If necessary I will definitely use them again
Called on Friday for a starter he said he had a few of them on the shelf and ready. Called Monday morning to confirm that he still had the starter he said yes I had a family member go get the part because I live out of town. When she gets there they told her that they lost all of 4 of the starters that they had? How do you lose 4 starters in the time frame of 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM? I would go to the place that Daurio recommended Tom’s auto salvage it’s pretty much across the street.
These guys are great. Called today to get a tailgate for my truck, talked with Ross. He was able to match up the right optioned tailgate without needing a vin #. Very easy process.

This place is awesome. Had exactly what I needed at a very fair price. They took it off the old veh so all I had to do was pick it up and all the employees there are friendly and helpful. Paid someone $200 to install the door and a $1300 body shop repair was done for under $400. Couldn't be happier!! Thank you for great service.
They are really nice and really helpful when it comes to finding the right parts the parts are also very affordable I'm getting a transmission from them and I will definitely be back for more parts in the future! They also have really good customers service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Don't trust these people! They lied to me numerous times about the status of the SECOND transmission that was ordered by them due to the original one being a piece of garbage. I appreciate honesty and transparency with the companies that I'm doing business with, regardless of whether it is directly, or indirectly as a third-party provider. When I posted my original review about the conflicting stories between Daurio's and the service shop, I received a call from the warranty manager (the first time despite numerous promises of callbacks) demanding that I remove the review, or he would not honor the warranty that comes from the manufacturer. Now, after waiting over 30 days for the second transmission, it's faulty as well. Leaking transmission fluid, making strange noises, and shifting hard when going up any incline. I wouldn't buy anything from them if it involves a warranty.
Got me the exact transmission I needed. EVEN helped remove all sensors and fittings off my core. Definitely worth the drive. Hopefully I wont NEED the 3 year warranty they gave on the part.
Jerry & Saul picked up a replacement bed for Jerry's pickup, which had been stolen in Lamar. The theives trashed his truck. He is slowly rebuilding it back to its original condition. Daurio Auto Trucks gave him an excellent deal. Saul was able to spend time with his daughter and granddaughter too.
Horrible and rude customer service! Ross said they had the part in stock they had to pull it. I never heard from him and called him the next day he said the part was missing. He said he found it somewhere else and would let me know if it was in stock. A few days later I call he said he couldn’t tell me if the part was available I then cancelled it! I was never told about a restocking fee. I received the part the day after I canceled it and it was damaged and it looked like it was dug up from the ground. He had then charged me 100 dollar restocking fee on a part I cancelled and arrived in a box that was destroyed. Save you money and go elsewhere!!!

Was having issues locating a part for my wife’s truck. She ended up contacting Carlos and he was able to locate the part and answer all of her questions. He was very patient and provided exemplary costumer service. During the process she also spoke to Greg and again the customer service was not lacking. This company was able to turn a stressful situation into a manageable one through kindness and going the extra mile to insure the best outcome we could expect. Probably the absolute worst place you can get parts at. Every single time I use these guys or rather try to use these guys there is some kind of issue. The latest after ordering a part over a week and a half ago every time I call they change the shipping date well come to find out they never even pulled the part. (How can the shipping date change if the part is still on the car)Worst customer service from any junkyard ever. I believe the problem is all the employees are very lazy. There are plenty of other places out there to use highly recommend using another place. Next time I will go out of my way to use another junkyard.
It was a great overall experience from the moment I called and got their professional answering service to speaking with Carlos. He had me answer as in if they had the part quickly. I picked it up the next day and all electronics worked on it. Price was very fair since they remove the part you need from the vehicle. Definitely the only salvage yard I will be using in Pueblo!
The staff was super compassionate about our situation ( weekend tow due to t-bone accident). We were from out of state and they met us at the tow yard to retrieve our belongings on a Saturday. The driver was so nice
I spent 20+ years in automotive and had to deal with salvage yards all the time. 99% of the time every salvage yard I dealt with where incredibly rude and could care less about helping you. Daurio’s is the first salvage yard I have dealt with that have employees that are there to help you and sell parts! From the first call to pick up, everyone was super friendly and polite, like they want to sell there parts as they set out to. Dealing with super rude salvage yards for so long, the level of customer service Daurios provided was such a relief, they will be my first call from here on out for anything I am looking for. I applaud this business and all the employees that make the difference. The Daurios crew set the example others unfortunately do not follow. Keep up the excellent work! -A very pleased customer!

Last Saturday, we were southbound on I-25 south of Pueblo towing a trailer, when BOOM, the left rear tire blew on my truck. I was able to nurse the truck and trailer to the narrow shoulder as heavy traffic zoomed by at 80 miles and hour and some people, being the dummies they are didn't try to get over in the left lane. We were stuck. We called GEICO since we have roadside assistance and they assured us help would be on the way. As traffic zoomed by us we waited for the rescue. (There was no way I was going to attempt changing that tire) Soon, the guys from Daurio arrived. I feel sheepish that I didn't get their names, but they were incredible. They were fast, efficient and I had stopped down the road after they helped us to check everything out on a side road. They stopped again to make sure everything was all right. Fantastic service and I cannot recommend them more. This was about 5 PM last Saturday 7/13/19, so I hope someone will reply to this review with the names of the guys. I am extremely grateful.
I was in a rut and they showed true kindness. Told me where to go to fix my car, where to stay, helped me get there. I have never had such service before. Also, the guy had some pretty rad tattoos, will call if im ever in need.
Charged 400 for the same part everyone else had for 150.. but this one was the same color I was looking for so supply and demand got the best of me. The part was not as described and they don't take them back. I was never so dissappointed in a price of a used part. As far as them getting it and pulling the part and loading it up for me ... That was a dream and a half. Very fast. Friendly and smiled a lot. But then I guess at those prices what is there not to be smiling about? I'll probably go back bc their inventory but it doesn't mean. I want to..

Almost impossible to get a rust free part in New England, but Daurio auto had it and got it here quick! Carlos was very helpful.
This place had great service. Had the misfortune of a wreck while travelling through town. The local PD called them and they were on sight before I was off the phone with Geico. Geico said get the tow from them because it would be a LONG time before their people would show up. They worked with Geico on payment, no hassle.
The driver was very nice and super helpful. Steered me away from the bad part of town when it came to getting a room for the night. He dropped us off at a nearby hotel on the way to the tow yard. He also swept up the small bits and pieces of the wreck from the road.
Went back the next day to get stuff out of my car (it was non-drivable). The desk staff were very helpful and patient and competent. I was even able to borrow some hand tools from them to pull some accessories off my car since there was a very good chance it would be totaled.
If you have the misfortune of needing a tow in Pueblo I’d recommend them.

I needed to replace a bent wheel for my Dodge Grand Caravan.
New ones cost $400. The best price I could find in the Denver/Boulder area was $130.
Carlos, who was friendly and helpful, quoted me a price of $70 + $20 shipping. I paid with my credit card, and it was on my doorstep the next day!
It was clean, true and it had the original Dodge cap on it (you usually have to pay extra for the cap).
These guys are great! I would certainly do business with them again and would recommend friends and anyone else to patronize this business!
