We've had a wonderful experience. I'm not sure where all the bad reviews come from. I've had a situation where my trash wasn't picked up the day after Memorial Day and I called and they took care of me right away. They were still working on picking up the remaining trash the following day. They even called me two days after to make sure my trash was picked up.
The pickup driver is also very kind and stays on top of things.
Every time I've had to call or email someone gets back to me right away and they are polite and helpful.

Worst trash service ever!!! Very unprofessional customer service!! Beware before you ask a question why you are being overcharged?? The poor customer service lady will argue with you like you’re trying to take her company away or something… lady I just want my trash picked Up!!! now u can pick up your dumpster for good!! I’m done with this company and so r my neighbors… way to lose yours customers.. do one dirty, u doin em all dirty…
Do not waste your time. They are not taking new clients. Am on a shared property and was told they won’t even set a container next to one that’s already out here. They don’t want your business
worst trash removal in the area. didn’t pick up trash for 3 weeks in a row. called the service number for two weeks with zero return call. the fourth week i had to flag down the driver at my neighbors house, he told me my account was suspended but would pick up the trash anyway.. when someone finally called me back the lady argued i wasn’t under suspension and that my trash was indeed picked up, even though it definitely was not. the computer system on their end says it was collected, so absolutely no way it couldn’t have been picked up! why would i lie !? now guess what! the trash truck picked up my neighbors trash and drove right past mine! AGAIN! no problem on their end charging my account but just can’t seem to pick up my garbage! if you’re looking for a GARBAGE company with horrible, incompetent and rude (minus the kind driver) customer service, you have found your “service”
They take our trash and recycling and we appreciate it a lot, but god forbid you call them to ask if you can recycle an item, or call them at all, because the line is usually busy and they don’t have an answering machine
Do not use this service! There is no one that you can contact to end your service. I moved a month ago and they are still charging me. I call the number and it’s an answering service that can’t give you any information. There is no way to contact the hauler or cancel your service. I guess they will eventually turn me for collection at an address I don’t live at anymore. This is the sturdiest arrangement I have ever heard of.
