Called to have my Dodge Charger towed to the shop. The gentlemen that picked up my car did a great job being cautious. They also didn’t charge me much to get the job done. Great service and honest prices!
Logan came through quick fast and in a hurry ..got the car fixed and taken care of. We will be using Waynes towing in the future for our security vehicles and/or any vehicles on site.
After the nightmare my wife and I faced dealing with Hertz/Dollar, my wife and I experienced fantastic service from these guys. I think his name was Logan and he towed our rental from Dalhart to Colorado Springs. They were super friendly, super understanding and they helped us get home safely. Truck driving is hard enough, and breakdowns make things even tougher. Brandon was awesome and took great care in getting my truck towed while showing professionalism and treating my truck like it was his own
I had a great experience with these guys from the person who booked my appointment to the driver that ended up towing my vehicle they were willing to work with me because money was a little tight can’t say enough good things about this company, but if you need a tow, this is who I would choose
RIP-OFF, EXPENSIVE, COST ME $700 FOR 4 DAYS. THEY TOPPED MY TRUCK AFTER THE POLICE DROPS NOT CALL ME AFTER STOPPING MY SON. INSTEAD THEY CALLED THESE GUYS AS AN ABANDON VEHICLE. THE TACKED ON ADMIN CHARGES, AND GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE. I'M ON DISABILITY WITH LITTLE INCOMEAND THEY TOOK NO PITY. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I COULD NOT GET MY TRUCK OUT BECAUSE THE PRICE GOES UP DAILY & I JUST DO NOT HAVE IT NOR ANOTHER VEHICLE. I'M AT A TOTAL LOSS.
Matt at Wayne’s tires is a great guy. I was originally quoted over 2 hours to wait for my car to be towed to the dealership. Matt got to me early, got my car loaded up quickly, and was kind, funny, and professional. I wouldn’t have known about Wayne’s if it wasn’t for my included roadside assistance. So glad he was my driver, and I will be using Wayne’s and recommending them in the future.
Worst towing experience ever!! Actual rating ((((-100))) Shady, unprofessional, untrustworthy!! Don't risk your vehicle! Had my daughter’s car towed from co springs to a shop in Pueblo. Paid in full at pick up. When the driver unloaded at the shop he tore the entire bumper off. He then tried to get the shop to fix it without telling me. The driver nor anyone from Wayne’s towing called and let me know anything. My shop called me and told me the truth or I wouldn’t even have known. Wayne’s towing wanted another company to risk their professional reputation to cover for them and fix it the best they could and never tell me. I called and was obviously upset. They got mad because I raised my voice and confronted their shady business model. Then they acted like they were going to fix it. No thanks, I don’t want my bumper zip tied on! It will now have to go to a body shop after the mechanical portion is done. Another tow, another bill that I will have to pay for because of their unethical business practices. Thanks for nothing! Don’t waste your money or risk your vehicle. Find someone else!
WORST PLACE TO GET A TOW. Guy complained the entire time about his job and being on call. Wouldn’t stop talking about us paying him (we have insurance) and tipping him and doing things under the table. If you hate your job so much then get a new one. He also wouldn’t stop talking about how this job was only making him a certain amount like HIS JOB is an inconvenience. Wayne’s towing needs to hire better employees and maybe appreciate their employees more so they’re not complaining all the time like this guy. Also took WAY long on a simple job.
At Wayne's towing you can expect nothing but professionalism and respect for you and your vehical. They were very prompt in getting to my wife and I in our time of need. We all know when something makes a bad situation we are all already stressed out and worried about financial costs. So in our momment of panic we look for something or someone to help give us a little less stress and the Employees of Wayne's towing dose just that. There prices are e treamly fair and if they say 20 min they usally mean 20 min. They are very honest about how long it will take to reach you and your vehical. They are very knowledgeable and sometimes they can tell you what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix the problem. Bottom line the whole team is very professional and I would recommend them to anyone and will use them again .

Car broke down somewhere south of Pueblo on our way to NM. My insurance contracted with Wayne’s. Josh was prompt on picking us up, was professional and polite, and did a great job in an emotionally stressful time for us.
Fantastic service, very genuine and kind. The gentleman that helped me was personable, gentle and listened to my concerns. He got the job done with a smile and for that I am very grateful. Thank you for making my day better.
I first called a different tow service being I am new to the area and knew within seconds they were not getting my business. I then called Wayne's towing and WOW! Sam in dispatch was knowledgeable and super sweet, she assured me a tow was on the way and, I would receive a phone call from the driver shortly. I got a call almost immediately and was picked up in less than 15 minutes. Not to mention the price was very reasonable. I hope I don't have to do this again but, just incase I have Wayne's number saved for such occasions.

Sent by State Farm after no response from AAA—waited for over 1.5 hours for AAA to do something, anything—just chat asst. links. Wayne's Towing was there about 15 minutes after my call to State Farm.

Wayne’s Towing was great to work with. The dispatch person on the phone and the tow truck operator they sent out were both very kind and very helpful. The service was timely, and I was surprised at how reasonable the price was. I will be calling Wayne’s Towing when I need their services from now on. I absolutely recommend them.

Met a few of the team the other day at the state fair and just wanted to shout them out on personal level. These are some great genuine people. Also respect for taking part in the opening of the derby!
Disappointing experience. We were quoted $100 for a tow. Dispatch told us it would be less than 30 minutes to get towed, but we didn't get picked up for 50 minutes. We also told them we were on the inside lane and they did not relay that to the driver so he had to turn around which took another 10 minutes. Once we were dropped off, the charge went up to $120.
The driver, Chance, was knowledgeable and very kind. If it weren't for dispatch, the review would have been higher.
Always a great experience when using this company. They communicate on timing, help in any way possible and have wonderful attitudes while doing it. Suggested them to my sister when she was coming in from out of state and blew a tire. They treated her and her husband just as great as they did us. Highly recommend.
Jake was awesome! He was able to remove a very large 30 foot RV out of a tight spaced back yard and alley. No damage to any fences or structures, and he did it quickly. I appreciated the dedication and professionalism on display that day. I am exclusively going to use Wayne's for any future towing needs. I will also recommend them to all my family and friends. The driver Jake did an amazing job for us on 1/19. He was very courteous and discussed what he was going to do. He masterfully removed an 30 ft. RV out of very tight space with no damage to the fencing or neighboring fences or properties. The job was done in a timely manner. They also came to do the job in less than an hour from when we first called. We would recommend this company for your towing needs.
Daniel and his helper did a great job. They put the truck right where we could walk to a hotel and get the parts to fix what we could ourselves. He also directed us to who could fix a drive train and get us back on the road. Thank you guys. From all of us at Southern Style Transportation.
THE BEST TOWING COMPANY! Our tire came off our boat trailer this past weekend we called 3 other towing companies (One which was **Tom's Towing which I WOULD AVOID**. They are rude and hung up on us, never called back or answered our calls after we told them of our problem.). Wayne's came to our rescue (out in Ordway, east of Pueblo) and were careful, efficient, friendly and professional! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend WAYNE'S TOWING!!!
