My mother in law had the worst day when her truck was stolen, A-1 gave us the best customer service and helped us out tremendously! Thank you again really, we will only use yall in the future!
My truck broke down so I safely pushed it into a parking spot and out of the street. This happened after 5pm by 7am the next morning I returned to with a mechanic to pick my truck up and it was already towed away. When I spoke with the company whose lot my truck was parked in and they had to research which company may have my property because they didn’t call for a tow. When I spoke to A1 they informed me that there usual fee for an in town tow is only $65 but since they towed it from the lot, after no fault of my own and trying to do the right thing, it would cost me $180 for the initial tow instead of $65, They also charged $150 for a letter to be sent saying they have my vehicle, as well as $30 a day, and another $65 if not picked up before 5pm. I am working class, so had to wait until payday to retrieve my property, by this time (a week later) the bill is $800 and they will not allow my mother to help with her credit card, because we are from out of town, even though they sent the letter to our out of town address and know this. These people are literally being allowed to legally STEAL property and charge absorbent fees for the return of said property. This company is taking advantage of the poor people of Pueblo and unwilling to offer any assistance even in a time with millions out of work during a global pandemic.. I have contacted the PUC as well as the BBB in an effort that this may not continue to happen to others. I advise those looking for a trustworthy company to look elsewhere...
When the Pueblo police found my stolen car these guys recovered it. Great?
I called them immediately after notification and was told they were closed until monday (8am Saturday). Was given the option to pay $180 “gate fee” at 5pm that day or wait until Monday.
I arrived at 9:01 on Monday (opens at 9) to be charged $200 including $80 tow fee — ok that’s fair i guess — but also storage fee of 4 days friday through Monday.
Nothing we can do, if you don’t like it it will be another $30 tomorrow. We only take cash.
Horrible service, completely pathetic people. Avoid at all costs. I’m pretty sure whoever stole the car is a better human
This is a great place,people are friendly, I read some reviews and think people are harsh and don't understand they get busy. Had my car towed a few times from this guy and he's been great recommend to many too!
Told it would be an hour or so before getting towed. 3 1/2 hours later no truck and no one answered the phone. Nor will they call you back. You will be stranded by them indefinitely. Call someone else.
