Ray's towing picked up an out of state relatives car after a roll over. Even though they were closed,Ray's son met us at the lot on a Saturday morning to collect what we could from the car. Wonderful, patient, and so kind and helpful. Thank you.
Car stalled at the gas station. Called Ray's Towing company and Jared came to the rescue and saved the day!! He saved me money by figuring out it was a battery issue and did not have to tow it. Also the owner Ray came down to make sure everything was ok.

Top notch towing company. Broke down with a loaded semi truck and trailer that was loaded.was sitting at 90,000 lbs .ray showed up in his big wreaker and his Forman showed up in another semi truck to haul the loaded trailer .now that's awesome service and less stress on the truck being towed in my opinion. Jarrod the Forman was also able to take payment road side with his mobile unit.great guys and hard working fellas.id give them 10 stars but I can only give 5 on this app.thanks again guys
If I could I would give a zero this company towed my fiancés car to Subaru and forgot to put in emergency brake up so his car rolled into another persons car we and State Farm have been trying to call them to get there insurance info and they won’t answer or call any of us back!!!
By far, the shadiest company I ever encountered. These people towed my daughter's car from an apartment complex she had just moved into. She had a temporary plate during covid. She couldn't get plates yet because of covid pandemic. They took her car and refused to listen to anything she said. She had to pay $350 for her car that was in there half a day.. They should be shut down
Don't waste your time. Called multiple times to get a box truck towed. Never could give me an estimate. Finally gave me a time they were supposed to come. They no called no showed. Called Tom's Towing. They gave me an estimate and had me towed with in the hour.
These people are evil. They’re a bunch of crooks in bed with Pueblo PD. They steal cars from all over Pueblo and hold them for ransom and when you try to call the cops on them, nothing happens because, surprise surprise, the owner retired from Pueblo pd and theyre still good buddies. They stole my Impala and treid to get me for $400.
Although friendly, they don't lock your car in the yard, so naturally being in pueblo, my car was broken into and I am now missing a $500 scan tool and only enough a trunk organizer that was loaded with food for work.
They towed my stolen and abondoned car, didnt call me for over a week while raising the price daily and expected me to pay over 800$ to get my STOLEN car back, this company and its practices are disgusting.
Was assigned RMA to complete a request I put in through my insurance to tow my 2017 Chevy Impala to a repair facility not even a mile away. Didn’t show up or call. I called them and was hung up on. Thanks for the professionalism RMA!
These guys were super nice when I mistakenly went in their office one day after walking to their location af because I got towed by another more corrupt company. They were happy to give advice and point me in the right direction
A lot of valuable items were stolen out of my car and when I asked the cop and rays towing they acted like it wasn’t a big deal! I tried to take my stuff out of my vehicle, but was told by the cop that I couldn’t grab my stuff till later. Waited 2 hours to get into the tow yard because they don’t have someone that stays on sight. Just for me to find out that all my stuff in my car was stolen and just trash was left! I am currently in the process of suing the tow company! Please don’t use this place they steal from innocent good people!

The Ole Gentelman that works as a secretary! Has very poor work ethic ! He can't remember,or just lies to you. He never calls you back like he says . He does not know how to handle a situation when he made a mistake he just hangs up on you. I will be getting in touch with the owner and preceded my case further.. So sad this is probably a great towing company , just very poor inexperienced front help.
His Sun will steal from your vehicle if left there owner will do nothing about it. Dont leave your vehicle there ever. His sun even steals from his employees and hardly dose anything about it
I went to clean out my car which had just been in a wreck and all the great men that work there moved it for us. That was a blessing since I have a bad back.
This company isn't open on Sundays. We got our car on a Sunday. We got back later at night and they towed us for not having plates even though we called the front office first thing in the morning. Still charged us 229. A young couple with a baby, and they charged us 200 for a car we didnt even have a chance to talk to anyone.
I had the "pleasure" of using Ray's today to tow my vehicle from Colorado Springs to Pueblo. Friendly service, friendly driver, and reasonable price for the distance. I would recommend.
Owner said he would call to confirm before coming for the tow as he had other calls. We were able to get car out of mud on our own. Tow showed up later (no confirmation call) and he asked me to pay for the tow anyway. Understood the inconvience and said sorry for the inconvience and was agreeable to pay partial amount but he got upset and said to never call him again. Unprofessional.
One of there drivers almost caused a wreck call in to report the driver. The person that answered the phone could care less I told the person from Reyes towing that a driver blew past a red light. And the reys towing employe started yelling a using profanity. Terrible people.
I was in a jam, I called another towing company, they wouldn't help. Ray's was next on the list, I called them, explained my situation, on face value, they took my word.
It was the fastest tow I ever recieved, I was stuck on I-25 Northbound, center of town, narrow freeway, after dark, rush hour with my little dog, and a cane. They came and got me, the driver was very friendly, I didn't even have to get out of the car. He shook my hand when he got us home, and had me call them Friday. I did.

Rays towing is one of the best tow company in town I would definitely recommend them for all your towing needs no matter if your stuck broke down out of gas bad tire dead battery and you can't beat there prices they also can tow large diesels buses rv's heavy equipment

After messing around with Geico forever and getting a 2 1/2 arrival time, I called Ray's. They arrived in 15 minutes and had my vehicle towed 15 miles. Everything in under an hour. Nice guy and made sure vehicle was secure. And the price was great!!!!!
Ray seemed to be a nice guy and the guy Jake who helps him out on the lot is an amazing guy! Really enjoyed talking to him. The son was not as professional and nearly ran me off the road prior to my arrival. I would use Rays towing again.
truck was stolen then recovered by rays. they completely overcharge as well as go through your vehicle to steal any money you may in it. trash from inside the truck (monster cans) were still laying on the ground under my tire when I went to pick it up. they allow their drivers to go through the vehicles. very bad business.
While every other towing company was giving me 4hrs to a days wait. This guys only took exactly 40 mins as they said. Great time, great service and amazing help.
Was hit by a semi truck in Pueblo on 5/16. Totaled my car, needed to be towed. Called Ray, and his crew was there within 10 minutes. They hooked me up to their truck and took me straight to their secure yard. I had important business in Denver, and had to leave the car for 2 nights in their yard.
As I was leaving town on the 18th, I called Ray, and he actually came down to the yard, on a Sunday, on Father's Day, at 9:45 AM to let me in to finish cleaning my car. On top of that, I tried to tip him $25 for coming to meet me on a Sunday, but he wouldn't have it! Finally, everyone I dealt with was interesting to talk to and very friendly.
I don't know what those other negative reviews are about, but that was not my experience at all. Nothing was missing from my car, and it hadn't been messed with in any way. In fact, I forgot my gun holster and left it on the seat along with a nice knife. The driver could easily have taken them, but first thing Ray did was say "Oh, the driver found a holster and a knife, and he gave them to me for safe keeping" and he handed them over. Those two items were probably worth $150, and he could just kept them, but he gave them back. That's good, old fashioned honesty for you right there.
I would not hesitate ONE BIT to recommended Rays Towing to anyone needing a tow in this area.
