Should put on your website,that you have a 25$ minimum… I’ve never heard of a salvage/junkyard with a minimum amount of that amount for anything you order…I needed 1 bolt from a used brake caliper and was told it would be 25$Full service removal of a 2$ bolt by a professional 😏 no sir ur right. U deserve 5stars what’s next 45$ used lug nuts?because u removed it for me? It cool , I’m happy you’re not the only choice in town.

I bought a used tranny here...great price .. i had it installed and found it wasn't 100% ..i returned it 1 day after my warranty and they were amazing and still honored it and gave me another tranny that works great. I love my car and hope i get another 325,000 miles on it

I had my car broken into, smashed my passenger window and took all my belongings. Called off work the next day to fix my window. Called this place and they said they had the part, went in and paid $65 for the window. Called three or four more times throughout the day to see if it was ready, each time they said someone was working on it. Went in 15 minutes before they closed to pick it up, they told us they didn’t even have the car.They didn’t even bother to check to see if the car was there until I came in. Got lied to numerous times over the phone. Absolutely ridiculous

Last year after the horrendous pueblo hail storm I purchased a windshield from them no problem. I am not sure if this place is under new ownership or someone else took it over. I was quoted an ac tensioner for $5 dollars of which I pulled myself. Then proceeded to check out and they upped the price to $25. The part didn’t work and proceeded to return however the guy that upsold the quote from $5 to $25 refused to return it the next day I also asked for store credit which was refused . I do a lot of auto service utilizing junk yards and parts in general so it seems like they do not value paying customers. I’ve been in the business for over 25 years and have never seen a salvage yard not offer a return especially in less than 24 hours. The yard next door only charged me $5 for the same part. Good luck to Tom’s auto and the arrogant young man that screwed a loyal customer. I posted a new part for 5$ on rockauto to show you what kind of service Tom’s was. They must make their money from a lot of recovery. Now just received another negative comment from the the arrogant owner or manager attacking my credibility of work experience yet couldn’t offer in store credit. Just proves his arrogance like I stated belief this guy is making money repossessing property and doesn’t give a shit about his customers. An appropriate response would’ve been sorry for any confusion we can make it up to you. If I mess up on a vehicle I try and make that up to the customer but not here I wish I could leave a half a star as a review. Stay far away bad business

This is by far the best salvage yard in Pueblo and the surrounding area, they are knowledgeable and have a great inventory of parts. They have help me immensely with the motor swap on my 4runner I highly recommend going there.

Me and all my family goes to toms towing for parts when I needed my car moved the towed it out of town to penrose for me so it was safe and no body was messing with it I go to IntelliTec and even my instructors go to toms towing for their parts don’t even get me started on the Ronald at the front desk he was very polite over the phone and explained things to me when I went and got my part they called me so I didn’t have to call them or worry about them his customer service is excellent and trustworthy he’s a big part of why I keep going back for parts and always recommend them to anyone that asks

Tried Tom's to get an alternator on a Wednesday, waited over 24hrs to get the part because staff has to remove it from the vehicle. Ok, I get it. This is apparently a normal practice for this wrecking yard. I seen online in a parts locator site that this alternator was a grade A replacement but it doesn't charge properly. I checked for voltage drop and resistance on all leads as well as checked alt relay and all fuses that could cause issues. I called the next day (Friday) at 9am, asked for a replacement and said it's urgent that I get my vehicle running because of my job, needless to say, I was placed on the waiting list again and was not called because no one is a priority I'm guessing. It's now Saturday and they are closed... I have lost 6 days of work (Wed to mon) because of dealing with this establishment. It's not like I can get a new one because I'm strapped for cash so I opted for a used one. If you need it now, STEER CLEAR OF TOM'S!

I had my Big truck break down on me a hour from Pueblo. They we're there within a hour, had me hooked up to the tow truck rollin very fast. I don't remember the gentleman's name but he was very nice. Great service great folks

Whatever you do do not use this company at all they’re going to rip you off majorly I got a quote for $175 and now they’re saying oh we told you $75 oh now the boss says you want it will give you $35 and as I’m explaining it to them they hang up on me very rude very unprofessional disrespectfultrying to get me to give them a car for free. Definitely not recommend this place at all. They’re just gonna rip you off bunch of morons.

RON is Awesome! He went way out of his way pulling a part the same day for about of state order. He coordinated between my own shipper and myself for 3 days , (because Tom’s does not ship anymore). When that shipper failed and took too long, Ron took it upon himself to help get a reliable company and get my products on the road. I’m so excited. I would have driven out, now I’m saved 16 hrs and have the exact part, rather than going with someone else and having to paint + ship. Super friendly and helpful. Gave me less stress. Thanks Ron! 🤩

Toms was the absolute most cleanest Bone Yard I have ever gone to in my entire life. The customer service from phone call to face to face was impeccable. The pricing is very competitive and fair. You don’t have to get your hands dirty as they take it upon themselves to gather your parts and bring them to you. I would highly recommend you give them a try. No body is perfect but dang it this came close as I e ever seen.
