Best towing experience I’ve ever had! They went above and beyond to help me when my car was totaled. Sent me information on my mileage as well as pictures of the belongings I had left in it before releasing it. Was easy to reach and responded so quickly to every question I had! I will recommend them to everyone who needs a tow company! Incredible service!
Amazing customer service! I do have to say one thing, the price seems a little bit too much, but, we are in 2024 . However, Ed was very helpful, went above and beyond to help my son be able to drive his wrecked car out of there. I couldn't be more grateful! Thank you!
Someone stole my van and 4 minutes after police called me (after midnight) they had it towed here. It’s not free to get it out so I’m gonna lose it instead and they get to profit off of it so that’s fun.
Place looks like a salvage yard jams cars mirror to mirror to fit as many as he can .. The fence that is supposed to secure the cars is a wreck its self a kid could get beyond the fence . looks like he builds cars out of other junk cars then sales them to people even though the cars at one point where totaled but the insurance company never see the cars to total them out with a salvage title . so you buy a salvage car but he can use the original title and you will never know.
My pickup broke down on a Saturday and I ended up calling these guys. The truck arrived reasonably quickly and the driver was experienced and knew what he was doing. I haven't had a vehicle towed in a couple years but last time I did it only cost $50 to have it towed out to Pueblo West and these guys charged $75 for 3 or 4 miles so it seems a bit steep. The towing service I used previously was a different one that was friends with the mechanic I was using at the time so maybe he gave a discount or maybe there are other factors at play for why this tow was more expensive. I suppose it's worth it for the level of service and experience.
