Forget a five star review these guys deserve more like 10 stars. I had called looking for parts to go with the part that I bought from these guys and they were nothing but helpful. I believe the owner being out of town still took my call and was willing to help me. Also, Kevin was great he waited for me to arrive considering I came from out of town also took me around to help me find the specific parts I needed and asked me If there was anything else I needed.These guys are awesome. Not your average parts breakers!
It was such a pleasure working with Jeremy and the Parts Breakers team. My 1982 CJ7 Renegade had undergone extensive engine damage from a fire and required all new components. It also required significant engine work or installing a new engine. After working with Jeremy we decided it would be best to drop a newer AMC 258 4.2L 6 cylinder engine in. Jeremy tracked down the engine with great compression and installed it with his team. Working with Jeremy on this project was amazing and his direct & clear communication was much appreciated. It's great working with these guys and their honesty and passion for repairing and building older jeeps is much appreciated. Also, PB has a variety of used CJ parts which made the process much faster. I highly recommend working with Jeremy and Parts Breakers!
Jeremy and Parts Breakers were great to work with. He even let me swing by when they were closed. Very knowledgeable about Jeeps going back decades. He worked with me to get exactly what I needed for my '95 YJ.
DON'T BUY FROM THESE FOLKS!!! THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!!! I bought a Jeep top from these folks that swore it would fit. It doesn't. I checked with several Jeep experts and they all agree its the wrong top for my Jeep. I have been talking with Jeremy for months now to try to come to a deal on the top. Nope! I even offered to take a loss on the top in order for him to take the top back.. NOPE! He is so hard up for money he would steal from anyone. Don't do business with this guy unless you want to get screwed. This guy doesn't take care of his customers at all. Find your Jeep parts somewhere else!!!!!!!
I called to order a new tub for my YJ and spoke with Chris. Because I wasn't sure of everything they had in stock, Chris agreed to make a video for me showing me the various tubs and the conditions they were in. After viewing the video, I made my selection and I actually added on some additional parts that I was not originally intending to buy at that time (I saw them in the video and the condition was better than I could find locally). Chris took photos after the parts were disassembled and then made another video showing the tub (and the frame I decided to add) after being cleaned. The final part was going over the price and the timing. I was incredibly lucky that things went the way they did, as it was only three days from my first phone call to the parts being loaded on a truck for delivery to my house. I had been expecting another 3-5 days for delivery based on our discussion, but they had a truck there that ended up having enough room to take my parts instead of waiting for the next truck scheduled for the next week. After the driver arrived, I was able to inspect my parts to make sure they were in the same condition that I saw in the photos and video (they were) and the driver made sure that I had everything and was satisfied before he left. The next day Chris called one last time to make sure that everything was ok. All in all, I am very pleased with the level of service I received and the quality of the parts. Communication was great and I will not hesitate to do business with them again.
Bought a super nice transmission for our CJ-7. Parts were in better than described condition and they were a dream to deal with! Very nice people and will be buying from again!
Ordered an oem air intake for my 2000 jeep wrangler from these folks. Outstanding service and timeline to receive the parts. When they arrived thee parts were cleaned included all oem bolts and clamps and the parts were ready to install. Will definitely be ordering fro. These guys in the future.
Definitely an establishment which is a breath of fresh air to be a customer of. From my initial phone call with Jeremy, to subsequent phone calls with Kiera. The customer service provided was nothing less than phenomenal. Taking the time to ensure they had the parts needed and calling back to confirm spoke volumes of how they care for customers. As a service member, it is hard to not only find a great company to assist long distance, but to also find one who will make sure you get the parts needed in a timely manner without jumping through hoops. I needed parts for my 2016 JKU and Kiera not only ensured she had everything for me but also gave me a pretty accurate time as to when they would be delivered to me on base. Of course with every PRO there has to be a CON right!! My only CON is that they are not close enough for me that I can drive to physically, but thankfully to phone and internet they are my #1 go to shop for my Wrangler parts when needed... Thanks Jeremy and Kiera for what you do and the awesome team you have out there at Parts Breakers!!
Great to work with. My mechanic said frame was in excellent condition with several small things left on the frame that had they not been, would have cost me a couple hundred dollars. Shipping was smooth. Excellent transaction overall.

I purchased a ECM that i received in a very timely manner. Though do to SKIM system the part did not work with my jeep. They were very quick to resolve are issue and get us the right part. Excellent customer service!!! Highly recommend using this company.

Jeep CJ7 parts are getting difficult to find. Aftermarket parts are terrible. They never fit, look, or work quite right. I have been seeking a decent repaint-able front fender for my ‘83 Jeep CJ7 for several years. Parts Breakers had a nice rust-free OEM part that wasn’t cut up by previous owner. I was concerned about buying something like a fender on the Internet and having it shipped from Colorado to Oregon, but Parts Breaker did an amazing job of packing it! Shipment arrived in 4 days we’ll-packed and intact without shipping damages. Communication by seller was spot-on. Product was exactly as advertised with no surprises. I highly recommend checking out Parts Breakers if you are trying to find hard-to-find Jeep parts. They are a newer company. The on-line chat was having some problems, but they answered their phones and were in good communication the whole way through the transaction.

I had ordered what I thought to be an overnight shipment on an alternator bracket but when it shipped the next day it showed ground. I started a chat on Parts Breakers website and within 5 minutes the owner called me and offered a solution. This is the best customer service I have ever seen and on a matter that may have been my error on selecting the wrong shipment option.
