucked all their recyclables to Southern Ohio which was a four hour one way drive. So thanks to Pueblo's waste management people and all they do!!!

The web site says you recycle plastic. I came out with a truck bed full of plastic. And it wasn't accepted. Plastic has the worst effect on our planet. Don't you guy's care about our planet at all.

I am disabled and sorting out the best that I can but it doesn't seem to be good enough for the lady in front of the paper area. She told my husband that she didn't care if he went back! He was doing this as a favor to me. After this I won't be sending him back! These people don't care about the environment they only care about having a job. I will go elsewhere even though I will have to pay.

Very well run operation. PUEBLO can be very proud of the people who work there. They are friendly and knowledgeable and helpful.

Well, this company has dramatically changed over the past few months. Imagine my surprise when I showed up with a vehicle full of bags, all sorted to the appropriate bins, & now, only no. 1 & 2 plastics accepted, & I had 6 trash bags full of plastic. Also, paper recycling is very limited. I am not understanding this change, & employees didn't seem to know why, either. Very disappointing, as my recycling will be so limited, now. I will donate my aluminum cans to PAWS, as it is going for a good cause. There should be a list on your website, of what you are now accepting to your recycling.

A clean easy to access facility. I presort at home and can drop weeks of recycling off in ten minutes. Staff is helpful and friendly. A positive experience every time.

Recycling service is fine, but I think that it is so inconvenient and typical of Pueblo. That’s the hours on Apple Maps, Google, do not reflect the hours that are on the sign outside of the facility. I think more people would be inclined to recycle and bring their items all the way over to the east side, if they knew that they weren’t wasting their time driving it over. If it’s not too much to ask, maybe somebody can take the steps needed to make sure that Google actually shows your Sunday hours, and then Apple Maps actually has the correct hours. Brought my plastics at 2:20- Sunday hours end at 2:00. This makes me just want to toss them in my normal garbage- waste of time.

We are SO grateful for this place. We even give them our cans, instead of keeping them for our own profit, to help support them! They divide recycling into: - Cardboard - Glass - Furniture/Mattresses - Plastic - Aluminum - Tin - Aerosol - Newspaper - Misc Paper AND ALL FOR FREE! We even send our friends from Colorado Springs here, since they don't really have a supportive system in place. Please share this with your friends and family. We must learn to recycle responsibly and reduce our waste. Much love!

Used to be an awesome place due to the previous people who worked there. NOW, most of the employees there are mean, bitter and rude. Accused him of speeding through, though we know the speed limit there and have been coming for years. Next stop, glass lady carried on how we left caps on the bottles. It was one on a vinegar bottle. Next stop, plastics. Husband pulls a few bags to place on the ground to grab the rest. Employee runs over yelling you can't leave those. My husband tells him he's just placing them before dumping in the bin. Like I said, not our first, but our last. And then there's the hours....

We've been going here for years. It is clean, set up well and the employees are amazingly helpful. However there was a woman at the cardboard place that was going off on everyone in line because someone had abandoned a box of cardboard right next to the chute. She cautioned everyone that this is not allowed and radiod the boss about it. In the amount of time it would take to just dump that box she could have saved everyone her rant.

If Pueblo wants to become a green leader, as it advertises, it should do better than having the recycling depot open for just a few hours a day on Thursday and Friday afternoons. You have to make it as easy as possible for people, otherwise they will not do it!

The staff is super nice and helpful. It can get crowded at times so be patient. You can get vouchers to recycle furniture and bigger items too. I recommend putting your glass in a bag or box before hand so it's easier to hand off to the employee.

On site best helpers to advise and assist in each clearly marked section, especially first time recycler at this location. Recycling print outs are available on what can be recycled and how to prep recyclables as well as presort. Excellent recycling drop off location. Wear your mask to protect others and yourself at this time.

Really great service for the area. Wish the hours were a little more favorable but still we are super happy they have recycling available. Staff are very helpful and pleasant.

FYI if you show up a quarter til closing time, theres a good chance they will have already locked you out. If there is an adjustment to the hours like the guy said, then it should be posted accordingly online. Also, the last time I was there, I was misinformed about what they can accept for larger items. I was told that refrigerators were accepted and that I could get a voucher downtown by the police station.. so I managed to get my mini fridge in the car, went to get the voucher, only to find out that they in fact do NOT accept refrigerators. UPDATE- They now lock you out of the 2nd gate at 20 minutes til closing. Other than than, they are friendly and appear helpful, and on a positive note, I'm glad Pueblo offers this, I just think the locking of people out is a strange way to operate. Actually, I don't quite understand why it even needs to be monitored. Everywhere else I've lived with recycling bins were accessible 24/7, no gates, no on standing around watching you... And even if we are so afraid of people dumping trash, just put cameras up, there are ones that read license plates. But 3 or 4 people to monitor recycling, seems a mismanagement of city money.
