The tow truck driver, Bryce was very punctual and didn't have to wait long. Extremely helpful and professional. Went above and beyond the service offered and really helped me out. Outstanding service. We blew an engine headed South on the 25. Bryson was our hero. He worked hard at getting us towed 95 miles back to COS to our mechanic. The drive shaft needed to be removed from our motorhome for the tow to happen. He was very patient getting it off and worked diligently to remove it. It took almost an hour, but it happened. We’re very pleased with his professionalism.
This company is amazing. We were waiting for AAA for over 3 hours, finally said we’ll just call someone else, and they responded really quick, said it would only be 45 minutes to get there. We sadly had to cancel, cause AAA finally showed up. They were amazing and super quick.
