I had a flat tire and when I tried to change it my jack failed and the car hit the ground. I called and Rupert came quickly, was polite, professional and took time to answer my questions and educate me . He was spectacular and didnt make me feel bad about the problem.
Yesterday I woke with a passenger rear FLAT TIRE!!! I called Direct tire seeing if they had a service that would come chane my tire and bring it back. It's coming down the pike, told them that's wonderful but it doesn't help me now.
The gentleman said there are towing service that can help you. I was given 2 numbers and I chose CLASSIC 24HR SERVICE.
Robert and Frank arrived in less than 30 minutes!!!!
Looked at my tire said we can check if it's a slow leak we will follow you to the tire shop.
I was feeling so bad because I have RA and no strength in my hands. Yet after checking Rubert stated NO this is leaking fast. Without thought Frank gave him the extra tire in my trunk. After all was done I felt like crying. Here were two men that i never knew treating me like part of their FAMILY they were concerned for my wellbeing! I got my car to my tire company safely!
They told me you have a great day be safe! They didn't charge me thousands of dollars .

Classic Tow did me a solid. They have the right truck, (a wrecker,) and got me to safety in a timely fashion. My thanks to both Austin and Jeff for looking out for me by using the right vehicle. They were personable and reasonably priced.

Talked to some guys at this location and at their location in fountain. I will say some of their employees are great but others are so rude and out of pocket. There is absolutely no reason to talk to people the way ive been talked to. The mansplaining and the rude behavior and belittling. Id give ZERO stars if i could
We had a flat tire from a huge pothole on the highway. aaa and classic towing sent John who was super helpful and very knowledgeable about the area as we were passing through on a road trip. Flat happened Sunday no tire shops open on long weekend and John advised us we could do a call back to have car towed from the hotel he dropped us at to get to the tire shop to fix flat. John was also the driver that came and got us for the trip to the tire shop he had us loaded up so quickly and efficiently he really knows his stuff and was so friendly.

It's not often a thing that really should be negative turns positive. Let me tell you a story about a trip from Manitou Springs to Taos.
My daughter and I were looking forward to a relaxing weekend in Taos. Then it rained, remember the never ending rain last weekend. Yeah, that rain.
We hydroplaned and ended up a burm on the side of the road. No injuries, no contact with any other car on the road. Best crappy situation.
Someone calls the cops and the ambulance. We call for a tow. All is good-ish except the tow trucks keep canceling. We are starting to think the trip isn't going to happen.
Then it happened. A magical man appeared. We didn't call him directly, he wasn't responding to a phone call. He was answering a call from above. He stopped because he didn't see us when he went by before and wanted to make sure no one was hurt.
Once he figured out we were fine but needed to get unstuck he did what any creature from above would do and used his super human strength to yank the car out of the mud.
With many thanks we went on our way saved by a man, that is more than a man, named Rupert.
TLDR: Rupert deserves a raise for saving 2 women on the side of the road in the rain.
If I could give Classic Towing ZERO STARS, I would. They are the absolute WORST towing company in Pueblo. They take no accountability for their actions and refuse to admit to damages they cause. How they have the contract with AAA is beyond me! They have no morals, ethics, values or common sense and forget about being professional. From the hateful woman that answers the phone to the incompetent drivers that show up. They'll damage your vehicle and steal your property out of it, then blatantly lie and deny it when confronted. Avoid Classic Towing like the plague if you value your vehicle and your personal property. If you don't and you become one of their victims, don't say you weren't warned.
Classic 24 hour towing is GREAT! I’m new to Colorado and called 4 other towing companies and none of them were as quick or friendly as Classic 24 hour towing. Ryan especially was super helpful and knew exactly how to fix my issues with no problem. Highly recommend Classic 24-hour towing!
Ryan was amazing with a my daughter and even showed her how to change her tire if she had to. Was so friendly and made the situation better in minutes. Thank you Ryan for being our hero tonight!
Rupert and Allen were absolutely amazing this week! Rupert was off, Allen had a car to take to Pueblo West, and my truck was dead in traffic. Allen called to let me know he'd be there asap, then Rupert showed up to get my truck off the road and put me in his air conditioning until Allen could get there and get me home safe.
I can't express how much I appreciate these guys making sure I'm safe first and foremost every time I've had to call them, and knowing they would treat my daughters the same if they needed help!
Update: Ryan towed my daughter's car today, 100% the service I have received in the past!
Very fast and friendly service. We had a large truck and a 30 foot boat stuck in the middle of the road blocking traffic. Rupert got there quickly and we got the boat separated. He put the truck on the flatbed and quickly moved the boat out of traffic to keep our family safe and out of danger. Rupert is the man!!! Would definitely use again!
John did a excellent job towing our family suv from the mountains back to canon city. He was very respectful courteous and gave me a ride with good conversation. God Bless you

Ryan is a top notch driver and was very good. Responded within 10-15 minutes of calling. Made a rough day better by his professionalism and courtesy. Will be using Classic 24 hour towing whenever the need arises.
I needed a Tow to a local shop to get fluid out into my transmission. The driver Daniel showed up and was extremely professional and helpful. When we got to the shop I called they said that they could not service my vehicle so Daniel towed me to their shop in Pueblo west and I was taken care of there. I have not had customer service like this since I was back in Texas. They now have a customer for life.
Unfortunately I have run flat tires (do not recommend) and I was in need of a tow, fortunately John was the driver that came to assist. I cannot say enough good things about the promptness, service and great attitude that John had. He took the time to make sure that the bumper would clear and not scrape as it was being loaded and unloaded from the truck and made the whole process easier than it's even been. I would not hesitate to use Classic 24 Hour Towing if I ever needed a car transported (broken down or not). John, thanks for the great work and we need more people like you out there.
Rubert was so incredibly helpful and kind in a stressful situation. He is a real standup guy who went above and beyond to help my partner and I with towing our vehicle. We cannot recommend this place enough because of him, literally my partner told anyone he met that day that Classic Towing is the place to use. Also shout out to Patrick who was wonderful as well.
This was my first time towing my car (my baby), Jeff was communicative, informative, professional, and gave me the best customer service I've had in ages which is hard to come by. He came 35 minutes away on a cold night and really gave me reassurance my vehicle was in good hands. Thank you classic. Thank you Jeff for a refreshing experience in customer service.
My tire blew out yesterday and I called AAA for assistance. They dispatched Classic 24 Hour Towing to service me. Austin from Class 24 Hour Towing misthreaded the lugnut onto the bolt when he installed the spare tire. He did not inform me of the damage, but then told me I needed to sign a form stating that he had completed the job.
I then took my vehicle to American Tire Exchange (14850 Davis Rd - highly recommend!!) where the owner Lonnie told me the damage Austin and 24 Hour Towing did to my bolt and lugnut as he was unable to remove the lugnut without breaking the bolt. We called American Tire Exchange to come out to remove themselves, and they also were unable to remove.
They claimed the damage was already there (which it wasn't) and told me that I signed a damage waiver relieving them from any liability. I then realized that Austin (the service tech) was aware he misthread the lugnut and bolt so had me sign a damage waiver, misleading me to believe I was signing a form to state he had completed the job.
After talking with Lonnie from American Tire Exchange, I learned that the work Austin did on my lugnuts was very careless. He had his tool revved up to the max setting to quickly install the bolts, which can cause mistreading. He also did not tighten the bolts to the proper torque, which is supposed to be done when tightening lugnuts on a wheel.
The company deceived me regarding the waiver I signed to relieve themselves of the liability of the damage they did to my bolt. Very unethical business practices. Very disappointed in the service.
The service from Lonnie and American Tire Exchange, on the other hand, was phenomenal and just the opposite. I am grateful for that group and highly recommend them. Shame on Austin and Class 24 Hour Towing.
Unfortunately, my truck had to be towed but Rupert made the experience very pleasant! When I called AAA they said it would be 4 hours before someone could be there but Rupert was able to help. He was there 10 minutes after making contact with me on the phone. Really appreciate everything!
I started having issues with my 2019 Dodge Journey on a Sunday evening. I called Classic Towing after trying several companies and Mario answered right away!
He was able to dispatch Rupert out to my location and contacted me to let me know that he’d be there as soon as possible.
Rupert called as soon as he got to the 1st exit and let me know he’d get my car towed to the mechanic shop!
Rupert was absolutely amazing and so kind and helpful!
I would highly 10/10 recommend classic towing to anyone in need!
I’m thankful that my insurance will reimburse me for the tow but, even if they didn’t, I would still use them because they are affordable, knowledgeable, kind and caring!

Rupert from classic towing was a godsend! Not only was he quick, professional and extremely wonderful to talk to he was one of the most helpful people my husband and I have ever met! Beyond just towing the car he helped us find a safe place to stay as we were traveling from out of town. We appreciate you Rupert!!
Update: These guys had to cut me a fat check and got in trouble with AAA for admitting to screwing up my car. Feels extra sweet watching you guys cut me a check after all the trouble you put me through.
The worst towing company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Did a tire change through AAA, the guy must have finger tightened my lugnuts, because the wheel was destroyed days later. Took weeks to hear anything from the damage claim.
Talked to John on the phone who was the supervisor, he didn't know anything and decided to hand me over to Mario. Mario was extremely rude and insisted they will not take responsibility for the damage. This guy was hands down the most unpleasant person I've ever dealt with. This tire could've popped off mid-ride and killed someone, but this guy was swearing up and down at me, saying they won't do anything, and then hung up the phone. Total and complete lack of accountability. They essentially told me to get bent over a very serious and legitimate claim of damage. This call was recorded in its entirety and submitted to AAA.
After providing recorded phone calls and multiple independent mechanic assessments to AAA, they informed me they will be forcing the company to take responsibility for the damage.
So basically, while this company still refuses to take my calls and continues to spew egregious lies to cover their negligence, they are, behind closed doors, actually admitting responsibility and covering the damages they caused.
This company is nothing but shady business practices orchestrated by shady guys. I wish a court would have heard this case, because these guys will continue to be an "AAA-certified" company with no repercussions.
To any AAA members: If you see a Classic 24 Hour Towing truck responding to your Roadside Assistance call, request someone else, because they very obviously don't care if your car goes rolling into a ditch due to a botched repair. As proven by their extensive legal history, between predatory towing complaints and damage claims, you can expect zero accountability from them unless they are forced by an external party. Mario should be ashamed of himself for speaking to a customer in the demeanor he chose, because as the claim has now proven, he is flat out wrong.
These people destroyed my vehicle, and did nothing to help me to repair it. They were even arrogant and dismissive. I would recommend everybody to stay away from these people. Not a good Towing company to deal with ( if I could give them less than one star I would )
