Called to ask for Parts they put you on hold for 15 minutes hung up called back. Ask him if they had a part that says they have it online. He says no we don’t have it. I don’t think I said so you don’t even check and you say you don’t have it. Well I’m not up at the office right now. Worst customer service And he says I don’t need another one of these conversations today so obviously your customer service sucks and you don’t know how to run a business. Don’t recommend them to anybody.

I had a great experience with Brush Auto Salvage. I ordered a used starter for my 1994 Geo Prizm, and they shipped it out very quickly. The part was packed well and arrived in perfect condition. It’s a solid family business that clearly takes pride in helping people get their cars back on the road. I highly recommend them if you need quality parts and fast service.
Pricing is just plain unreasonable plus they list things for sale on eBay, then you buy the item they cancel the transaction, lie to you about the reason it was canceled, then re-list the same exact thing for 2-3 times the original price. Then, when you call them out on it, they say "well that original price wouldn't even cover the cost of shipping." Why list something for sale if you don't even know what it costs to ship it?

Bought a 2009 Tahoe Headlight Assembly off of them on Ebay. It was shipped in a timely manner but they only put one piece of paper in the box so one the plastic brackets had broken off. Other than that the piece was great. They offered me a generous partial refund so I made due with it and I'm back on the road with a little tinkering on my end. I needed an AB Break pump for my 2002 Chevy E3500 I searched the net with no results. I tried EBay and found a few people claiming to have if, but it turned out some of them were scams. BUT Brush Auto Salvage said they had it and we spoke they asked me to verify that the part would fit. This seemed to be very reasonable as I wouldn’t want to get the wrong item. Garbage. Ask about a leaf spring. "OH we don't like to sell just a leaf spring." Asked about a transmission line" we don't sell just a transmission line." Then why are you running a junkyard if you don't like selling parts. Will never recommend you guys for anything or to anyone. I will recommend people avoid ur "junkyard"
So I purchased a complete engine harness for a 31 yr old vehicle from thier ebay store. Soq at the beginningiqi I was a little skeptical because salvage parts can vary in quality. This harness came in in about perfect or near new condition (nothing broken or required repairing). My guess is this part was already pulled and categorized in a indoor clean storage facility like a late model recycler has that insurance companies buy from. Also the ad to purchase it shows the vehicle it came out of and stock number is written on the harness matches. The part really came in fast like real express UPS shipping not typical ebay exclusive USPS+sent out with no updated tracking. Than to mention that they reached out afterwords to follow up. I wish they had more parts for this older rarer chevy -Jamesj

These guys ILLEGALLY dispose of automotive fluids, gasoline, diesel, coolant, oil, transmission fluid, gear oil, oil filters and even burn tires! They have recently built some buildings without permits a well.
Hopefully a visit from the EPA & Morgan county will change their ways of destroying our environment and make them question about lieing to people. Watch what you say they are only a phone call away!
They will sell you motors that are clearly broken, they pull the oil pans knowing these are bad motors and still sell them, very dishonest yard. They sold me 3 6.0s all with MAJOR issues like a broken crank and spun mains.
If you are looking for anything LS related like a core block or runners skip this place. Kyler is very dishonest and lacks much customer service skills.
Your better off going to Central auto parts or Western auto recycling.
