I would Highly recommend I witnessed a hit and run tonight while it was snowing and a truck pitted a car and I had to swerve to the right to avoid being hit and the roads were too slippery and my car slid into the ditch. Estimated of $1200 if it was an insurance claim but since I wasn't part of the accident i paid only $96 in cash and called it a day if it wasn't for the friendly people of MooseKnuckle Towing for helping us I would have had to spend more than I had and I don't live in Pueblo!! I will keep this company in mind when I'm in need!!!! They got my car out with little to no damage and was able to drive away safe. (P.S Everyone is ok)
The driver was so kind to my daughter when she was sin her accident. He explained to her what he was doing. Him and the woman who was helping also checked on her several times to make sure she was ok. They were quick to respond as well.

My roadside assistance sent blackcatbob. We were semi-off road at an overlook which seemed difficult to find. I contacted this provider as I needed my car towed related to a dead battery, after my car failed to start with a jump. When he arrived at my house- Bob tested my battery and gave me another jump, and the car started. Instead of charging me for the full towing (which he easily could have done), he not only charged me just for the jump, but also followed me to the mechanics in case I needed another jump. Excellent, honest service, which can be hard to find these days. Thanks!

We were about 1500 miles into a 4200 mile RV trip when the front air bags on our 39 foot RV went out. This left us stranded at a highway rest stop. AAA failed us and couldn't send anyone for over 24 hours and no one else was willing to come out to tow us either. Robert dropped what he was doing with his family and drove out to help us. He went above and beyond to get us on the road again and literally saved our trip and kept us on schedule with minimal delay. You can't go wrong with Robert and we can't recommend him enough!!

I had a roadside assistance problem with my insurance company not sending proper paperwork. So I waited on two separate companies who never contacted me to tell me of any issues. Thankfully Blackcatbob towing picked up my tow. They promptly called me and asked why my other tows had taken so long. My husband left a review and because our driver Robert deserves it, I’m leaving him one too for 10 stars! After we were finally able to get a tow after a rough night of being broken down, Robert came to our rescue, verified with us our location, and even took us to the auto parts store! And when the part we needed was not in stock at the store we were at, he personally went out of his way to pick up the part for us, then even made sure it was the right part! He was a great guy and made sure we were safe! Would highly recommend this guy and company!

Highly recommended! We needed roadside assistance and our insurance company send Blackcatbob Towing. Robert was exactly on time and since our car was able to start he offered to look and see if he could help determine what what going on. We decided to tow it and he was able to give us recommendations on a garage/mechanic. He was very helpful and sensitive to our situation. Being left without a vehicle is a very stressful situation to begin with but Robert made us feel at ease and we knew everything was okay when car was towed away.
The tow service i reached out to just before calling bob asked for $450 CASH! To get my vehicle towed, needless to say i got ahold of bob, and the last thing he mentioned was the price. He most certainly had my best interest at heart and not my wallet. Not only did he do a great job, but he also communicated frequently and handled this job with class. I used this company to tow a vehicle! They really mean it when they say 24 hour service!!! I had my vehicle towed near midnight! Their service was not only very prompt, but they provided me with very useful information on how to go about making insurance claims and basically walked me through the entire process. I was able to call and ask any questions I had. I have not come across a towing company that has cared so much about its customers! I recommend this to any and everyone!
