Everybody complains om getting their vehicles towed , and not having money to get them out here's a solution dont drive the vehicle till u get insurance and plates for it, people do struggle and ita hard to make ends meet but if u have a vehicle on the rode by law It should be plated and insured, most tow companies have to go by what the law says its not their choice, they want to stay in business its what the law says, same as insuring a vehicle and plating it !!!!
They just flat robbed me, tow bill shouldn't be more than $75 at best, it was on their property for 8 days, they said the tow was $150.00, but when we went to get it, it was a $200.00 bill, we'll I'm on permanent disability, because I'm legally blind & I told them, that my son uses it a lot of the times to take me to & from my doctors appointments, appointments, as well as getting him to & from work, we're not rich it's all we have, I told themall of this, & that it broke down at O'reilly's auto parts store, And obviously they had it towed after we were told not to worry about it, it was fine there, just get it moved ASAP,but not to worry it was fine, it was there a day and a 1/2 and they towed it, I also told them, we're poor people struggling to get by & not rich, and asked them if they'd give us a break, they couldn't care less about our situation, all they were worried about, was filling their pockets, not gave any sympathy what so ever, ya know, We're trying to make ends meet and survive , and then the car breaks down, And we're struggling to come up with the money to fix it, Then it gets towed, And they did not have a heart at all , and couldn't care less, No matter what our situation was , they just wanted to load their pockets with our money and not give anybody a break, I asked them couldn't need give us a break on the storage bill, the tow fee. And he said, we have no say so in the matter, of the state of colorado's in charge of that, the fee, & the cost of storing it there, I was like yeah, and I'm an idiot, so he proceeds to tell me the tow bills $150.00, but it wasn't, & the storage fee per day is $ 47.00 a day + they tack on another fee on top of the storage fee called an admin fee, which I have no clue what that is,with no explanation of another $150.00 so in total for 8 days of not caring, not having any understanding, about our situation not having money growing out our pockets , the bill was $676.81, their Secretary worker as I'd like to call him, was just a total sarcastic jerk, with a serious mouth someone needs to slam shut, like i wanted to do, told me to get off their property after paying for their ridiculous over priced fee, & me calling them a thief , I will never recommend them legal corrupt, disrespectful Thieves to anyone, and as far as i'm concerned , they should be shut down for being so greedy, and robbing people of their hard earned money that they don't have, And not having any compassion towards your fellow man, by working some type of deal out instead of just flat out, robbing people, by digging in people's pockets as far as they can dig and take as much money as they can from someone and be legally allowed to do that
