TERRIBLE SERVICE! DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS "JOKER"!
I arranged James Justice to move a shed for me. The first time he left me waiting with the shed owner for 3 HOURS! Kept checking in and he kept saying he was coming. I kept waiting because the shed was 40 minutes from my home. When I finally called he said he was having truck problems. Second time I arranged to meet him after work. Another delayed start and then a no show after another hour and a half wait. Truck problems again. I verified that his truck was broke down where he said. I was upset but willing to give him another chance since he seemed like he was having a string of bad luck. We tried scheduling again but his truck was still not running. Third time I verified his truck was running. He delayed our appointment again by an hour as I continued to wait for him. 15 minutes after he's supposed to arrive I finally call him to see where he's at and he hasn't even left town and doesn't have the necessary straps with him. I asked him why he took another job when we had an appointment and he stammered something about traffic. He said we could reschedule or he could be there in an hour. I told him I really needed to get it done and would wait if he was REALLY coming. He then said "ya know what, f*** you find someone else to move your shed" and hung up. Needless to say I have wasted 6 hours of my life sitting in my truck waiting on James Justice. Not counting driving time and fuel wasted. His reviews elsewhere seem to be fabricated in response to bad publicity. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS "JOKER"!
James Justice with justice towing is definitely the guy to call when needing a tow!!! He's very respectful he knows what he is doing and he handles your vehicle with the up most respect. He has the best prices in town. He is only a 1 man show so sometimes it takes a little longer then he may have thought but for it just being him I think he does an excellent job!!!!! I definitely would recommend him
Justice Towing stated they would respond in one hour, after an hour and 15 minutes my husband called them back just to be told he was hours away from responding. Poor customer service, will not recommend this service to anyone. Quote was for $50 "best price in town", Tom's towing and recovery arrived immediately and we paid $55.
Amazing service and price. Was quick and very professional and careful. If needed will definetly use again and will recommend him to anyone needing a tow.

James has towed my car and my daughters cars on many occasions. Always professional, fast service with a smile. It doesn't matter day, night, weekend. He's been there in 20- 30 minutes every time. I have and will recommend him to all my family and friends. Thank you for your help James. You have bailed us out every time we call you.
I Love this company! He went above and beyond and out of his way to get to me (out if city) to tow me back down to city for a VERY reasonable rate and gave me and hubs a ride down, very safe a dependable! And I must add I absolutely love his dog, so very well trained comes in the window and watches the truck from inside and out! Great great guy!
He towed A rv for me from point a and point b and did a great job. got there at the times he said he would and traveled really good with her. she came home safe and sound. thanks!!!
I just watched the driver of this red truck about sling their poor dog off the back of the tow truck ON THE interstate! He had no leash or any way to prevent falling. What a horrible person! It was a black/white blue heeler or cattle dog, so sad. I will not be calling this person.
