If you're looking for affordable, friendly, genuinely good people this is the place to go! My car broke down in westcliff and other towing companies were asking for over $500! Well these guys did it for under $350! Highly recommend these guys terri was very nice and helpful over the phone and very understanding of my situation. Will definitely be using them again! These guys are outstanding. From the very first phone call they were so sweet and empathetic to my situation (stolen car). They looked out for me with my insurance company and gave me great advice. When I went to the office to recover my items from the car they had this tiny little kitty that they had found in a car almost frozen to death and they adopted her and are nursing her back to health and she will be the shop pet. That just melted my heart and showed me that their kindness is genuine.
This is the best service I have received in a long time from a Tow company. Dustin was very polite very fast came within 15 minute. He was a very kind man made me feel safe and even gave me a ride home with no charge. We appreciate the service and will definitely be calling Dustin next time I need tow.
If youre in need of a tow call this company!!!! Tom’s towing treats their customers with the utmost respect and kindness!!! Greg has taken care of us twice before! Once he waited 45 minutes to help tow our car, and when we were unable to retrieve it he said no worries and we weren’t charged! Today he helped us and waited again 45 ish minutes with us for our vehicle. Greg is so kind and charismatic! He is patient and helps alleviate anxiety!!! He gives beyond 100% and makes sure the experience is a good one!! He takes care with your vehicle, no matter the state it’s in! I cannot say enough good things about Greg and Tom’s Towing company!
Driver showed up reasonably quickly, about 30 minutes with a flat bed truck and got me towed to a tire shop in a couple of minutes. Was also much cheaper than I expected. In the past when I have needed a tow I felt like I was getting robbed, but they only charge 85 bucks for the whole thing.
Fantastic, very fast service!!! My fiancé was broke down on the side of the interstate, they gave a very reasonable estimate of an hour to be there, and made it a priority and was there within 20 minutes! Great care was taken with my car and it was delivered safe and sound. Dustin, my driver was professional and very friendly, got me taken care of! Definitely recommended if you need a tow!

I can't say enough good things about Tom's Towing! I was traveling through town when I ran into unexpected car trouble. Ralph came to the rescue so quickly and was incredibly helpful and kind. Not only did he arrive in record time, but he also gave me a ride to a nearby shop that was able to fix the problem right away. I was bracing myself for a hefty towing bill, but the price was much more reasonable than I expected. Ralph went above and beyond, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Highly recommend Tom's Towing to anyone in need!
These guys are awesome! Got stuck in the snow/mud, called for a tow. Dustin came out, and got stuck but, he helped with a little yard project by pulling out a tree stump while trying to get unstuck. He had to call for another truck. They finally got my vehicle free and up to our gate, that’s when the third truck showed up. All in all, it was well worth the $150.00. I highly recommend them.

Tom's Towing was quick to respond and get a truck out to north I-25 where my daughter was broke down. Greg had to work on the side of the road for around 30 minutes with I-25 traffic wizzing by. The man needs a medal for bravery and should be getting hazard pay! Thanks for everything!

This place is great! Haven't used the towing service, but they have an awesome salvage yard. All the other places I went to in town were picked clean, but they had exactly what I was looking for at a great price! 5/5 stars great place and friendly staff!
I had my F350 super duty truck die on the interstate and was picked up by their flatbed driver who by the way is a very Impressive driver!!! Oh my! I’m a pretty decent driver myself and dang if this fella ( sorry I didn’t write your name down-Greg I think-hope I got it right. He was the ultimate In professionalism and I haven’t seen any better driver in such a long long time! If you get stuck and have to pull over, catch the mile marker number you’re near so that they can find you. It didn’t take but a few minutes and REAL help was on the way. I tried to buy him a soda and he generously put it back in my truck. They are great folks over there and I absolutely recommend them for their prices and professional attitude and exceptional customer service!!!
Kind, and caring owners. I was treated with respect and kindness after the most horrible day of my life. Answered all my questions, as I have never had to do any of this before. These people are truly so nice and made my horrible and emotional day so much better. RIP to my car, but they made the process easy. I was able to get my belongings within 24 hours of the accident, and easy sign over of my car. Even the guy who walked me out to my car to get my things was kind, and hugged me knowing how hard this has all been on me. Fast, efficient, and kind I can't say enough good things about toms towing!

Fantastic. 100/100, the guy who helped us got there in like 10 minutes and pulled my car out of the ditch fast. He was honest about it potentially going to get damaged from getting pulled out due to the angle, but said he would make an effort to be careful- and he did a fantastic job at being careful, my car is driving perfectly fine. I was dumb and didn't understand how to get my emergency brake off and pulled off to the side when seeing how the car was doing at first, and since he was following to make sure we got into town okay, he helped us get the car loaded up and gave us a ride to Toyota to check on things. He reassured us and was very friendly, I'm incredibly grateful. Thank you for helping a dumb mistake not ruin our entire day, and making it affordable! Absolutely would recommend.
Extremely amazing service. We slid off the road and were helped within 10 minutes of making a call. Our car was retrieved with care, and there were no damages at all. He even made sure we got to Toyota to get the car checked out there too. We can't thank you enough, you really saved the day. Tom’s deserves more than just five stars!! Their customer support is amazing!! I called to set up a tow for the following morning however they were booked until after 10 am and my inoperable vehicle needed to arrive at the shop by 9.. Called them last evening because our car wouldn't start, leaving us stuck at the park. I was pleasantly surprised when our driver Ed arrived just 15 minutes later to help us out. He gave us a tow to our preferred auto shop and even gave us a ride home after. Great customer service is the reason I will continue to call this company any time I need a tow.
I had a blow out on a tire on the hwy yesterday that was terrifying. When I called they were very compassionate and the speed at which they arrived was greatly appreciated.The gentleman that towed me was so kind and understanding and made sure I was ok before he left me at my drop off point and even offered to give me a ride home if I needed one.
