Ross was completely incompetent, I probably said Ford Crown Victoria from five times and he kept pulling up a different car. The people here are obviously incompetent, I was trying to get spark plugs and wires but they're too dumb to figure it out so I have to drive out of town to get the parts.

Excellent service, love Napa in Brush and Fort Morgan. Couldn't ask for nicer and more knowledgeable people. Napa in Sterling is not worth going in, especially if you are a female. Tim is the owner and he is rude and very disrespectful.

Always has what my vehicle needs, plus tjeh rotate your vehicles roters and measure them as well! You can always drop off all mefal var partd for free (so you don't have to deal with paying the trash company for taking them) YEAHHHHHH!

The only parts store in town that actually gives you the correct part for your vehicle. Seriously, 3 other part stores in town & they have all got wrong more than once! At least NAPA gets it right.
