Tow truck driver sucks at driving. I was trying to merge onto penia blvd with a yield sign and traffic was heavy so he honks his horn flashes his lights then rides my ass. Definitely wouldn't recommend him if he cant even drive safely.
I was stranded on the side of I70 for two hours on a late Sunday night. The first towing company I contacted informed me that it be 3.5 hours before I could get any help. Chris from Wiggins Junction showed up in a mountain rainstorm within 20 minutes and had me and the vehicle loaded up. I was on the road home 5 minutes later. No BS, no complications, no problems.
Unbelievable Customer Service from Start to Finish!
They went above and beyond every step of the way. The company called the day before to confirm the date and time, and followed up the next morning to let me know the driver would be about 15 minutes late—which I appreciated. Chris, the tow driver, also called when he was on his way and again upon arrival. He took photos of my van before loading it onto the flatbed, and he was friendly, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. I even received a text confirming that the van had been delivered. The whole experience could NOT have been better—it felt like something straight out of a training video on “How to Do Everything Right.” Many thanks to Wiggins Junction for a great experience. Really wish all commpanies were like them!

These guys were awesome to me and my family!!! Very knowledgeable and helpful at getting us back on the road quickly! Our truck’s alternator gave out in the middle of our trip back home on Labor Day with no prior warning at all with several hundred miles yet to go and this company not only helped get to us quickly and get our family out of the heat when they were already swamped but were experts at getting our truck loaded up quickly and dropped off at the auto store so we could get the repairs done and back on our way home safely! Traveling through the Rockies in our 25 year old Class A RV we had a major overheating situation. Mohamed of Wiggins was dispatched to tow us to a Cummins repair facility. When we got there that company advised that they were unable to get to our vehicle for a day or two. Mohamed offered to help us with the repair himself and we were back on the road in just a few hours!! He did a beautiful job and truly went above and beyond and helped us be able to continue our plans to meet up with our kids here in Colorafo and Utah!!! Thank you Mohamed!!

I was connected with Wiggins Junction through AAA after getting a flat tire. I expected a significant wait time since it was lunch time and there was road work being done in the area so I walked over to grab some food while I was waiting but was pleasantly surprised when Wiggins Junction showed up just a few minutes later. They even beat my food order! The driver's efficiency and friendly demeanor made a stressful situation a lot more manageable. I was able to get a tow to a tire shop and was back on the road in no time! Don't hesitate to call them. They will get you taken care of.
Was stuck on the side of the road with a flat so I called up a Mobile auto service they showed up with two guys who couldn’t figure it out for 2 1/2 hours and left me there so I called up Wiggins towing and Zac showed up promptly, gave me a courtesy call to let me know how far out he was was very kind over the phone and in person and he figured out The problem and within minutes I was back on the road. I should’ve called Wiggins towing beforehand and much respect to Zac for doing his job well and having the knowledge. I will be recommending these guys to everyone and using them if I’m ever out this way ever again.

A bunch of crooks. Avoid them. They towed my truck 100 miles for 7 hours. The tow guy just abandoned the truck in the middle of the trip and told my driver to wait for him at the truck stop. Due to high demand, the dispatcher directed towing to another location. Dispetcher stated he would be back in 45 minutes, but he returned after 3,5 hours.

These guys are the go to for big rigs for sure, in my opinion! They were on scene in minutes with a representative. Best recovery team on the plains. Not just the tow, but over and above just the service they provide!!! They took my trailer and unloaded it at the Dairy for me!!! You guys are amazing people and how you conduct your business!! Well, my truck broke down just north of Anton CO, and Bill sent Keith to the rescue. 2hr later, I was on the hook and rolling to a shop. Their service was smooth, and Keith was a good man on the highway and in the cab. He had a nice clean truck, too. I appreciate the help, and I will recommend their services to anyone in the area.
These guys were true pros! Logan showed up. My car was in a really tight space, way to tight to pull a flatbed right up to my car. Logan was an absolute pro and got my car on the flat bed within 15 minutes of showing up! Supper friendly and professional for sure!

Pulled out of our campsite with our Class C 31ft. motorhome at Carter Lake in Berthoud CO. Rolled up to the entrance, turned the motor off to lock some storage bays, got back in and the vehicle was dead! AAA sent Wiggins Junction to the rescue with their large flat bed. Abdul arrived in a timely fashion, got right to work as the rain came down and helped me diagnose, on the spot, that the starter had died. He got soaked as he worked but kept his composure like a pro! He quickly got our rig on top of his flatbed and he carried us all the way home to Wheat Ridge. This is a class act, local, family run independent company that was very professional and safe! Abdul is extremely mechanically inclined, an absolute upstanding human who 100% put the customer and my safety first.
