Called 3 days ago for a radiator. Was told they would work on pulling it. Called today. Still havent even started pulling it. Bad business. Had me waiting for nothing.
Wasted my time, money. Apparently it takes 2 days to pull a radiator, had me driving back and forth for no reason, very upset after this recent experience from this business.
This place is a joke. Quoted one price when I went to buy it the next day the price was up $100. They apologized and said someone named Jeff was actually fired because of this very incident. They said everyone makes mistakes and these things happen. Yet they still weren't willing to take the 900 they quoted me originally they needed a thousand now. Out of principle I didn't buy it I would rather pay someone $300 more then deal with these fraudsters. Just a bad experience and a huge waste of time.
Good customer service. Would be excellent if they would save the hardware as I asked over the phone. Other than that, it is friendly and accurate. Adequate prices. Will come back again.
I had never been here before so I didn't know what to expect. I don't know if the staff needs a vacation or time out but they were not happy people. It doesn't take much effort to smile or to say hello how can I help you. Put out because u don't know the routine and r asking questions. The prices were alot higher then I expected them to be. Some kindness, get up and go or go the extra mile for the customer could change the atmosphere of the place.
This is a great place to get used parts!!! Always have had great customer service and good experiences finding what I need and the prices are always good!!! Thanks for the great service!!!
Good place to get cheap used parts. I definitely call here first to see if they have what I'm looking for 9 times outta 10 they do have the part I'm looking for at half the cost every where else!!
Shady business practices. You know a place has gone down hill when they give you an affordable price on the phone, tell you exactly what vehicle to pull your parts from, then charge you MORE THAN DOUBLE what they quoted you on the phone for a part that just so happened to not fit your vehicle then refuse to give you a refund. I love supporting local businesses and I've done business with affordable for a decade averaging $2000-$3000 in parts from them EVERY YEAR! In the past they were great and reasonable but as of recent I've had nothing but problems. I will never spend a penny there again and I advise you to look elsewhere.
Bait and switch place. Used to be good too... Could walk in with no charge before... Don't bother here go to any of the other ones. You might get lucky and get what you need yeah but... What they do is now charge you to get in the door let you get your parts picked in your hands and then charge you a super high rate when you get out. I could have bought the parts new for what they wanted for rusty ones that I pulled off myself. Sad
Well I've been going to C&E for over 15 years of course back in the day that used to be called affordable auto parts of course even still to this day I call it affordable the stuff is great including the crazy old man that asked you can I help you and then he find your part and pretty much tells you to go go find it and get the heck out of here LOL other than that great service and they don't go out the part that leaves do their best to find it for you or get you on your way to get your car going I give this place five stars
This place is awesome! We have been looking for a drivers side mirror for a while now, and these guys already had it pulled, gave us a hard time and sent us on our way! 10/10 would recommend!
Perfect garage for all your cost effective projects!!! Actually we went for Volvo parts found exactly what we needed and then some!!! Replaced every fuse in the car with ones from this pull n pay they are sound! Car took to those fuses immediately and so far no problems. And the other part we got was far more mechanical don't know much about it but it works perfect
Always loved coming here since I was a kid, reasonable prices, & plenty of parts. Spend all day here without realizing it, & enjoy every minute!! Service has really gone downhill, & they blame the customer when their credit card machine doesn't work. Definitely not good customer service!! Update! They have improved significantly in the last few months! Enjoy coming here again like old times!
I was able to get the whole front end of my Ford expedition replaced for the fraction of what a shop would charge. The yard is organized and neat, it is first come first serve so look online for inventory and check it out in person. Great guys who know they're stuff. Don't steal the soap bottle
These guys are well organized, have Hollander interchange on computer and good prices. Very helpful staff and good inventory. If all salvage yards were run like this, no one would want new (non wearing) parts.
Had a most wonderful experience with the lay out, availability of staff for questions, and knowing what they have in stock as well as where. We had to pull a part and was unable to remove the part with the tools we had in hand. The staff was not only familiar with the type of part but how best to disassemble to get the part as well. We got a hammer and screwdriver from a gentleman from behind the counter. He not only let me use the tools but had the knowledge on how to remove the piece in question. If you need a used part and may eben have questions about how tp pull it, then you have found tje right place. With the appropriate staff as well.
I was in a huge bind. I had been riding on a bent rim fim for 2000 miles. I called these guys and they had the exact rim that i needed at an excellent price. They also recommended a tire store that was able to mount my tire for an excellent price. Thank you guys from the Aussie in Louisiana!!!!!!
Very helpful. All you have to do is call and ask if they have the part you are looking for, for your vehicle. They will look it up. If they do you get to go to the vehicle they have and take the part out yourself. They are pretty reasonable on their prices. I think they are cheap. Out really helped me out. I saved a hundred bucks. So look them up first.
Fantastic customer service and great prices from amazing staff. Would highly recommend, they have quite the selection of cars you can find. I found four of the same year of the car I needed to pull from.
very helpful with a good selection of vehicle, including numerous late model Chevy Impalas, from which I was hoping to scavenge various parts to replace ones that my impala needed.
I was quickly directed to a few locations of cars that might still have those parts, and I found all three items I needed at the first two cars, so I didn't need to even walk to find the last impala they had.
I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the prices were, and to add to the ease of access and politeness of the staff, my entire trip took place within the last 10 minutes they were open that day.
I will definitely be returning when they aren't about to close because I could spend all day in there trying to decide how to spend money.
